Our RV window pane fell out. We couldn't figure out the hinge. TJ came out to the camp site and intuitively solved the problem in 10 minutes. Thanks!!!

TJ to the rescue. We had a "Low Coolant" light come on in the RV right when we were packing up to leave. While we might have been able to deal with it easily in a car, we were not sure about a big, diesel engine. We made a few phone calls but getting advice and service early Sunday morning is not easy. TJ came by and solved the problem with ease and confidence. We were on the road in no time.

I had a trailer and it was wired differently than the van that came to tow it and we couldn't make it work. Call TJ around 4PM on a Friday afternoon and he came right out. He put a new connector on the trailer as the connector was corroded. Then determined the van connector was wired incorrectly, rewired it and the clearance lights, brake lights and turn signals all work. This allowed the van and trailer to leave shortly after 6 pm. The rig was driven all the way to Nashville, TN without ant issues. I'd recommend Florida Mobile Marine. TJ is responsive and thorough. THANKS

Beware! TJ answered my call for aid on a Saturday. No one else in the area would help me and I didn't have the luxury of waiting as I was in the area for a cruise. TJ is not a true shop owner. He didn't even have a running vehicle. That should have been my first clue; a mechanic without a vehicle. The problem turned out to be minor and was fixed in 20 minutes. He claimed the fix was temporary and needed a part. He charged me $700 but never touched the car again...at least not to fix it. He had an entire week while I was away and put 289 miles on my car! But, he didn't fix it. He arrived at the port with a hangover and said the part didn't come in but it would be ok to drive it home. When I asked for the money back, he said he would have to mail it. I knew that was untrue and he obviously no longer had it. I still have to pay A REPUTABLE MECHANIC to fix the car. I gave him 3 weeks to mail it, but he failed to do so. I reached out via multiple text messages and was ignored. So, I am now reporting this theft to the authorities in Cape Canaveral. Run fast, run far. This guy is shifty, dishonest and doesn't even have a garage. NOT RECOMMENDED

This person leaves people high and dry. He does not fix their vehicles and instead takes advantage of them. He put nearly 300 miles on a vehicle he was supposed to fix and did not give their money back, to this day. He belittled them and threatened them. What kind of person uses their position to try and render others powerless? This guy. Don t support liars and bullies and thieves. Pay up guy ..

Insisted on cash up front because he doesn't want to pay his taxes. That would have been fine if he had actually done the work but he did nothing. TJ Dougherty is not trustworthy. When he returned the vehicle, he reeked of alcohol. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

Battery light came on as I drove over the bridges into Cape Canaveral on a Friday night. Battery light remained on after going out to dinner. Found Florida Mobile Marine & Auto Repair. Gave them a call to leave a message around 9:30pm and TJ answered. He drove over to our condo to assess the situation. He diagnosed an alternator had gone bad. Told me to drop it off tomorrow morning around 8am. TJ went and got an alternator and replaced mine by mid afternoon. His fee was better than fair and I found a new friend. I highly recommend TJ and Florida Mobile Marine & Auto Repair.

TJ was polite and professional. Didn t overcharge me for a job I thought I needed ended up being simple adjustments. Nice to have honest mechanics for a change. Lifesaver and very professional. Kathryne is just the sweetest and most helpful. I had messed up the sensor of my braking lights and they would not turned off. It was on a Sunday at 9pm and I was supposed to take the road the next day. I called the shop and they sent me the first available mechanic. He was very nice and professional and my problem was resolved in less than 20min. I will highly recommend them.Service: Electrical

My family and I came down from New York to Florida and rented a White Chevy Pickup for the week, two days before we leave, heading back from the beach we run over the biggest nail and popped a hole in our tire. I got TJ on the phone even though he was closed and he was still willing to come to the Condo we were staying at at 9:30pm on a SUNDAY with his mobile service to help us out! Super nice guy, really reasonable with pricing considering our circumstance and overall extremely grateful for his service bc we were so lucky (he saved our trip to Universal and about $200 from what repairs/a new tire would have been) so thank you again, amazing guy!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I was in Cocoa Beach with my family and my 2015 Jeep Cherokee died out of nowhere... at 8 o'clock at night on 4th of July. I attempted to troubleshoot everything and I was at a loss. One call to TJ and about 20 minutes later he was on site and he and his wife got to work checking everything under the hood. He worked fast and efficiently and got me back on the road within 30 minutes of his arrival. His price was very reasonable and they were so friendly. I owe my night to TJ and his expertise, he sure saved us a tow truck and a rental car. Highly recommend this business!Services: Electrical, Engine repair

Saved my butt when we got stranded due to a belt that failed on our VW EOS during a trip to Cocoa Beach. Picked up the parts and replaced the belt in the parking lot. Thanks guys!!

If your having problems with your boat call TJ. He responded the same day I called about a boat I bought and knew nothing about. I had seen the motor make one complete rotation when I bought it, but it wouldn t start. At this point I knew it wasn t locked up.So I found Florida Mobile Marine on Google and TJ showed up within hours and had the boat running within 30 mins. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and truly loves what he does. I highly recommend him and his mobile service. Thanks TJ

Extremely unreliable. TJ promised 5+ times that he'd be able to work on my boat's electrical wiring. Unfortunately, he only showed up once for one hour. Enough to say he knew he could effect the needed repairs but he also insisted I pay him cash immediately. It seemed to me that he wanted beer money and wasn't serious about his work or helping solve my wiring issues. We spent almost two weeks with his promises to complete the work and he never did. The only other time he showed up he didn't have the required insurance coverage required to work in my marina. Previously he had told me he had done work in my marina. When I asked him about it after he was kicked out of the marina, he said it may have been over 4 years since he'd worked in my marina. It sounded very much like he was merely lying to me. Which is likely given how often he never showed up after promising to be there. He may have some skills, but I never had the opportunity to find out. I will never trust him again.

Fri. 12/17/21 @ 5:45 pm = 2003 Toyota Corolla wouldn't start. Simple fix. Clutch pedal switch needed cleaning. $75 service call & back on the road in less than an hour!

I thought TJ gave me the wrong diagnosis, finally got the $ to get somebody else to look at my motor and it was what Fl Mobile said. I didn't have that guy do it because he was 25% higher! T J finished yesterday & I get to go on my yearly boat acade ! Larue Osborn (happy camper)
