Sam and his service manager Mike are terrific. Professional and friendly. Always busy, which is a good sign. They get me in the shop within 2-3 days, typically by appointment. My Mercedes is my business, so I'm critical about who takes care of it. You can't beat great service and reasonably priced!

I'm originally from Florida and didn't have a local mechanic in palm coast. My truck broke down right by Sam's. I had it towed there and he thought the issue might be the oil pump. I came back to pick it up ready to spend over $1000. The issue turned out ro be electrical and they saved me a lot if money. I wish I could give 10 stars. I'm a customer for life

My friend recommended Sam's Auto and I am so happy that I took her advice. My VW Jetta's engine light was on, also the tire pressure light. I was told that I needed a part by another company that did a diagnostic check. So thankful, first of all, that Sam's was able to look at my car on such short notice. I sent a request last night and received an immediate response to bring the car in this morning. To make a short story long, my car did not need either of the two parts that I told them it needed. They could have really taken advantage of me if they were dishonest, but they did not. I am so grateful to them for checking my car out and for having it ready today, as promised. I will be taking my car there from now on for all work, major or minor. Thank you all for your great service!Pat

My new go-to place for our three cars. Sam's was recommended to me by a close friend, and I was able to make an appointment promptly (our previous place wanted us to wait two weeks to be seen). Sam's fixed the problem, and were reasonably priced! Thank you, Sam's!!

Believe persons in need of repairs to their vehicles would be pleased with services provided, and those that are on a tight budget should not be afraid to speak out, they may find that something can be worked out, as a retired Diplomat, the "ART" of Diplomacy is COMPROMISE.Good luck.Chief

Mike & Sammy are awesome! They are very friendly & knowledgeable. I bring all of my vehicles here because they know what they are doing, they won t sell you things you don t need & they stand by their work. Highly recommend giving them the opportunity to take care of your vehicle!

This place was amazing they did what they said and it turned out great. I would highly recommend these people. I have an 06 ford f150 it's my baby with 145.000 I take care of her and she in turn takes where I need to go. These guys took care like me and we are happy. Thanks Mike for the help and thanks to the mechanics who do such a great job. I could go on but I'm sure you get the just of it. Thanks again guys.

Wanted to recommend Sam's Auto Repair and Diagnostics Center in Bunnell. Needed a water pump replaced in our 2017 Ford f150 and when you need your truck you don t want to wait .Ford dealer was 4-5 days before they d even get it in to diagnose! Mike at Sam s had it in and out in a day and a half. Great customer service, communication and fair! Thank you Mike & Sam s Auto Repair! Very nice people there. They take very good care of you. And very honest. if your looking for a mechanic give them a try. I have been there 3 times to get work done. Very happy with all the work they have done. My late husband was over a 49 yr mechanic. So I knew what was wrong with the car before I took it there and they got it right .

My work truck rear axels seals/wheels bearings went bad on me yesterday evening. Called multiple shops in town and everyone was booked up. Mike was to my assistance from the first phone call to the last! Great work, they completed the job next day as the said they would even though we added more work after I dropped off the truck. Answered all questions I had and very friendly. Price was very good and zero complaints with the work and fast turn around time. Truck is driving smoother then ever. I work on my truck myself 90% of the time but with this being above my knowledge I felt comfortable with their honesty and recommendations.Hope I have no other issues but if I do I will be going to Sam s auto again!Thank you mike, and all the staff!

I can't begin to explain how impressed I am with the service that I received. My van broke down while I was visiting and I was under a time crunch to return home which was 8 hours away. They worked me in within 24 hours and had the problem diagnosed and repaired immediately. I was treated courteously and the pricing was beyond fair. Watching the interaction with the regular customers coming in while I was waiting to pick up my van, I can see why the shop has been in business for so long! I am so happy that I found them and if you're in the area and need an honest and reliable mechanic, this should definitely be your go-to spot.

Nice owner !! Great shop. Very fair prices, and fast service . I m very particular about my car and won t trust it with anyone. Sams is the place to go. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!! They're looking for help there now but you got to be good or you won't last long there. And I've been working on cars myself for 40 years so I know good technicians. Speak to Michael or Sammy. Even if it ain't broke he'll fix it just kidding you have to have a sense of humor today.

The shop is great!!! I just moved here and had a wrong diagnostic at the dealer. And they kept mis-diagnosing. Sam diagnosed my vehicle correctly and fixed the problem. They didn t take advantage of price. Mike at the desk was so helpful as well! You have to make an appointment before you drop off your car for service because they are a busy place. They do good work and won t try to sell you services you don t need. This place is popular and I can see why.

I have dealt with Sam's for over a year. They have been honest, timely and fair on all repairs. They do REAL diagnostics... not just keep adding parts until it works. I really like the straight forward professionalism. I will continue to use them for my auto repair needs.

I had a great experience with Sam s Auto my Honda Civic had acceleration problems, it was diagnosed as needing a transmission flush, problem was resolved and price was comparable. I needed my first oil change since moving to Palm Coast and heard good things about Sam s so I gave them a call first. They were able to get me right in, exactly the day and time I requested and then they had me in and out and on my way in about 30 minutes, maybe a little less.

Mike was great. Got me in quick when I called with my throttle light on and car not running correctly. Got my cae fixed and back to running great again and no crazy over pricing or extra charges. The transmission blew out on my F-150 10 miles south of Bunnell on Rt. 11. To me, it was the middle of nowhere and I didn t know anyone. It was a Sunday. I checked the reviews and Sam s looked good to me so I got it towed there. On Monday morning, it took some time, but Mike, a true master at customer service, found a transmission for it. (I had a kayak in the back, and he even put that away for me.) I picked the truck up and drove back to Jacksonville the following Monday. It runs perfectly! I have been taking my vehicles here for 4 years now. Would not go anywhere else! These people are so friendly and trustworthy. I had to keep my car there for 3 weeks until I could get the money to fix it and they let me free of charge. Anything you need they are there to help. If you don't need something fixed right away they will tell you. They are on your side and not interested in just taking your money. They always explain everything they will do and why and its so helpful. I would highly recommend Sam's to anyone. A friendly trustworthy experience when getting your car repaired is hard to find. These people are it! JJ is so nice and is always so helpful. Don't know what I would do without them!

Mike the mechanic receptionist that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. They found a very good used engine for my Mazda CX-7 at a very good price! I recommend them to anyone in Flagler County and behind!Thank you guys very much!!

While visiting family in this neck of the woods, our car decided that after twelve years to break down. My DIL said that she heard nothing but good things about Sam's so we had the car towed there. We were pleasantly surprised and for me that is hard to do (I've worked at one of the top rated garages in South Florida). The waiting area was clean and spacious and the immediate attention by the manager was agreeable. I knew that we were looking at a large amount of money for the repair (water pump) but he threw in extra stuff. After our car had a pajama party with the other cars there, we were shown the damages caused by the break down. The repair invoice was less then $1000, much less than expected. A month later, I am please to report that our car is running like a top. My one problem is that Sam's Auto Repair is so far away from where I live. I would have liked to have them to be my choice of garages!

They did a great job installing clutch on my dodge dakota runs great allowed me to bring flywheel and master slave cylinder. They came across couple problems during install which raised the bill couple hundred had to scrape up some more money is what it is. but they were kind and do good work appreciate you guys doing a good job 1st time.Service: Transmission

Best place to take your vehicles. They fixed our 16 year old convertible top when we had issues. Also repaired our class B sensor issues. They are excellent and know what they are doing. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam & Mike!!

I never left a review before. But i always read a company's reviews. I am new to the area and brought my 2004 Ford F350 in to have the air conditioning fixed after i realized a simple recharge I tried was not going to work. JJ and the crew were awesome and took care of my baby. Showed me my jacked up parts and I was truly grateful to them. Price was fair and I will bring my lifted Diesel back for any other services. Thanks guys!

Have had an almost 20 year old Subaru with 160,000 miles serviced here twice this year. Once for an oil change and most recently for a brake issue. The staff is professional, friendly, and explain in detail what the problem is and how they fixed it. Very reasonable prices.
