Very informative and especially efficient. Walked me through the easy process without feeling pressured or guilted into upgrading. Did their best to let me know of existing problems and helped me on sight with what I could afford at the time as well as a plan for any bigger issues along the way for my vehicle. Had an air filter that needed replacing and they were out of stock on sight but made a quick call and had one delivered before my 10/15 minute oil change was done. Super fast. Super friendly. Super efficient. 10/10 will recommend and 10/10 will visit for my next oil change

This was by far the best experience I have had with an oil change. They communicated directly to me and was very pleasant. I highly recommend them and I will be using them from now on. I have had really bad experiences with Pensacola and oil changes ,but not here. Not only did they do a remarkable job but they were great and fun. Most definitely the best experience ever. My car runs completely different now and it's because I went here. THANK YOU SO MUCH.!!!

We completely recommend Strickland Brothers in Cantonment on Hwy 29! Phillip and Josh were both very professional and thorough with our oil change today. There were no hidden fees......as a matter of fact...while seated in my vehicle, I could clearly see an itemized list of everything about to be done to my vehicle. The price was well worth the convenience and the knowledge these guys had! They had us on our way within about 20 minutes. I recommend this business to anyone needing an oil change! They checked the air in our tires and gave a very thorough check of ALL lights! Headlights, brake lights, etc...Even gave us a coupon to use in their car wash. They're about to do an upgrade on the car wash, so, we didn't use it today but we certainly will soon.They made us feel safe, welcomed and appreciated! Highly recommend! I use them every time I need an oil change and they are reasonably priced, make sure I m aware of any issues and make sure my tires are aired up and ready to go. The crew is always personable and kind. My go-to.

Thanks for the fast and courteous service. I really appreciate how you not only changed my oil and filters but you also checked my lights to make sure they were all working properly. When you discovered I had a brake light out you were able to replace it for a nominal fee. Thanks again!

Guys running just 2 people in the shop the day I came by & they killed it. First thing I noticed was the communication they had from top to bottom (literally) I could even keep up with what all was done/checked because of how awesome it was. Did a great job. Awesome staff here that does a quick and efficient job of oil changes! Even if you typically change your own oil, they offer such great rates that it s just more convenient for most to stop in here. I m pretty particular about my car but their professionalism leaves me feeling confident in their work.

Very friendly staff today. Gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Staff checked everything they re supposed to and made recommendations on air filter but weren t pushy. Discount for being a firefighter. In and out pretty quickly. And lower price than other places in town.

My experience was fantastic. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes. The team was great. Didn't get names because like I said I was in and out so quick. I've used this location for 2 years and never had a bad experience.

The employees at Strickland Brothers on 29 are always very professional and get my oil changed very quickly, this most recent time it was around 5 minutes or so. Great service! They even took the time to lookup how to reset the Maintenance Required warning on my car (which I can never remember how to do).

HORRIBLE SERVICE DUSTIN GAY IS HONESTLY THE WORST MANAGER! Being unable to drive I send my children to get oil changes on my vehicles as they utilize them from time to time. For 3 years we have been coming and no issues. For whatever reason today the military discount was not mentioned by staff during the service. My 17 year old obviously is not military. Instead of making it right I was told there is nothing to be done because the invoice was closed. Dont offer a discount and then not honor it when the veteran asks about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 0/10

Popped in when they opened and I was quite literally on my way in 8 minutes. Super friendly. Didn t mess with any nonsense that wasn t needed and within those eight minutes took a moment to ensure I was well informed of what was happening.Normally go to the dealer for my regular maintenance. But this shop just killed it and far exceeded every expectation I ve ever had for a service center. Will be back. Thank you.

I have tried two different locations and they have both been very friendly and helpful. Checked headlights and topped off the washer fluid. Yes they changed the oil as well and included a Navy Federal Employee discount.

Entire crew is fast, efficient, professional and just seems like good people who care about what they do. Even though it s fast, it doesn t feel rushed, meaning they go through a checklist to make sure everything is looked at and handled. Normally do my oil changes myself, however, since moving around a lot for the military its been hard to hold onto all the supplies. Compared to Take 5 Oil, they are similar in procedure but this place feels a lot less pushy when it comes to the add-ons. I appreciate how they ask first before doing anything, however, it seem to have a set price for example a fully synthetic oil change being $89.99.Two things that stood out to me about this place is a great military discount (24.21% to be exact) and they gave a free $7.00 car wash coupon.If I am still in the area prior and need another oil change, this is where I will be going.

not sure what changed in staff between my last visit & this one, but anything good I had to say is gone. business hours show closes at 7, yet I watched as garage bays closed at 5:55, okay cool. what makes it worse is I waited 30 minutes before leaving and not a word was said to me: Watched as they changed an employees car oil & sit for about 5-10 minutes in a chair staring at my vehicle without ever notifying me of anything considering you listed you re open until 7. Will never be back & the crazy thing is I waited to come specifically to Strickland as a repeat!

I asked the gentleman to put air in my tires with my oil change. I was driving 5 hours for the holiday. When they were done my low air tire light was still on so I asked him if he put air in my tires. He said Yes, I did the front and the guy under did the back I knew my light would go off if this was true. So I immediately went to a gas station and check my air . There was less than 27 lbs of air in all 4 of my tires. As soon as I fill them up, guess what. The light went off.There was no reason to lie if you simply forgot. I could have blown a tire on the interstate, sir!! With my kid in the car.

I love the friendliness and efferent provided. 2nd time coming and I will be back when do. They also check your lights and light sensors. Free car wash! Philip did a great job.

Thoroughly checked other facets of our car, like lights, tire pressure, headlights, etc, while we sat inside & they prepped the suv. Then, they handed us the free car wash voucher & did the oil change fast. Price was fixed w/ no hidden fees. We then ran the car thru the automated thing & presto were out in a total of ~20 minutes.

Top notch customer service! I don't feel cheated unlike the dealership. These guys provide honest advice and don't try to make you buy something you don't need. I highly recommend this location for your now and forever oil change.

My first visit was today and I was so amused at how they do the oil change more than l was about how fast they were. The complimentary car wash was a nice surprise! I will use these well orchestrated oil changers again!
