I was referred here from a dear friend who said that they would plug my flat tire for me. I called and spoke with Ty and knew right away that he was going to do right by me. He listened to me as I told him about buying these tires from Tires Plus less than 2 years ago. He told me that I had no roadside assistance on the tires and I told him that it wasn't offered to me. I arrived at my local Firestone shop and Ty greeted me in the parking lot and assured me that the flat tire would be an easy fix. He asked his Manager Holly if they could add on the roadside assistance as the tires are in good shape. Holly graciously accommodated me and added the roadside assistance to 3 of my tires since the last flat tire I had a couple of weeks ago was serviced at Walmart. I have been a Firestone /Tires Plus customer for many years and it is because of their EXCEPTIONAL customer service !!I highly recommend this wonderful organization that goes above and beyond for each customer! Thank you Ty ! You are Awesome !!

Stay away!!!!I went in for an oil change. I specified I wanted the more affordable oil and that I ve always used it and they put in the premium stuff anyways.They had to drain it and put the correct oil in- the manager did refund me some money.When I got my vehicle back the seat was covered in oil marks and the hood wasn t latched.Half my day wasted because of their errors There are lots of oil change places in the area, go to another one!

The store personnel are the reason that I will be a Firestone customer forever. All of the people, from the GM to the mechanics are friendly, easy to talk to and will go beyond the norm to help with all of the customers that come through their door. It is a rare thing to have them know my name when I walk in and always do the best service on my vehicles. I had an rush situation on a Sunday and wasn't sure they could help, but they went right at it, the manager said it was no problem and completed it within 3 hours, plus assisting me with the rewards program because I had to pay with a Firestone card. These are some of the reasons I will always be here for them, as they are here for me.

Friendly, respectful people, I have nothing to complain about the attendants. But the first time I needed to change (1) tire, my appointment was at 9am, as it was already scheduled I took my young children, they finished the work around 12pm. My husband went the other day with an appointment and it also took the same amount of time to change the tire. Even if it is 1 tire, organize your time to wait.

Don t go here. I had an appointment booked all week for a tire change for $140 and got there and was told they don t have my tire but if I applied for a credit card they can get me a tire for $210. I waited all week for this appointment for them to pull that. Never again. You guys can pull one over on someone else.

I m here in Cape Coral after traveling 1500 miles from Lincoln Nebraska when a loud noise developed in the front of the car Firestone was recommended by the property manager of the home we were renting. Being here as a renter was not the best felling when your car needs repair. I dropped it off Saturday night when the owner told me he had a full crew on Sunday. The issue was a belt that needed to be replaced but the unit also held the AC unit as well as the alternator. The repair was $1,000. The next day I noticed an oil leak and took it back. I received a call the next day that it as ready and no charge to me. The oil leak was caused by two belts and seals not the original repair. I believe they did not charge me because their initial inspection did not catch this additional issue and they were not going to call me to tell me it would be a considerable charge. So if you need an auto repair and want a company with well trained mechanics and with integrity then Firestone on Skyline is the place.Firestone on Skyline saved me again. I m leaving for Lincoln NE and my passenger headlight went out. On Saturday I went to Firestone hoping to set up a Sunday appointment so I could leave on Monday. Jeremy said we have 2.5 hours to closing today. It will take 1 hour to get the part and I ll pull someone to get it done . If you are in Cape Coral you are so lucky to have a shop like this Firestone.

Chris was terrific. Rick (manager) isn't like a lot of managers who are unapproachable, he was quite good at letting you know what was happening. I liked how ez it was to communicate with Chris and that he understood my plight. Thank you.

Every time I bring one of my vehicles to Firestone, I am confident that the job will get done in a timely manner by professionals. It has been a relief to find a reliable and reasonably priced auto service center for most of my vehicles needs. I will always recommend Firestone stores to my friends and family.

Have been going here for 10 years. Set up appointment on-line for 4 new tires. Dropped off car at 7 am today and it was ready at 9 am as promised! Holly the service writer who has been here for 10 years is the best, and Chris, the jack of all trades saw that I was out quickly. Great job again Skyline Firestone!

I went here for an emergency flat tire repair. I discovered the flat about an hour before leaving for vacation. Luckily they open at 7:00. I was out of there in30 minutes!! Great service!! I Highly recommend this place.

We called and was told it would be $100 for a simple oil change. We go to pay and they charged $134.94 after trying to charge $150!On top of that it took 2 hrs and 10 min from the time we dropped our car off, until it was done. Save yourself the time and money and just go elsewhere.

I have been a Firestone customer for many years for so many reasons. Your staff is and always has been super helpful and a joy to work with. Recently I called in to schedule a brake job for my work van as it had little to no brake pads left and was cutting in to the rotors. Your staff took my van that night and had me driving the next day. A true life saver in more ways than one. That same day my wife's car picked up a nail on one of her brand new Firestone tires. You took it in immediately and fix it in about an hour juggling a full house of car repairs. All this just a couple of days before Christmas.Thank you so much Firestone of Cape Coral ( Skyline) . I was there with my '08 Chrysler T&C to change the tires, replace the TPMS sensors and do a alignment.Unfortunately, the desired tires were not available on the agreed date and I was not informed about this in advance.When I went to pick up the car at the agreed time, I had to wait another 2 hours as the work was not completed on time.4 days later I had a permanent error message "CHECK TPM SYSTEM". I passed by again and had to wait another 2 hours. The message then disappeared, but not permanently. That same evening, the "CHECK TPM SYSTEM" message appeared again...

We had a load tire so we pulled into fire stone and their service lane. A man came up and asked what our problem was at an air to our tires and then went through every tire to make sure that they were in the same pressure range no charge. Thank you so much fire stone.

I've been coming into Firestone for the past 19 years now. Rick, the manager is very customer friendly and gets right to the problem. Fixed it and ready to go. The customer service and the people that work there are outstanding. Thank you for all that you do.

Was in before the 7 am opening on Oct 14th for a tire repair since I found a nail.The attendant took my info then said the work could not begin until 730 when the staff member arrived. I suppose this could have been a one off but you would think if the shop opens at 7 the staff would be there to begin work.The repair was quick and still good a week later. One small issue with the repair as the tire was significantly overinflated. I had to let some air out to bring it in line with specs for the tire.One final comment there was very little parking in the lot around the building. I literally got the last spot near the front door.

Incredible customer service every time I ve been there. Just took my car in for a tire plug, my front tires were bald and the bolt I ran over was too big to repair. They went above and beyond to get a great price on great tires when they couldn t get the cheapest tires available in the store within the day. Rather than have me drive on a donut and haul my kids to wait for a second appointment they got it squared away for me in an hour and a half. The manager is awesome, highly recommend this location.

Ty was amazing! Impeccable customer service skills and patience! Even knowing he (yet again) had to stay late, he took his time to work with my concern. Ty is a great asset to Firestone and I will return.

Wairde 9 hrs for them to not even give us a courtesy call or update and then when approached said it would need a diagnostic on a broken seat common man, prior to that waires for 5 hours for a flat fix when we where quoted 1 and a gain had to approach them if it was completed, lack of confidence and work communication denotes this review ymthry keep overloading there schedule and cannot accommodate everyone they try but some times it's the guests best interest to say no

I had an appointment for 3pm for tire change and alignment. 4pm came by and my car was still in the parking lot. I asked for an update and they told me they had 3 appointments before it was my turn. Was I going to done by 7pm with a 3pm app? Completely unacceptable.

I am elderly and not able to bend well to put air in my tires. I called Firestone and they said to come on over and they would take care of me. For no charge a sweet girldid exactly that & I am very greatful!! Thanks Firestone for helping me.
