Don t bring your vehicle here even if it s your last resort. They kept my truck all day and don t do anything to it other than hot box it with cigarette smoke. I mean it is Disgusting. I don t smoke so it ain t come from me. They wrote my truck information don t wrong and can t work on a diesel pickup truck. Not even change a power steering line which is nothing but two nuts. Then doesn t make sure your call back information is correct so they waste your entire day accomplishing nothing.

People were nice, front desk lady was a little rude but I think she was just having a bad day, went in to get my CV axles replaced, they offered to replace my break pads that I hadn't gotten around to yet, which was nice and I appreciate, but they broke my radio and glove box and idk why they needed inside my glove box, you can't open my glove box unless you use the key, and when I asked my Abt my radio they told me to glue something in. They fixed my CV axles but broke 2 more things, they also chop shopped my mom's car once.

We needed tire check. The gentleman checked all tires, and added air so the check tire light went off. Thank you Sir.Up date 2024 of Feb. The young man checked the tire for leaks and none found. Air was right. No charge. Thank you Sir.

Was on my way to Florida to visit a relative when my truck broke down late yesterday after hours. My insurance suggested the tow truck bring my truck to this shop for my repairs. They got on it first thing that this morning and got all the parts quickly. I should be on the road a little later today! Nice folks!Update: I got home yesterday (7/1) after spending the day at Conner's. My repairs took a little longer than expected because I added an extra repair step that I didn't think of earlier in the day. The folks at the shop were accommodating and gracious. I want to add that I'm grateful for them being open on Saturday since that isn't the norm for many other repair shops in that area. I also want to extend a special thank to Pam and Kenney! Pam and I entertained each other with conversations about life present and past throughout the day, and Kenney (the mechanic) kept me aware of what was going on with my truck and even educated me about the process as the repairs were being made. Can't truly express how grateful I am for ending up at their shop yesterday! God Bless you all! You may hear my horn blow as I go by anytime I pass Conner's on my way down the road! And when I can, I'll stop in to say hello!

Calling on labor day was my bad.I called around and fixed it my self instead of waiting.I do remember being recommended to this place before though.I had some trouble with some reprogramming of my car's ignition switch and security default.From what I remember your staff told me they don't know how to do electrical work.So I took my car up the road to rickys auto and if I'll be damned they fixed it.Then recently I needed a quick fix and it saved me not only half the time to do it but half the cost of the labor.I once was quoted 400$ before to replace a high pressure hose on my past car and replaced it with a rubber tube that cost only 15$ in parts and a good 1hr of labor max.I just did the same thing with my brakes/rotors.This place is old but also a glorified Car Wash.Don't let the google reviews fool YOU PLZ

We were traveling from Ocala to SC, towing jet skis. Suddenly our tire pressure started dropping in one of the tires quickly. We got to a gas and go before it went fully flat. I walked back to a place we had passed when I couldn't get the lug nuts off. The man at Conner's drove me back to the car 3 times trying to remove the lugs. Finally he got air into the tire and sent us down the street to a tire place. He was very friendly, very friendly, and would accept no money for his time. On our way back through town, we will stop and get a car wash! Thank you Conner's for the old fashioned service.

My sister and I were driving back to NY from visiting our dad in Naples. The "Charge Sustem Service Required" light came on and just as we saw the auto shop and pulled in we lost power to the car. The kind folks looked at our car and told us we needed an alternator and belt. They called a nearby parts store and was able to fet the parts within a several minutes and worked on the car. Now mind you, we pulled in at around 4-4:30 and they close at 5. However, the folks at Conner's Service Center were nice enough to get us the parts,work on our vehicle, AND get it fixed satying until 7:30 or so just to help us get back on the road!!! They also let my sister bring her dog into the shop so she wouldn't be outside in the 90� heat! Their hospitality, friendliness and willingness to help us out can't be overlooked or stressed enough. They definitely saved us that day. I highly recommend going here for any auto repair needs!!! They certainly will take care of you

I just left from this facility and I must say that it was my best experience yet. I ve used their brushless car wash many times but today the system would not read my card. Just so happens the owner (I think) walks over and noticed I was having issues. After a few more tries with swiping my card he gave me a free car wash and thanked me for my service. Wow!! I wish I had asked what his name was so I could give him a personal shout out. Thank you again, sir!!!

Conversation takes advantage of people especially elderly. What was supposed to be 30 minutes to an hour with 1 hour labor fee,pull up and they are just standing around to get that 2nd hour labor plus their parts prices way to high. Ripped my elderly mother off! Do NOT RECOMMEND

Went to Conner s at 1:15 pm on a Saturday with a bad alternator, fully expecting to leave the car to be repaired on Monday. They took me right in, ordered the part, and had the repair finished by 3:45 pm. It s rare to find that kind of service these days. We were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania on May 13, 2021, when the brake warning light appeared on the dashboard. We were about 6 hours into our 21 hour trip and didn't know what to do. My husband suggested stopping at Advance Auto Parts to check the warning light. They were very busy, but the gentleman offered to scan the message. He couldn't get a reading due to the age of the vehicle, so he suggested going up the road to Connor's Garage. We were skeptical because we were from out of state and thought possibly we would be taken advantage of. We were pleasantly surprised by Connor's. The mechanic immediately stopped what he was doing and checked our car. He quickly diagnosed the problem, added some kind of fluid and, within fifteen minutes, we had the problem solved and were on our way. When we offered to pay at the office, the lady smiled and waved us goodbye, not accepting any payment. When my husband said he wasn't comfortable with that, she said just tip the mechanic, which we did. What great people and customer service! Traveling thru the area on route back TO S.C. when had bearing on front TIRE give out..goggled this location. Great and speedy service .. Quality work at great price, too.. Best place for car wash in Callahan! They ve added a soft touch bay to the touchless they already had. Love the soft touch for our truck and the touchless for our Jeep since it has a lightbar and can only go in touchless. Also my fav spot to rent Uhuals locally! They re always friendly and on the ball. Highly recommend!!

Car wash did not do a complete job. Cost $20 and did not clean truck. Left soap on it. Never got the full cycle

Way too expensive! Went for things that normally take a few hours and was there for 9 hours. Then found out later that when doing the tuneup not everything that comes with paying for a tuneup got done. Very nice people but I won't be returning.

Most unorganized shop I have been to, lady who answers the phone has no clue how to run a business and has 0 customer service skills. There prices are 20% higher then anywhere else, and there mechanics really don't know that much basic skills and knowledge. Good place for a oil change maybe if you can get past the lady that says she RUNS the shop.

Took my 03 Chevy Silverado there to get a new bearing and tire mount replaced. Dropped it off at 12:30 and by 4:00 the vehicle was fixed and at a great price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hauling about 1,000 chickens from Hilliard to Orlando and the breaks give out!!! I called and they said they were super busy but if we could get there they would park our chickens in the shade and see what they could do to help us out. As soon as we got there they helped us find and shady place for our chickens and gave us a hose so we could wet them and keep them alive. Even though they were so busy, they took the time to help us out and get us back on the road! And I would say better than fair pricing. I don't know what we would have done if they weren't such great people!!

This is an Awesome Garage! We blew a spark plug and they got us right in and out! Gene was super knowledgable, curteous, and friendly! Could bot ASK for better service anywhere!!
