Got my rear brakes and rotors replaced. Guys were informative and explained everything to me along with advising what future repairs would be needed. I found them to be very honest with fair pricing. Nice guys

Recommended by my brother, I brought my 2009 car there when I lost my brakes driving 130miles from Clearwater to Cape Coral. Diagnostic showed rotted brake lines,which 1Stop had to make from scratch.They called me & kept me updated each step of the way & let me know of potential future problems. Also replaced my swollen radiator hoses & got my air conditioner working. Being from New York, I have to say it was refreshing to come to an Auto Repair Shop that actually treats the customer with Respect & Informs them of potentially future repairs or maintenance that may be needed. They have a good service. One of the advisors speaks Spanish andhave explained clearly to me the options for the services I was looking for (in a period of more than 7 years). I needed different repairs in 2 cars I took to the workshop, and the quality of the work done was excellent each time. Thanks!

Even though my old car had to go to junkyard. This place is so honest they could of charged me a couple thousand dollars. I would not have known how bad it was. Great people. And I won't tell you who the famous person the service manager is related to go find out. Lol

Andy and Bobby are stand up guys. You do not see that much these days. As I sat in the waiting area, I was listening to Bobby speak to people on the phone, he did not try to sell them on services that needed to be done but on the contrary, he tried to save customers money. All employees at the center are paid a salary, not commission, this is great for the customer beciase the mechanic, will not push any services that are not needed inorder to receive a bigger paycheck. I got my truck and my wife s vehicle serviced here, and will definelry be returning!

After bringing in car, and a $5,000.00 estimate, my daughter asked bobbie for a written estimate, and he would not give it to her. He said he would have to charge her after she told him she didnt have the money to pay for all those repairs. She would have to re-evaluate putting in any more money into car.I spoke to him on phone, but didnt write down what he said was wrong or understood alot of it.Never experienced this before.She brought it there because thats who put in the new engine. Will NOT be going back or recommend this place.

Had an annoying rattle for years in the exhaust system. Very pleased that One Stop was able to figure out the problem and make the repair with skilled welding. Zack was very informative, they are fair priced with the experiance and warranty that backs there work. Not the cheapest but they have never lied. That peace of mind is worth the difference to me. They even gave me a timeline of upcoming maintenance. So I could start saving. Best mechanice in Cape.

The mechanics work n report to the main desk very efficiently keeping the client updated with all issues on their vehicle n the desk quickly digests info n turns out costs n times to repaired with amazing proficiency a very comforting exsperience thanks for the great teamwork I'm not looking for any other mechanics I found my team

Took a Mercedes there for B service. For those that know, this can be a lot of $$$. Rather than just do everything they look at condition of the fluids and miles and only do what s needed. For me, that was just an oil change!

Not only does this place provide topof the line quality service, they were quick and costed me a fraction of what I m used to paying. Just like the owner Andy, everyone there is super friendly and most importantly honest. They won t try to sell you anything unless you really need it. A mechanic you can trust!

I'm writing this review because it is well deserved, I have recently moved to Cape Coral to work and help get people new roofs due to IAN. With no knowledge of go-to shops for auto repair, I found a shop (actually a block away from the house) with stellar reviews. I took a chance and gave Andres and his crew a shot. Boy, am I happy I did. Fair, understanding, and trustworthy! Expedited service and got me squared away in a timely manner. A+ service is hard to find and wish I had a shop like this in past years. Called on Fri and was able to schedule Appt for Monday. Dropped off car at 8:30 AM and they had done an oil change and rear passenger window regulator tear out and install by 11:30. Always happy with service here Feel I m treated fairly and honestly as far as prices and not being talked into services I don t need like other shops. I ve recommended them to 5 others who also decided to use and they all are very happy with this shop too! 5 Services: Auto rear window replacement, Oil change

My 09 4runner was giving me problems with 02 sensors and catalytic convert issues. I couldn t figure it out. These guys had it figured out and back running correctly in a couple hours. I get 2 more MPGS per gallon when towing too!! They were very prompt as I use my truck to tow my boat everyday. They were on top of it. Great communication. Great price. Extremely knowledgeable. The front desk service coordinator was very friendly and accommodating. He was upfront and transparent about the price of the job, provided me with a quote over the phone since I knew what needed to be repaired. They got me in quick, did a great job repairing my vehicle and they also have the best prices in the area as I called around to 15 other shops before going with 1 Stop. The previous shop that diagnosed my car wanted to charge me over double ($1500) what 1 stop charged me for the same repair. Update 08/28/2023 - Still amazing! Still saving me hundreds of dollars! Still making repairs and not charging me for them! I love these guys! Update 03/10/2023 - I don't take my car anywhere else! This time out they saved me $200.00 and fixed some things they didn't charge me for. This is a great shop and they are very good people! If you are looking for an honest, hard working, and good mechanic 1 Stop Auto is the place. These guys are the BEST!!!! They are fast and efficient and their prices are awesome! They fixed a major problem with my head gasket, alternator, and a/c for a lot less than other shops are charging and the work was done fast! They contacted me throughout the process the let me know what was going on. I will be using them anytime I need work done. Update 07/02/2022 - I have been back to 1 Stop Auto Repair a few times with my Nissan Frontier since I first posted this. I must say that they are still amazing! They do great work. They are affordable! They work with their customers. I found it difficult to find an honest mechanic in SWFL but I finally found a few at 1 Stop Auto Repair,. I can not thank them enough for all that they have done to keep my aging truck on the road! I called to get cost and time estimate for a break pads replacement. Bobby answerd my call and straight up he was very dismissive and didn't want to answer or hear any of my questions and started to be very sarcastic to my inquiry about getting an estimate over the phone for a brake pads replacement!I definitely won't be going there.

1 Stop Auto was wonderful to work with. Their diagnosis was quick and their work was expedient. Along with that, their prices were very reasonable and their customer service is excellent. It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics who aren t out to make a dollar on you, but you can have confidence that what your car needs is what they will fix- their honesty is a valued commodity.
