Tire Outlet Callahan. Great Experience. Everyone was so friendly from calling and making an appointment (which they were able to work with my schedule and get me in same day ) all the way to check out. Getting a price quote was easy, and was the same when I arrived as was quoted on the phone. Everyone was very courteous and professional. No pressure to perform additional services for issues that needed attention, and they even sent pictures to my email for reference.. Comfortable waiting area with nice seating and big screen TV. Husband and I have both used them now and couldn t be more pleased! Highly recommend.

It was definitely a pleasure doing business with these guys. They were professional, helpful, courteous, and most of all a willingness to help attitude is unmatched among other tire stores. I arrived a little later in the afternoon than what I wanted but they were still put four tires and align my front end and returned my car back before they closed, which was just a coupleof hours. I really appreciate that. The entire experience was refreshing and awesome. A huge thanks to the guys at Tire Outlet.

I honestly will never use this location again. I went in with an appointment at 10 am to get my tires rotated and balanced. It started with the man at the counter trying to change the oil for the car I told him I was only there for a rotation and balance and he made the comment oh glad you said something otherwise we would ve changed the oil, no big deal people make mistakes. My tires ended up needing to be replaced, again not the end of the world tires wear out. I was quoted a fair price and agreed to have all four tires replaced. By this point it is 1130, I asked how long it would take and it was estimated to be an hour. I waited and waited and finally at 1:45 I asked how much longer it would be as my vehicle was on the lift but it did not appear to have been worked on yet my assumption was correct and they were just starting it I told them to take the car down as I wanted to leave. The gentleman at the counter apologized and said they didn t realize I had an appointment otherwise they would ve expedited it as he s doing so I explain how it s unacceptable for how long it was taking given a 10 am appointment then being quoted an extra hour. As I m doing I observe one of the workers in the back on his cellphone, the guy at the counter then started to talk down to me saying he s just working on the phone when it clearly wasn t what he was doing. I understand business and from time to time delays and staffing issues occur but my problem was the staff s attitude and lack of communication which was unacceptable.

I was traveling from Florida to PA with 2 dogs and a packed car when my tire suddenly lost air. Luckily I was close to a shop and able to get a courteous and quick repair. Many thanks to the team for getting us back on the road quickly!

I drive by this tire outlet all the time. Always looks empty and has a tire tech out at the road with a sign. I figured I would stop in and try to give them some business. I work on a fleet of vehicles and can t do alignments. So I stopped in to ask them about price for alignments and having some dually tires balanced that are already on wheels. I walked in and started talking to a guy that looked like he was the manager but I can t confirm. Told him what I was looking for and he told me we don t install customer supplied part . I said tires are already mounted just need balanced. He said no. Sounded off to me but I left. Called the next day and got a very different answer. They said yes they would balance tires already mounted off the vehicle. Long story short for how slow they looked I don t know why he was pushing business away.

What a fantastic experience. We dropped our jeep off, received pictures and descriptions of what needed to be done. The staff was an absolute pleasure. I couldn t be happier with the service and prices.

We got four new tires. They did a great job. We were quoted a rate over the phone, but when we got there, it was much higher. The guys in the shop made it right. Make sure you call the location and not the call center. We went to the new Callahan location. They are pretty good.

This location loves to use the "it's the call center you talked to" line. Got quoted $30 per tire to mount and balance 6 tires. Gave them my rim size and tire size, show up for my appointment, and my prices are now over $50 per tire. This is also a loose mount and balance, new wheels and new tires. While I was there, another customer was having the same issue. He was quoted $80 for a 14 ply trailer tire. Well, they tell him that the price is now $130 per tire, but they don't have them in stock. Be sure to check prices before you have them do any work so you are not surprised with higher prices than quoted.

I usually do it myself but had a busy day so thought Id take the truck in. Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had 2 bays open and no cars in the parking lot. It took 2.5 hours. Then I leave in the truck with the window down and hear a squeak/grind every time my tire makes a rotation.i go back and tell them and the tech told me he couldn t hear it when he drove it. I go back and forth in the parking lot and neither of us hear anything so I got tired of trying to explain it to the guy. So I leave and as soon as I pick up speed I hear it again. They bumped the metal guard around my rotor putting the tire on somehow. I got home just now and took the tire off and found it and fixed it myself. Last time I pay someone to do something I can do. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself or take it somewhere else.

Have always had a positive experience at other Tire Outlets and the Callahan location is no different. I had a big problem with my truck, which Charles and team identified as the rear-end differential. It was worn slap out. He showed it to me and explained exactly why it was a problem and major safety issue. Charles took a few days to try to source a replacement, because they are hard to get ahold of. Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do was spend the thousands of dollars that the repair cost me but it was really the best of several expensive options for me. I am thankful to Charles and the team for regular communication and honesty through the process.

I drove 30 miles because they had a special promotion for a oil change! They said it should take an hour, so I came back and saw my vehicle 40 degrees hanging sideways in the lift! After 3 hours waiting they told me they had to replace a tire screw who they broke! After 6 hours waiting I was finally back home, at least I wasn't charged for the oil change but then I had a extreme vibration and a pull to the right! So I did an alignment at Mavis, who explained to me they would never performed a tire rotation because of the wear and old age of the tires and even gave me a full refund ! Thanks Mavis, extremely disapointed from Tire Outlet please be aware before you decide to go to Tire Outlet

Good morning fellow customers! Just wanted to highlight the amazing experience I had a tire outlet. Charlie was the quintessential professional, and offered great customer service. We found common ground and exchanged natural pleasantries about family life. His colleague that did the work on the vehicle came in and really engaged me about my vehicle and commented on how great of a condition it is in. I am a bit of a car chick, so I do like to talk a little car talk. They were both outstanding in my opinion. I highly recommend anyone to make an appointment and have a great experience at tire outlet!

They were friendly and not pushy at all. They were honest with what my van needed. They went above and beyond as I noticed something simple was fixed that I had wanted fixed for a long time but didn't know how to fix and felt overwhelmed by. I wasn't expecting that but it was awesome. Made me feel a lot better on all the money I spent on the tires I needed.I will definitely be coming back here!

Horrible experience will absolutely never return. Wanted something close to home after working a 12 hour shift just needed an oil change. Got told my front tires needed to be replaced. Told them I would just do my oil change and go to my regular tire shop for my tires since it would be over 500 dollars for both oil change and tires. Cost 250 for my tires including alignment at my regular tire shop. I was then asked why I didn t go to them for my oil change then. Which could be summed up that I m exhausted and didn t want to make that drive to Jacksonville today when I live 15 minutes away in Hilliard. Then proceeded to get bombarded with well if they don t do alignments at your shop then you will have to come back and pay for an alignment anyway. The treatment was unjust and just rude. You don t treat customers that way. And you don t make them feel uncomfortable with your sales man being pushy. C.Powell please do better before you lose other customers with you attitude!

Wow they were so great. I had an issue with brand new tires from another tire retailer. One was leaking air on a long trip from FL to GA. After my 5th stop for air I found Tire Outlet open and able to look at my tire. They had me back on the road in less then an hour and even let me bring my cat in the waiting area. Thanks so much.

The guys were super nice and helpful, but the prices are to steep but had to pay the price because how battery's are now put behind front wheel or some major hard place for the average person to be able to get to these auto manufacturers need to put them under the hood like they use to be.

I went to Tire Outlet in Callahan today for an oil change . The waiting area is clean and has tv and a counter with chairs and computer outlets. The service was excellent and they also told me that free tire rotation comes with the oil change! No complaints here!!

Terry and everyone else there was just so kind and professional. I originally made an appointment at 3pm, but due to having to wait ages for a tow truck I showed up at 4:30pm to get a tire replaced. They got me in right away and the team got right to work. They had no problem getting everything done even with me showing up way past my appointment time and with less than an hour left until closing. I may not live in the area as we were heading back home south, but definitely recommend those around to go here. The individuals were just so kind and friendly, something that can be hard to find sometimes at other tire shops.

People were nice and courtesy.Biggest problem i had it took almost 4 hrs to get to get 4 tires put on after spending 2300.00 dollars. Should not have took that long

Alright, so do you love it when you go to a shop and you request a certain service and they actually do that service and don t try to upsale you??? Then this is the one stop shop for you to have a stressless experience! Well done Tire Outlet, we will be back!

If I could give this business a Zero Star Review I would. They left the key in the ignition with the car turned on and running after the vehicle was completed. Then on top of that they took 6 hours to change 4 tires and check the alignment. They also were not busy as they had 8 bays and 4 bays with cars in them. This is not the customer service anyone should have to experience. We will not be going back there to give them any more of our business.

Tire outlet came through for us in a great way. we were towed into their lot, with a blown out tire, with less than an hour until they closed. The manager and the techs were all very friendly and got us in right away. They had us out the door in no time, were very professional, and some of the nicest people I have met in a long time. I appreciate all their help and highly recommend them to anybody!

Stopped at this location (Callahan) with my family because we had a tire going down as we were on our way back to Tampa. It was maybe 5:02 pm and the doors were still open, two customers on the to tell everyone I know to not patronize this company and when the manager asked what I needed and I explained my situation he told me the only thing he could do was maybe give me some air. I cant believe he wouldnt help me and my family out, I will be sure let everyone know about your lack of compassion and service.

The Assistant Manager is terrible to deal with at this location. I didn t catch his name, but he is the one who drives a motor cycle. I ve attempted to have my car serviced on two separate occasions and walked out each time due to how rude he was. This isn t a reflection of the company, just the Callahan location in general.I ve been going to the Yulee location for years and have always had great experiences. I started going to the Callahan location since it s closer to where I Iive. I will be returning to the Yulee location due to the staff there being polite and helpful. I don t want anyone to loose their job, but this guy needs to be hidden in the back and not socializing with customers.I will return to this location when he is no longer working the counter.

Id give a half star if i could. This place is trying to price gouge like crazy. Was told it would be $105 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Website claims its $50. Appointment was for 8am, an hour and a half later they still weren t done. They also claimed to have rotated my tires. You can t rotate them because they are staggered. Liars and price gougers. Do not waste your money here

I stopped in at almost closing time with a slow leak in a tire. They put some air in it, checked all the other ones, and had me return the next morning and took care of the problem. Great customer service.
