Bought a transmission and cv axel from glen. Very professional, very nice. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and the parts got to the mechanics shop in a timely manner. Will be recommending him to other if they needs parts in the future.

We paid for a motor from this thief Glen and he was going to have the motor install and never did! But I m filing a stolen vehicle report on him. The bad part about this is that he closed the business without any further communication.

I ordered and prepaid $485 for a differential he said he could have in one week. Kept giving me the run a round and making promises. Almost a year later I had to hide until he came to work and I walked in on him. He pro.ised me a refund and gave me a $100 bill. I continued to call trying to get the other $385 but never could reach him. I decided he needed the money more than me. He has to answer for his wrong doings, and he will. No sense in me getting angry and upset at him. I hope he is treating people better than he did me.

This guy is a low life that owes me 1,200. I have been nothing but nice and understanding with him. But he is hold my money that I need to fix my truck. So I called the b.b.b the better business bureau. They told me to not trust him and they had multiple complaints about him. Then the informed me that I was going to have to take him to court. I wouldn t trust this guy with a penny let alone parts to fix your vehicle

As another business ourselves I expected some level of expertise and integrity in the dealings with this company but unfortunately there was nothing but problems the whole way. We had a customer that needed a trans replaced, they were $300 cheaper to purchase a used part from. We ordered and received the wrong one after 2 weeks. Had to explain to our customer the issue with the company. Once again the excuses began from APEX. We never received the correct transmission and we're still waiting on our refund from this company. Run!!

Bought a rear axle assembly for $483.75 on June 14, 2022; paid for right the way but never get it! try to call to get reimbursement or see this guy on place; he never answer his phone and he s never at his shop; so one month later, I do not have the part and I did not get my money back!

We paid $1000 for an engine June 1st. For months we never received the engine and finally asked for a refund. It has been half a year now and we still haven't received our refund from Glen Gowens the owner. He will not return our calls. We stop by his business and his employees promise they will have our money the next day, it never happens. This has been an absolute nightmare for our family. I would not recommend using this business under any circumstance. (Editing my post today 12/2/16) Glen Gowens has refunded our money. This was a bad experience for us and I am thankful it is over.

I own a local pest control company. This past week the transmission in my truck finally let go. I made one call to Apex and spoke with Glen. I Explained that this was no time for one of my trucks to be down. In less than 24 hrs, I had a GM rebuilt Trans at my House. The price was Great and the service was excellent. NO problems here. Thank you Apex !

They sold me a bad motor a couple of month ago.. Never made a effort to do nothing about it. Told me all kind of lies about making it right and never did. Currently filing a claim in court trying to get my money back.. Don't buy from this guy he a crook.

Good luck getting anything that works from this place. I have used them several times and can almost guarantee that if the part is electrical, it will not work. Even when they offer some type of guarantee and say they will pay for the labor (because their part was defective), they will replace the part but you will never be reimbursed for the labor expense of having to do the work a second time. If you try to call them you will get a good run-around about the manager not being their etc. After trying to reach them repeatedly, they will know your number and stop answering altogether. I know this for a fact because when I called from a private number, they answered the call. They have the time to play games and ignore your calls, but do not have the time to make things right. Luckily they have moved a good bit out of town and are not ripping off more customers. I highly suggest one use Kikers or one of the local yards that stand behind their parts.

Glen did a wonderful job!! I would highly recommend Apex Auto to anyone! Glen found me a CVT transmission for my 2008 Nissan Maxima. Told me when it would be delivered to the Tranmission shop in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Well, his delivery person was a out sick, so he delivered the transmission himself in his own personal vehicle! I was very impressed with his his knowledge and service he provided me helping get my car fixed!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!! He is a crook! The part took too long to arrive, not as promised. Receipt was plain lacking detail, with no explanation. He stated he is a parts man not a mechanic. EXACTLY stop there!!! But what about the part your selling? He was not even the lowest price store so I expected quality. Keep putting your Dads store to shame.

My uncle gave him $828 to bring him a transmission three weeks ago and still no delivery. He gave him a receipt but now Gle MIA. This is ridiculous and he needs to refund his money.

Never actually went. Was looking for parts on a Saturday that they didn't have but took the time to plug in the info in his computer and tell me where I could get them. Great phone customer service

Glen the owner is a stellar guy ! He took the time to help me find a small partAnd explain to me how to find What I m looking for in the future ,and how the system works. If you re looking for something, I do believe if you called him he would help you find whatever it is -even if he doesn t have it.Thank you for your help Glen

I called here looking for some parts for my 95 jeep.. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful even though he did not have the parts i needed, but did tell me where i could find them and how much they would be. So he saved me 30$ over allThaks

Lol this place is a joke wouldn't even give it 1 star if it had the option for 0. Complete waste of time don't go spend your money here. Ordered a part from him and he keeps making excuses as to why its still not delivered. Very disappointed in the service I have received or I should say haven't recieved.

Doesn't answer the phone. Parts ordered 2 weeks ago and the 1 time I was able to reach him I got a runaround.DO NOT WALK OUT WITHOUT YOUR PARTS.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING PREPAID !!!!

So I waited awhile for a transmission from him and then it blew and waited longer for another and then I spent a lot of gas running around for this man to get what I need and spent a lot on transmission fluid and a filter and turned around and only got $30 back from about $800 I spent and then he promises things and then doesn t do them so i highly don t recommend this place.

Rip off and con artist stills owes money on motors purchased last year needed money up front and had to buy them elsewhere I wouldn't trust this piece of crap with 10 dollars loves to dodge calls

I paid for a motor and have not received motor it has been 1 year no money or motor. Tell all kinds of lies. God help him. See him in court.
