Very clean store. Attentive staff. Came in for new wiper blades. There is not a book nor an electronic kiosk to look up what size blades you need, so i had to go all the way back up front and wait on help, but once it was my turn the gentleman looked it up easily and help me make the right selection for my wife's car. He even came outside (in the rain no less) and installed them. Great customer service.

I stopped by O'Reilly's on Pine Forest Rd,to get help changing a fuse. I spoke with Victoria. She explained that changing a fuse is not something they would normally do, but she would be happy to take a look. The fuse was under the steering wheel in a very tight spot. Two men even tried to help me with it once before, with no avail. But Victoria took her time, she got down under my steering wheel and she got that fuse changed. The fuse is for the AC adapter for charging certain electronic equipment. So, I needed help. Thanks to Victoria, I'm able to charge my GPS. I'm so impressed with the work Victoria did. She really went above and beyond. Thank you Victoria!!!! You're simply put, AMAZING!!!!

The O Reilly Auto Parts on Pine Forest Road here in Pensacola is the place to get all your auto parts. Victoria, Richard, Dallas, Jerry, and the others do a fantastic job of finding just what you need. I ordered a K & N air filter and it arrived on time. Prices are equal to Walmart plus they can answer any questions you have.

In my overall experience I have found O'Reilly's to be more reliable when it comes to pricing and products in stock compared to some of the competitors in town. And a very helpful staff! they are also willing to send parts to near by stores quick, this option have saved me hours in the car!

They had what we needed and even changed our wiper blades. The young man that was into radio controlled cars went above and beyond to help us.

They tested my battery and alternator for free. The battery was fine, but the alternator wasn't charging the battery. I ended up getting the part somewhere else because the only had a rebuilt part on hand with a limited lifetime warranty, and I wanted a new part with a full warranty.

Stopped in recently as this is a new location and close to my home. Was greeted when I entered the store to look around. Made a small purchase.The two men working were as polite and friendly as one would like. Not fake stuff but you could tell this is how they were all the time.With this staff the store will do well.

Always willing to help and going above and beyond their job. A guy by the name of Jacob helped me put my bulb in and brought me a clip to seal my packet. Awesome service. The day before one of the ladies working there helped me find the right bulb for my truck. If you get a chance, stop by and see for yourself.

Just dropped in to buy some oil but it was quick and there was plenty of choices. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky.

Shout-out to Dave. Took the truck in two or so weeks ago and the battery failed the tester. Had a new one put in (by Dave) and left. Couple weeks later the truck wouldn't start, got a jump and returned. I walked in and explained that I had just replaced it, it's under warranty. Dave again took care of me, went into bad weather/rain, removed the battery, tested it (passed), then diagnosed the corroded shim as the issue (see pic, Dave found a voltage drop over the shim), removed it (still in the rain), cleaned up the corrosion and painstakingly got the shim out, hooked it all up and bingo. Probably saved me hundreds in misdiagnosed issues and didn't cost a thing. Highly recommended service.

Ran into some trouble on a trip on the way home from Texas it was late and they were the only ones open and the guys were so awesome they helped us with our windshield wipers and some other things and we're just so kind I will always go to them to support the business because they took such good care of me and my son as we were to traveling through

I absolutely love this store and the staff David and Chris i had a bad battery and went to the original store on pensacola blvd where the manager will refused to replace it came in to this awsome store with amazing workers like David and Chris whom replaced my battery and helped me out they was polite and greeted us soon as we went inside definitely will be doing business with this store again

I have to say this is one of my favorite Auto places to go now. A lot of places don't have experienced employees to be able to help you with anything or they have a bad attitude.
