People write a lot of negative reviews and don t take a lot of time to write positive ones. I have used Rocky s twice. The first time I had taken my SUV to a large mechanic shop in Pensacola. After having the vehicle for 3 weeks, They wanted $5200 explaining they had to replace other things while they were in there and would be another week. Went and got the vehicle and brought it to Rocky s only because he was close to the house. He had the vehicle fixed the next day for $1400. It has been 6 months and no problems. Last week had A/C compressor replaced at very reasonable cost, also the next day. I cannot say enough about this place. They are fast, extremely reasonable and most of all honest. They do not have a front desk clerk or a fancy building, just honest guys that do good work.

Definitely recommend. My front tire shield torn and was scraping across tire. I was expecting to have to buy a new one. When they called me to come back, he had modified the existing shield so it no longer scraped. It was a nice experience dealing with this shop. I will return.

Dropped my vehicle off at noon and the staff had it diagnosed and repaired by four. The staff was professional, honest, and efficient. I m a customer for life.

Rocky s is an awesome auto shop. Great guys that work there. They took my Jeep in and repaired quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend them!!!!

I was in a fix because my brake lights wouldn t go out. I went online and Rocky s was the first place I saw. It had nearly perfect reviews! So I called and he said to come by. When I got there he dropped everything and fixed the problem. I am so impressed!! I will be going back for general maintenance next week!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I started going to Rockys Automotive when I had my 2002 Toyota camry years ago. He replaced items on my car and did maintenance work on the car. I got 319,000 miles out of that car because he kept it up. I now have a 2009 chevy Malibu that needs a lot of front end work. I just had a tire rod replaced and now need ball joints and control arm and Rockys Automotive came through. They never disappoint. I received the best service and the best rates available. I am staying with rockys automotive. I recieve the best service everand he is very personable . He explains everything thourghly. Definitly a god send. I would hghly reccomend rockys automotive.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

We have used Rocky now on two occasions, once for brakes and an oil change and another to diagnose a heater issue and a problem with the horn. In both cases, Rocky communicated the issues and what it would take to remedy the problems as well as total costs for the work up front. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the charges were never different than what he quoted which were also very reasonable. He was very flexible in allowing drop off and pick up of both vehicles. We will be using Rocky for future automobile services.

When I moved to Pensacola I had two old cars and was never satisfied with auto repair. I Found out about Rockys and Darren the owner was great no more worries. I now have a business that depends on my van so I cannot be down for days they get me fixed fast with great pricing. Try Rockys you will be happy you did.

Took Daughters Jeep for brakes.They called and said brakes were just fine and cleaned them up removed brake dust and everything. Only charged $54.00 for everything. Thanks for honesty great low prices and service. Will certainly recommend you to everyone!!!!!!!

I needed a headlight bulb replaced and I came in without calling. They seemed to be working on something but they stopped what they were doing to help me out. Took no time at all and they were extremely nice. I definitely plan to go there next time I need auto work.

An indicator light came on saying my engine was overheating on hwy 29. I pulled into the Circle K at 29 and Roberts road. Sat for about 15 minutes praying about what to do next. I called Advance Auto and they couldn't help but told me about Rocky's Auto Service right next to Circle K. Called them, they said bring it in, 2 hours later I was leaving with my coolant fixed and an oil change. All for a reasonable cost. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Rocky s was a God send for me. My brakes started squealing last night and I had a trip to Georgia planned today. I called Rocky at 7:00am and told him my situation and he said to bring my car in at 8:00am. In an hour and a half he changed my brake pads and had me on my way. I can t say enough good things about Rocky. Oh, he also checked the oil and tire pressure to ensure a safe trip. I would highly recommend him to anyone.Service: Brakes

I wouldn't use him again . said my wheel hubs were bad charged them out and i still have bearing issues. he charge out a water pump charged me 350 and that was even the problem , it was a heater core and bad water line. Had to have T&A in milton fix it and redo everything Rock's did..

I took our 2008 Ford F-150 here because it would only blow out HOT air from vent and AC. They were able to fix it in half a day. Very nice and pleasant people here, also reasonable prices. Special thanks to Henry

I am really sceptical about who I take my car too but Darren from Rocky's is my mechanic for eternity. Professional, courteous,quick, fair and honest. Something that would have cost us close to a grand was done for a few hundred bucks. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed plus some more.. whereas the other auto places have been brushing it under the rug or bypassing it completely.

We have found our new mechanic! This is personal...This morning, I had my two daughters and wife loaded up in the van to go out in our Bible ministry, and the van started having issues. Aside from my work truck, this is my only vehicle. So I can't have my family without a vehicle.Very few mechanics are open on Saturday. 5 star rating, plus super close to home because I didn't want to drive it far. Darren checked everything he could. Asked questions to see what happened. Told me what he was doing and why. But the most impressive thing was that after he checked the Check Engine code, he said, "Let me close this door so I don't let this cold air get on them babies." To me, that's the above and beyond that sets people in general apart.I say all of that to say this.Knowledge + Kindness = Rocky's Auto ServiceYou gained a new family for customers.

My son paid $2800 to have his car fixed lasted 2 days that stuck at my house. I called Rockys in the morning. He spent 5 1/2hr. I would recommend him to anyone when he says hes gone to fix your car find out what's wrong he does.

Our Honda Pilot Broke down on a saturday, our anniversary no less! We were able to limp to rockys auto service, turns out a valve was stuck. They were able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed by monday morning. We needed our timming belt changed and I had been puttng it off because no one could break the crank shaft bolt loose, but i asked them if they could do it while it was there. It took them 4 days but they didnt give up like everyone else had. They filled up the radiator and aired up my tires. I am well pleased with the service. I will definitely be back in the future.

I have been doing business with Daren, (owner of Rocky's Auto Service) for 15 years now. I have always found him to be very honest and a great auto mechanic. He has had the same help in his shop for many years, which tells me that he is also a good man to have as a boss. He has found the problem with my car when others, who had it a week, couldn't -Thank you Daren, Pensacola can be proud to have people like you...

Great shop! Honest and reasonable. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, fix it right and don't push you to fix every little thing that is wrong, unless you want to, of course. Rocky's has been around as long as I can remember. I wouldn't dare take my vehicles anywhere else.

I have found them to be very honest and upfront with their diagnosis on our cars. I ve recommended family members to also use their services. They get the work done in a timely manner. I feel very confident using them for repairs.

Honest, friendly, fast service at an affordable rate. What more can you ask? I am a big fan of this place. Darrell, the manager, took time to explain my car repair and afterwards he showed me the parts that were removed to help me understand the problem.
