I stopped by two other shops for an estimate before going to Exclusive Collision. EC was the only one that didn't require an appointment just to give an estimate. They checked on part lead times while I was there to ensure they could do the job when scheduled. They walked me through an itemized cost of repair. They just seemed more polished and professional than the other shops. The work they did was excellent and they stuck to their estimate to the exact dollar. No surprises, just great service. Will only go here in the future if I need work done again.

I am exclusively using Exclusive Collision for any auto body repairs. I had a horrible experience with a franchised collision center through another driver's insurance. After further damage was caused at the previous shop, I searched around. Fortunately, I found Exclusive Collision. Ricky Jr. is professional and honest. My car was able to start being worked on immediately and repairs were done promptly. Ricky takes pride in the work his shop produces. I am very happy with the results. FYI - I am extremely particular.I highly recommend Exclusive Collision. I will update my review with better before and after photos. The pictures I currently uploaded do not show the full extent of damage to all sides, and do not show the premium workmanship.

After getting in an accident and getting quotes from multiple collision places exclusive collision had the best price. Ricky was extremely kind and gave me updates while working on my car. I would definitely go here again when needed.

Amazing place to have work done even if it's not collision work.My 2007 Tundra looks like new with a roof and hood paint job.They also replaced the head lights and running boards at the same time.Accident or not... This is the place to go and the customer service is top notchPricing can't be beat ( I priced six other places.)

We just got our Lexus repaired at Exclusive after someone rear ended us and messed up the rear bumper. Ricky is very professional and responsive to customers. I came in to possibly get work done. Someone working there broke the item I brought in. They expected me to just buy a new one. No remorse for anything, not even friendly, and not a single sorry for breaking my item. Highly disappointed with the service and price I was given. It felt like a money grab to me. Didn t even get a name from the guy I talked to. I wouldn t recommend to anyone I know.

I was involved in a 3 car accident and my front passenger side was really messed up. I took my car to Exclusive Collision on a Friday afternoon and had it back in 7 business days. They did a beautiful job. I got 3 estimates and everyone else told me they wouldn't get it back to me until the middle of June or later. Ricky Jr. was professional, awesome to work with and did what he said he would and the experience was wonderful. My car looks new. I had front end damage done on my vehicle. Took it in and talk to Ricky. He not only gave me an estimate the same day but he also got my truck in within 2 days done within 7 days. He dealt with my insurance company. Did a wonderful job. Definitely would use him again

Excellent Service. I had some paint work done to my car. They installed big mouth snorkels. So I can get more cold air richer in oxygen aka "More POWER BABY!" They also installed some splitter rods, and a spoiler. They fixed my front splitter which was put terribly on by a different shop! So now I no longer have terrible vibrations at speed! Now my car glides as it should and has more down force to keep it planted at speed. The prices are fair! The quality is second to none! I highly recommend Exclusive Collision to anyone. The team is very professional and detail orientated! I'm extremely happy with the work they did!Feel free to use me as a reference! Ricky is the man! You want to speak to. Honest guys. I really can't say enough good things about my experience at Exclusive Collision. Ricky and the guys were very professional and helpful. They worked really hard to get my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica repaired. The only thing I would suggest next time is a better timeline on how long the repairs would take. If I could give Ricky Jr 100 stars I would! My car had quite a bit of cosmetic damage from the hurricane, when I called the shop he said bring it on in. I am so impressed by the customer service & the detail that was provided to me during a very trying time. Ricky Jr and the whole crew were awesome. Before ever bringing my wife's Kia to him, he went out of his way to help my daughter one day when her car broke down in the median in front of the shop. I was out of town and he helped my wife arrange a tow and even a great mechanic close by. Will always recommend these guys to anyone needing collision repairs.

These guys are just FANTASTIC. So very glad that I stopped in to get some body work done to my 2014 Silverado truck. Waited for my turn to get call in for my truck.. In one short week they had my truck looking better than new. I went to two other body shops and I needed an appointment for an estimate and the soonest was in July. I needed my car fixed so I stopped at exclusive collision and Ricky Jr. Gave me an estimate and I asked when it could be done he said right away. The price was right and the work was amazing. Ricky and the crew at Exclusive Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my Durango. I hit a truck tire and damaged the front bumper and facia. When the bigger name body shops said they couldn't get me in for an estimate until the end of June, Ricky got me in the next day! They stuck to the estimate with no surprises! I got my vehicle back in less than a week, they even cleaned and detailed my Durango inside and out for free! I definitely recommend them for any and all body work or detailing! I will be using them in the future for sure! Thanks again guys for a job well done!

I had gotten my dog seat cover stuck in my trunk door latch and couldn t get it open myself. I called and they told me to show up on Tuesday after Memorial Day. As soon as I was there they got right to work. They were friendly and they worked as fast as they could to get the job done. I recommend these guys!

We have used Exclusive Collision two times now and they are EXCELLENT, I highly recommend them for all auto body needs. Exclusive Collision gives free courteous estimates and is always QUICK with how soon they can get my vehicle into their shop and repaired. They work long hours and are always available for early morning drop off or late evening pick up. My car looks great and they had the best prices after getting estimates from other local auto body shops. You will be highly satisfied with Exclusive Collision.
