Got a price of $429 to fix a shallow nickle sized dent in my door. Was also quoted $1500 to fix a 5" long shallow crease by the rear bumper. I was told for that one the fender flair and wheel well would need to be removed. That gains no access to the area as you can reach it easily with a hand. I've had PDR done on 4 cars in the past and this guys prices are a rip off. Go to the folks at Dentech on Fowler St.Pics of both areas in question are attached. As the pics show, both are really hard to see. How can the shop justify nearly $2000 to repair both?You be the judge...

My F250 had hail damage from a Kansas storm. The hood required repainting. Just got it back yesterday. No matter what angle I looked at the finish I could not see any evidence of the dozens of dents it had in the surface when I brought it to Factory Finish. The hood matches perfectly as well. Outstanding work, highly recommend.

My truck was damaged. From the hurricane. My claim was 4,500. After that it went to 10,000. A little bumper damaged, some scratches..the worst paint shop in America. They took my truck all apart. And never put the parts back right.. a 2019 chevy silverado truck. Never take your personal vehicle 2 this paint shop..my name lewis white. Everything u took apart. Was loose..my chevy silverado sign fell off .your shop

I had a small but significant dent in my driver side door, probably caused in a parking lot, that also scratched the paint. They fixed the dent and blended the paint on the doors to make it look as good as new. You can t tell there was even anything there! Would highly recommend.

I used Factory Finish to repair my Camaro ZL1 in preparation to sell it at Mecum Auction in January. I needed some door dings repaired and had them pull the front end off and repaint it for rock chips. I could not be more happier with the results. Amy and Keith kept me updated on the progress and the workmanship was top notch. Keith even made calls to find a company that can match the ceramic coating that I had done before moving from Colorado. I didn t ask him to do that, he did on his own knowing how I wanted the car to look. Needless to say, I highly recommend Factory Finish for any type of car. I ve had a hard time finding businesses that provide the level of service and craftsmanship that I received from Factory Finish, definitely my shop of choice. I can really recommend this shop. Unfortunately I hit my garage door last Friday. Lookin for a repair shop I found Factory Finish. I directly worked with Keith, and I told him I am really in trouble, because this 66 Mustang is a rental car, and people have booked it.Keith found a way to do the job on Monday, I got it back on Tuesday ! He did a very nice job on the car, and even gave me a ride to pick it up ! I paid what he told me before, no hidden fees or whatever. Thank you Keith, I hope I do not have any more dents or scratches, but in case of, I will definitely come back to your shop. This company helped me so much during hurricane Ian. They were a lifesaver. Even with everything going on ,from the hurricane, they got my car in and checked in record time. They even talked to my adjuster and made sure everything was done as quickly as possible. If not for this company I would still be waiting weeks to have it done.

Amazing work! I had a minor dent in my left quarter panel. What I thought would take hours at a body shop plus more time for paint was fixed in half the time, with no bondo and no need for paint. If anyone needs a dent fixed and can t afford to have their vehicle sit at a body shop for weeks on end, give Factory Finish a call. Keith was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I can confidently recommend his company to any and all of my personal customers/friends that need his service!

Amazing service! Amy set me up on a Saturday when they are not even supposed to be open. Had a small ding in my new car and after they finished it was like it never happened. Great service! What a Professional an incredibly meticulous job I am so satisfied the car turned out it looks brand new. I had a dent actually I had two deaths in the hood and the gentleman remove them you can t even tell they were there totally satisfied would highly recommend this company

Wowwwwww... I have never been rendered speechless when describing customer service as well as craftsmanship.. My Jaguar looks like it rolled off the showroom floor, actually if not better.. Being meticulous is sometimes a fault, however having a company willing to go above and beyond to assist me speaks volumes... This place is definitely highly recommended for any auto paint needs!!!
