Stopped into Auto zone 1230 and was immediately helped by Store Manager Pastor. He was professional, attentive, and helped me find a new battery for my car. The store was clean, gave options on prices for batteries for me to choose from. I ll definitely be back for anymore car needs!

I went into store 1230 and Pastor was immediately quick to acknowledge myself and my husband, he was very easy to talk to and understand what exactly I needed from your store. My battery has been posing issues all morning and I went to Auto Zone to check it out. Come to find out the battery was really bad. They showed me a few batteries and had me get the best one and recommended a few things I had no idea about as well. Pastor s service at store 1230 was super great and he s quite knowledgeable.

This afternoon I stopped by AutoZone to have my car checked out. Chris K. went above and beyond to provide me exceptional service. He is a very knowledgeable person in the automotive field and it really shows. He was able to diagnose my issue and give me tips to prevent further issues in the future. He potentially saved me hundreds, if not thousands, in repairs had I not caught my issue early on. If you stop by AutoZone. This is the guy to ask for. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Went to store 1230 for a battery change and had one of the best people help. If you ever need help with anything ask for Pastor, he s your guys. The man knows how to work fast and well, plus has a very cheerful personality.

Orlando should not be managing his own thoughts, much less an auto zone. He denied me a core charge refund for a battery, and wouldn't speak to me directly; he only spoke to me through a very nice employee named Israel. You owe me $25. If I stole $25 from you you'd call the cops.

I went back the second time as I forgot to get a few other things. Not only did George assist me with the correct light bulb numbers he insisted on walking to the isle and getting the bulbs himself for me. His his customer service goes without reproach. 5/5
