We had the best experience! We brought our brand new kia in to have the back hatch door and bumper replaced. When we picked it up, the car looked better than new and was expertly detailed, washed and waxed. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service, employees and service!

At collision experts they are the best. They got great customer service, the owner (Rob) is a wonderful person and his staff do the best job and actually care about you and your vehicle. I will continue to use them in the future for other things with my car. Rob and his father has another shop for auto work and is now my go to mechanic. Thank you so much for caring.

Are you kidding me?! Look at my car it looks like it rolled off the dealership lot for the first time. Actually, BETTER. The workmanship at Collision Experts is second to none. A elderly lady had hit me so went through insurance to get my damages fixed & let me just say this place is the best. I received my car today in beautiful condition they even detailed the inside & out for me! Thank you gentleman for your hard work.

Just went in for an estimate. But my issue requires a whole new paint job and they only deal with collisions. But they were nice enough to recommend a body shop near them. Thanks for atleast taking a look at my Jetta. The main office was clean and presentable.

My Lincoln Corsair was hit by an elderly woman, and the damage was horrendous. I didn't have much hope in terms of repairs. When I found Collision Experts, I saw how incredible their reviews were and that's what swayed me to choose their shop. I am so glad I did! Everyone from Norma at the front desk, to Shawn who worked on my repairs, to Torrey who detailed my car, to Rob the owner truly exemplified professionalism and impeccable customer service. The entire staff was wonderful, the experience was wonderful, the work done on my car is incredible and my vehicle looks brand new! They care about customer satisfaction for sure. My car looks more beautiful now than it ever has. I can't speak highly enough of this place and their staff, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. They go above and beyond, and I am so thankful I chose this shop for all my auto needs.

The crew at Collision Experts did such a great job fixing the damaged section of my car, I brought it back and told them to repaint the rest of the car...They turned my 2011 Buick Lacrosse into a brand-new ride ! They also detailed it and my chrome rims have never looked so good..."Wait a minute", Rob even had an alignment done on it, just to make sure it rolled like a new car !Honestly, these guys impress ! The best shop around !

Cannot say enough positives about every aspect of Robert and his team. As professional and detailed as they come. The building, the service, the work, and the communication are all on point. Highly recommended and hopefully I don t need them again, but if I do I know where I am going.

Robert and his staff are amazing. Very professional. I brought in my car for body work due to damages from hurricane Ian. Robert took the time and explain the process kept me updated even gave me his car so I can have a car. This dude is legit. Can t say enough good thing about him. Now I have a new car again. The Best Body Shop around! Rob and his staff are excellent! Norma let me know the progress of my car and very helpful. They worked with my Insurance Company and took care of everything! My 2014 Dodge Challenger looks like a new car and I get alot of compliments asking me if this is a new car! I found a new Body Shop now and highly recommend Collision Experts!

I can't say enough about the people and service at Collision Experts of Cape Coral. We are snowbirds and had no idea where to take our minivan after an accident so I started searching online and chose them. The staff (including the owner) had to put up with me. By this I mean a lot of phone calls and emails. Their kindness throughout the less than 2 weeks they had our van was appreciated so much. And it looks great. Thanks more than I can say to EVERYONE at the Collision Experts of Cape Coral!

If your looking for a quick review then " A++++++++ SERVICE and WORK ! However if your looking for a complete review keep reading.I was new to SWF and had my classic car damaged by road debris. I called and spoke with Rob and he was polite and respectful on the phone and seemed to know what he was talking about ( He was not the first collision place that I had called and the others, lets just say weren't as nice or lacked knowledge). Rob Said bring it in! Soon after that phone call I was then rear ended and then hit with Hurricane IAN, there is even more unfortunate events that unfolded with a truck tire hitting my mini van but I will spare you ( IT WOULD BE A NOVEL).So not only was Rob's shop effected by the hurricane as well as his staffs personally being effected. He then told me to work direct with Norma as things were hectic on from IAN.Norma and I became close over many phone calls with Rob following up at every chance that he could.Rod, Norma and his staff managed to fix all my cars and helped me beyond just collision work. The caring, and even laughter ( In a crazy situation) made everything a little easier to handle.Even months after the when some little issues came up he took the vehicle back and quickly fixed it and followed through on his word ( SOMETHING YOU DON'T FIND IN TODAYS TIME).So in closing, If you are looking for great work and exceptional service and someone that will be DEAD HONEST, and a staff that follows suit, then COLLISION EXPECTS of CAPE CORAL is the place where you should take your vehicle.Thank you Rob, Norma and Staff ! You have a customer for life and will spread the word.

I wish there was an option to give 10 stars because 5 doesn t do them justice. I sincerely cannot speak highly enough about this place or the staff here! I called them after my vehicle was hit by another car and unable to drive. They had my car picked up, completely handled all correspondence with my insurance and not only repaired my car but went above and beyond to make sure it was running & looking like a brand new vehicle. They also returned my car detailed nicer than it s ever been detailed!!I ve seen their work over the years and definitely had faith that they would be able to fix it. I was still blown away when I picked it up and it looked better than it did right before the accident!Rob and his team are truly top notch and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I m a very busy mom of two young children, my car is unfortunately always a mess. I took it to get detailed at Collision Experts and had the pleasure of meeting the AWESOME staff! Torrey, detailed my car and it has NEVER looked this good. He used high quality products and was very meticulous about his work. It was refreshing to be around a wonderful crowd of people that cared about the work they do. I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I generally don't take the time to leave reviews, but I do read them and weigh them out. Collision experts definitely made me want to take the time and write this review. And let me tell you all the positive reviews they have are accurate.Rob and the boys were awesome to work with. They actually do care and will do what it takes to do it right and make sure your happy.I had a brand new truck, I slightly veered to the right and swiped a mailbox mounted too close to the road!! (Half my fault.) To say the least I was crushed. Well they got my new truck back to looking brand new and healed my broken heart! And even did some Customs paint work. The detail job they do for you at the end is a nice touch also.Thank you guys!

Rob is truly one of a kind. He is honest and willing to go above and beyond normal services. When my truck was down he not only made house calls, but also offered to drop me off and pick me up. When I did get my truck back it was not only fixed but also completely detailed. I only rated 5 stars because I couldn't go higher. I have referred friends and family to Rob, and all have come back with positive things to say. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

This is by far the best service I have ever experienced. My 2022 Infiniti QX Luxe was struck on the side and in the back, and then had damage from strong winds. The owner Rob worked tirelessly with my insurance to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. My husband, son, and daughter have also used their services. The receptionist Norma is very courteous and displays the core values that customers thrive upon. Also, when my vehicle was returned, it had the very best detail inside and out and I continue to use their detailing services now.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Rob, the owner, went above and beyond to help me. He was a god send in this process. My car got backed into and it damaged a lot of the passenger side in the front. There were not any body shop with openings for three weeks and then I found this one and decided to call. Before I found this shop I felt at a loss and defeated because I did not feel safe driving my car having a small child. I went there and got a quote in less than an hour. There were no hidden costs and no extra costs from the original quote when I picked it up and paid. Rob fit me into their schedule as soon as I got the funds from the person who hit my car. Rob ordered the parts the day I called him and they arrived two days later! I was blown away at how fast he worked me in too. To make things even better his team and he got my car finished two days early!!!!! He even gave my car a full detail and touched up all the problem spots on my car. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a really long time. Please, do not go anywhere else to get any body work done. This is the place to have it done at!

Cannot say enough good things about this shop. It is a smaller intimate shop which shows in their customer service and the work they perform. The owner Rob is directly involved in the vehicles that go through his shop and is personally available to speak with. The work they did on my car was perfect and no corners were cut. Their attention to detail was evident and communication was straight forward and truthful. There is a reason this shop has a 5 star review history. I cannot say enough about Rob and his team. My 2021 2500HD Duramax got hit and the insurance company had no idea the damage that was hiding under the body damage. Rob's team used a computerized measurement system to quickly determine that my truck's frame was bent sending into a total loss.Rob explained the estimate, the process and gave me helpful guidance on what to pay attention to and watch out for. They went above and beyond to help me get everything I put on the truck off of the truck. Over the top helpful and very kind!

When my husband and son had an incident with our '16 LaCrosse I knew exactly where I had to go. My company and techs have used Rob and the entire crew several times and the results have ALWAYS been outstanding so they told me I had to give Collision Experts a try. I'm extremely glad I did. I met with dad (Robert) first and he had my estimate to me in a timely manner. It was detailed and was spot on. There were no hidden costs, etc. I dealt with Rob (son) after that and he too is amazing to work with. The entire crew went above, beyond and back again and then some from start to finish.Our LaCrosse has one of the specialty paint colors that is hard to match due to the flecks in it. But they did it! It matches 100%. The damage was on a body crease on a door, and ran against a piece of decorative molding. They assured me they could fix this without replacing the door. Something my husband was worried about. The guys managed to fix the area, repaint it, applied new clear coat to the door, they even touched up any chips and minor scratches that life has thrown at this car in the past 5 years. Added to this they detailed the interior, the engine area, plus fully detailed the exterior before handing the keys to me. (Which totally impressed my extremely picky husband.)I will definitely be using these guys again if there's ever a need. We're also going to look into their auto repair shop when needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck is a 2013 F150 Platinum. Issue: Paint bubbles around high brake light. Cause: Rain/water leaking in around the high brake light assembly. This is a known defect in the Ford trucks yet Ford will not accept responsibility. A military friend of mine is an insurance estimator and informed me of what this repair should cost - and - advised me to take it anywhere else but a Ford dealership. Based on the Collision Expert reviews I went to this shop for a quote. The outside area, office area and work area is clean, orderly and well organized. Good sign that they care about their business. In the office the owner has his military discharge form posted on the wall along with his college Bachelors Degree. Good sign for me as a fellow veteran and recipient of a Bachelors degree. The quote received was lower than expected and when questioned, the owner informed me that this is what the repair should cost. I left the truck with Collision Experts for repair. When the truck was ready for pickup I noticed that Collision Experts washed the truck and put armor all on the tires. I brought my truck in clean and they returned it to me clean. I also noticed that several "parking lot" scratches had been colored in with matching paint. I was given a small bottle with a paint dobber for future use. I also noticed that a small quarter sized ding in the tail gate had been pulled out. The colored in scratches and ding were done at no extra charge - NO EXTRA CHARGE. When I went over the bill I saw that it did indeed actually cost more than the quote from Collision Expert. The cost was right where my military friend said it should be. I offered to pay the full cost however the owner refused saying that he stands by his original quote. For those of you who are contemplating hiring Collision Experts for your car/trucks body work I urge you to go to their shop and take a close look. This IS the shop your looking for. Go ahead and get your comparisons, as the owner of Collision Experts will tell you that himself - but - if you want good quality work at a very fair price - Collision Experts is who you want working on your vehicle.

This body shop is absolutely magnificent as are all of the people that work there with whom I was in contact. It starts at the top with Robert who is the owner and manager. He is extremely knowledgeable and an absolutely delightful person to work with. This trend continued throughout the organization with every person I talked with. The work on my Porsche SUV vehicle was done promptly and was essentially perfectly. I cannot tell the repaired portion from the remainder of the vehicle. This organization rates my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.
