This business is very professional in its relations with customers. It was recommended to me by a family member and Rodney the owner is as helpful as possible. An older car(20) years, is much harder to work on than a newer one and what would normally be a two day job ended up six, due to a weekend and search for required parts. A bit tough when it is your only vehicle. There are other competent shops with lower labor rates, whereas Advanced rates are virtually the same as the vehicle dealership, but considering their challenges, they did excellent work. I would recommend them.

I chose to use Advanced Team Automotive based on their online reviews. The service we received was great and lived up to the expectations of the other positive reviews. The car s issue was diagnosed, parts ordered, repaired, and ready for pick up all within about 48 hours. An expectation of anything faster than that is unrealistic. I had the opportunity to interact with Rodney and two of his guys. All three of them were polite, conversational, and helpful. During my discussion with Rodney it came up that we own a business in northern Minnesota which utilizes a 3/4 ton pick up truck. Rodney understood that truck will never be in Florida for him to work on. Despite the fact that Advanced Tram Automotive will never be able to charge me to work on that truck due its geographic location, Rodney took about five minutes to talk to me about a potential problem with that type of truck and gave a suggestion on how to minimize the problem. That may not seem like much, but he was busy yet wanted the customer who was in front of him to be fully taken care of. It is extremely hard to find good service with anything today. I feel like Rodney and his team are genuine and understand the importance of taking care of customers.

I've had several vehicles in with Rodney and the team at Advanced Team Automotive ranging from domestic work vehicles to European luxury. The team has been consistent, fair, and timely with all of my vehicles. Most importantly, they do a great job setting expectations on vehicle repair; timing, cost, etc. Excellent service all the way around.

Just by luck, lost a water pump and belts a block away from Rodney s shop. Rodney volunteered to get the vehicle, but we were able to get it there where he preformed an examination. The work was done and we picked up a day later. Excellent service, fast and fair price.

My car broke down one day while I was at work. My car wouldn't start, and the driver's side window broke. I tried calling my normal mechanic, but he was extremely busy at Christmas time. I was unable to figure out how to get my driver's side window up. I took my car into Rodney's shop. At first, he's very welcoming and super polite. I thought I had found a new auto body shop to befriend. He has pictures of his kids on the walls, and is incredibly happy to help. He ordered me the parts needed for my window repair. He was able to somehow get my window back up, so I left the shop with my vehicle. I desperately need my car for work each day, plus I'm disabled and I use my vehicle multiple times each day to get food to eat. Unfortunately, I cannot eat without my car. I cant hold a knife or cook for myself any longer because of my disability. I told him I am disabled, and how important it is for me to have possession of my vehicle. My boyfriend also travels every week for work, so it makes it incredibly difficult for me to be without my car. He ordered the parts. The parts arrived a few weeks later. I was on an international cruise and couldn't get there. I brought my car in a few weeks later, once the starter broke on my car. He gave me a quote of $800 to fix the starter and window. The starter was $600 something and was no issue fixing. I took my car from his shop after I paid. He told me he fixed the window, but he was continuously having problems diagnosing it or finding parts for it. I took the car home after 7 days of not having my car. Once I arrived to work the next day, my key fob stopped working, the car door locks wouldn't lock, and the car alarm wouldn't turn off any which way we tried. It was embarrassing. I'm sitting at work and at home, with a vehicle's car alarm that's going off non-stop for 10 minutes each time I try to open the driver's side door. Frustratingly, I bring the car back to him. I'm hoping he'll be more empathetic about my situation. He acts very uncaring about the fact that I had to pay $300 to get myself a rental car, while he continues to work on my vehicle. I finally get to pickup my car. He said he "fixed" it. Then I try the window when I come to pick it up, and it acts funny going up and down. He tells me how hard it was, and he wasn't sure what the issue was. He tries to remedy it by shaking my hand, apologizing, and offering to fix it more next time. I accept his apology and try to move on. I just want my car back. I pay him $120 for the window. It took him another 7 days to fix my window.Get back to work the next day, and my car window doesn't go back up AGAIN. I finally get to bring my car into my normal auto body shop. They fixed it in 5 days, the first time. They ordered parts directly from Honda. They kept me abreast of the entire repair process. They called me every single day to give me the status of my car. They sent me an automated text message to notify me when my car repair was completed. They charged me very appropriately. They kept apologizing for what Rodney had done to my car. They told me that Rodney's shop super glued the window electrical unit back together, and it was a COMPLETE mess...Do. NOT. Ever. Let. This. Dude. Touch. Your. Car.Buyer Beware of the 100% reviews on Google. That's literally not possible in life. He's fake and incredibly duplicitous. I recommend Leading Edge Auto Body in Cape Coral.

Rodney was so nice. Went out of his way to give me a ride home and pick me up! Seriously what mechanic does that and he does excellent work and is reasonable on price. Highly recommend this place

Rodney has been taking care of me and doing work on my Fj Cruiser for many years. He always goes the extra mile, and takes the time to answer questions and explain what is going on with my vehicle so I can make informed decisions. He is honest and always does his best for his customers. Highly recommend.

Rodney and his team are top notch. They 1st fixed my car and 1500 dollars later it wasn't fixed their was still an issue and Rodney went above and beyond and took my car for a second time and assured me he would handle it and that is exactly what he did he gave me a loaner car and had my car towed to his shop and called me 2 days later to come pick it up. My car is running perfect huge thanks to Rodney and his team!

We own a Leisure Travel Van Motorhome with the Ford Diesel Chassis. The only Ford dealer in this area who is willing to work on them is in Naples. And since we don't like to leave our coach for extended times at repair shops for various reasons it became a real challenge every time we are due for an oil change and other maintenance issues. Finally, we found our match with Rodney. The service & professionalism was exceptional from start to finish. Rodney told us he will have the oil change done within a day and he fulfilled his promise. He even stayed past open hours, so we can pick up our RV that same day. Thank you Rodney, our expectations were absolutely exceeded and we can feel at ease, now that we know where to go with any automotive repair issues.Service: Oil change

Rodney was fantastic. My wife went in with no appointment this morning as we developed an oil leak. It turned out to be a fairly simple loose oil filter. He could have easily found "bigger issues" but this level of honesty and credibility in this day and age deserves to be acknowledged. Even got her finished up in time to pick up the kiddos from school. I routinely work a decent distance away from home, and knowing we have an honest mechanic near by is a relief. THANK YOU

Rodney (owner) has been helping with our vehicle repair needs for 2+ years now. From my '03 Ford pickup, Grandma's '08 Dodge Caliber, to our '18 Chevy Silverado whenever we needed his assistance he and his team of mechanics have always been ready to help us keep everything running smoothly.

Rodney has a caring and honest operation that does quality work! He picked me up personally when I told him I would need to order an Uber and saw that they took a customer home when I got to their shop. Giving customer rides when their vehicle is down is above and beyond this shows that they are working to take care of the community. 5 Stars!!!

Awesome and timely service. My car was diagnosed and fixed same day! Rodney has great customer service and is a pleasure to work with! My entire family brings their vehicles to him when in need and he is nothing but fair! 10/10 would recommend!

This was my first experience with Advanced. The owner, Rodney was very accommodating! Explained what repairs needed to be done and gave a complete estimate. The repairs were completed same day. If I could give 10 stars I would. I m new to Cape Coral and Advanced Team Automotive luckily is very close to my home. I own 3 vehicles and they all needed routine maintenance. I was growing tired of dealing with typical corporate mechanic shops. Always taking advantage, price gouging, and providing sub par services that take weeks. I thought let me give Rodney and his highly rated owner operated garage a chance.That was 9 days ago. In that time all 3 vehicles have been diagnosed, professionally serviced, and returned. Rodney impressed me with his knowledge and honesty. I could not be happier, all the cars (18 Ford Fiesta, 18 Honda Accord, 11 Ford Explorer) now run better than they EVER have.As we all know, it can be overwhelming at times being responsible for multiple vehicles maintenance. Getting it all done quickly for a really reasonable price helped with the overall stress of these situations. Now I can go back to my busy life and I know I won t have to worry if the cars are reliable. It is a good feeling when you have a relationship with a good mechanic whom you can trust. Rodney has been maintaining my Kia Soul for almost 3 years. He is very skilled at diagnosing problems and completing any repairs in a timely manner. Customer service and pricing are excellent. Very honest and he has integrity, which is rare these days. I'm from Pittsburgh, PA on an Early Response Team here to tear out wet subflooring and tarp over roofs with quality tarps. Rodney fixed my car quickly and did a thorough job.His prices are reasonable! Wish his business was in Pittsburgh!

I would highly recommend for your car service! My husband and I (newlywed) needed our car looked at. I called earlier this morning and Rodney answered and was very helpful. We scheduled for 2pm and I had a call from him around 3pm saying what was wrong with the car and even an estimate. Being young and not having experience with car problems, I called around other places to get other quotes. I called back Rodney and he ended up dropping the price for us enough to be able to afford. He was very helpful all day long. We had the car fixed and back to us at 6pm. I was very happy with the service and they even cleaned my headlights and fixed my squeaky doors! He was extremely accommodating to us the whole experience! I am glad I had a wonderful experience and if you need something done, this is the place to go!

Rodney is the best! He isn't the fastest turn around time, but that's going to change when he expands his shop and adds a couple techs. He is honest and fair and does his best to make all of his customers happy. I'm very happy with the work. Be patient with him and you'll be satisfied with his work. He's a good guy that doesn't treat you like the corporate d-bags at dealerships. No one else offered me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. He also saved me a ton of money by addressing other issues he found along the way. He even worked on Saturday to help make sure that I was able to keep my plans for memorial day weekend! Bottom line, I trust him to do the job and you should too. Thanks Rodney! Enjoy your hard earned time off!

Rodney has the best mechanic shop Cape Coral offers! He offers fair pricing and guarantees his work. I got screwed by buying a lemon with a bad alternator and exhaust system and he fixed it all up and gave me fair pricing. He also helped me with draining my transmission fluid when I overfilled it by accident and did not charge me because he knew I needed the help.He is the only mechanic I know that puts his labor price and parts cost on the invoice for you to see. Rodney did an amazing job on my car! I drive a Mazda 3 2012 and I took my car in because my car would shake every time I drove 60mph+ and he took it on a test drive to see if it was a bearing issue and turned out I needed 2 new tires. He put new tires on and got a oil change and now my car is in great shape and drives super smooth. Thank you so much for your work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Super great prices and they get things done fast! The workers are super friendly as well!

Had some repair done to my shocks on my truck. A week later I'm traveling and one of them blow's out. The blowout was due to a faulty part, not because of the work Rodney/staff had done. Rodney continues to be a stand up guy, paying for replacement and labor done at a local shop in Pensacola, while reimbursing for rental car expenses. It's incredibly hard to find any honorable/standup business's in this day in age, customer service seems to be a thing of the past, especially in this industry. All I can say is if your vehicle is need of one of the services Advanced Team Automotive provides and you take your vehicle elsewhere...then you're the fool. I rarely write a review for anything, but Rodney and team truly deserve all the high praise and recognition. Don't take the chance of servicing your vehicle anywhere else.Service: Steering & suspension repair
