It was a pleasure purchasing a used vehicle from C&D and dealing with Carlisle through the whole process. Very professional, courteous and no hassles whatsoever. I looked all over SWFL for the right vehicle and the quality and value he had was the best I've seen. Made it an easy decision. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend visiting C&D if you're in the market for a used vehicle.

I bought a car from them and it was the easiest stress free car I have ever purchased and trust me I ve been to a bunch of dealers the staff is very helpful and Clark Kent aka Carlisle is the man that can make it happen. Worse place to go to get a car from this place he just in it for the money he doesn't care about his customers when I purchase car a 2013 paperwork said 10,000 come to find out he had put my interest rate so high it jumped to 20,000 dollars for a 2013 like whats wrong with this guy long story short he screwed me over because car kept breaking down the following year I put 8 ,000 in my money to fix problems and I still had to make payments transmissions went out engine light been on 1 year after buying it and I only owe 5,000 now and he ain't trying to work with me after all these problems he just wants more money greedy companies

Bought a 2001 SL500, car is in perfect condition, engine and transmission working smoothly...Car was shipped from the US to Germany, Carlisle was very friendly and supported me in every case...more, I have never seen the car and Carlisle was that honest, to inform me about repairs on that car needs to be done..Great dealer, great contact, happy client!!!

The company and owner are amazing and truly very understanding. Mr. Carl is a great person who worked with myself and my family to keep the car I purchased from him. He always ready to pick up the phone or call you back. The company itself has your back should anything happen to you. It s as if they want you to keep the vehicle you purchased haha. Joking aside, C & D auto exchange, thank you for everything and thank you for my vehicle.

Ever since I bought my Mustang I was happy with the service and the attention I was given. Not to mention the professionalism I was provided. Stephanie and Carlisle were awesome! Def will consider buying another car with them again. Also recommend to friends and family. I picked up my title with no issues after I paid off my car! Thanks for being great!!!

I had the pleasure of spending some time with these fine folk. They were amazing. Ricky took excellent care of me and most importantly they took pride in the quality of their products and level of customer service was amazing. I would have never guessed this was a buy here pay here location due to the stigma and reputation those types of places have. This was A + quality service and inventory.

This was the greatest experience I've had at a dealership. Their customer service is excellent and they really work with you and do whatever they can to help seal the deal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car especially if you don't have the best credit. I will absolutely be back to get another car for my wife in the next few months. These people are great and reliable.

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from C&D. Each and every time i have purchased a vehicle, the customer, financing, and quality of the vehicle has been absolutely outstanding.Knowing we have purchased a vehicle from a long-term reputable company is very refreshing. Used car dealers are known for being unscrupulous however, the owner is an absolutely straight forward honest business owner.Please, look at C&D Auto Exchange before you purchase your next car.

This by far is the best auto dealership Exchange in the area. The moment I walked in I felt like family and was never rushed and I was shown all the options laid out to me to help suit my financially sound needs in purchasing the best vehicle ever. That customer service and just the downright home feel to this place is beyond amazing I would go there ten times over again and I recommend you go in and all your needs will be taken care of.

Carl is amazing!! Awesome customer service. Quick, smooth process. Will definitely come back in the future if needed. Best car buying experience ever hands down.ETA they have a lady working in the office by the name of stephanie that is extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I've had to call them multiple times for a copy of receipt for payment and she is absolutely rude with a nasty attitude when I call.That in itself has made me lower my rating because she has been this way on the phone with me multiple times. Please hire somebody who knows about customer service and is grateful to be working for you. She makes it seem like she has the worst job in the world with her attitude. Very unprofessional and sad.

Unprofessional.Traded in my car from C&D to Germain Toyota. Well 3 weeks later I get a charge from c&d. I had to be the middle man for them to figure it out. Both sides say they ve called back and left voicemails with no return. John was extremely rude and disrespectfulI had been a customer for at least 7 years. And to be talked to the way John talked with me is unacceptable. Carlisle on the other hand is great.

The best buy here pay here in lee county, they are willing to work with anyone no matter your credit. And it was just a great buying experience no pressure at all and great customer service. Shopping at C and D for my last 2 vehicles, I must say was a Great experience. They took really good care of us and we felt Stress free. The Salesmen - Tito and Paul and their Awesome Manager- Carlisle, all assisted us with our purchase and made both my daughter and I feel very comfortable. My Daughter decided to go back and buy her first car with C and D this weekend. I highly recommend C and D Auto Exchange for your next vehicle purchase. They will make it happen!
