Jenna is my hero! I did my brakes last week I have been a do it yourselfer all my adult life so I installed fronts, backs and both rear calipers in that brake job. Fast forward to yesterday....I was working a case in palm coast and shortly after arriving u heard a strange metal sound n with half an hour my left rear caliper sounded like it was frozen upon full pedal braking needless to say I was worried thinking its a brand new caliper....how! I left work driving as slow and careful as I could only TRYING to apply enough brake pressure so only the fronts engaged, although it wasn't very successful. I parked safely got under the left rear brake area n discovered one of the two brake caliper mounting bracket bolts was gone! My next thought was who has it, and more importantly will someone simply borrow a few tools to simply adjust the now shifted caliper n drive the bolt in! Autozone was closest....lady said she had it drove the 4 mile route again trying to carefully NOT full engage my brakes at times have to abruptly make left turns at intersections to allow the vehicle to loose momentum. I got to autozone in one peace! Went in....wrong part...she presented the caliper pins n bolts...not the two larger bracket bolts....AND...when she looked it up...no results...thinking maybe I could cross reference n have her locate in her store the right bolt I asked her if there was a chance I could use tools to get the tire off, n ratchet/socket to put the one bolt on...."well we don't really do that, but we sell the tools" I knew I was potentially screwed n I may rum into this response at any other parts store, maybe it's the economy n boosting sales? So the door to autozone helping shut fully when I found the Chrysler part number and they unequivocally said they did not have it.There is an O'Reillys near my house, 1.5 hrs away, so upon Google maps search boom Bunnell, FL 8 min away, off I go.....snails pace, scary. I called Jenna, she was soooooo pleasant to talk to and she assured me they have it and she had it waiting for me. I got there greeted by Jenna's amazing smile and prior too purchase, she allowed me to take one out of the package n eyeball it, I returned telling her looks like I'm in business! My next question is the one I was more nervous about.....so...does ANYONE have a floor jack, ratchet/socket, and a 4way lug I could borrow? Jenna immediately said I have a floor jack, jack stand and the ratchet and socket! Too boot Asst. Manager Troy Garner said go grab a lug wrench off the shelf and use it! Another younger male employee piped in offering a tool or two however Jenna had me covered! I followed her out, got the tools she went back in to help other potential customers and I returned 5 min later.....DONE! I could kiss her!!!! Tools returned, cleaned the chrome lug wrench, done. So I spoke with GM Kellie, forwarded my experience and praise, and the FACT Jenna saved my more than likely $100 AT MINIMUM for a $5 part, and the time that it would take for a potentially shady repair shop to get me in the air! I also got the DM's number...called Kevin told him alllll about it minus wanting to kiss her for helping me, lol. I did however ask to give her a hug, and she graciously accepted! In this reprehensible economy, forced upon us by inept politicians......every dollar counts! Thank you Jenna, O'Reillys is LUCKY to have you! I'll drop by next time I'm in the area to see you hopefully you'll be working.

Loved the experience! The gentleman that helped me (assistant manager) was very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Said he was in the auto part business since the 90's.He found what I was looking for (cabin air filter) within 90 seconds, answered all my questions and I was on my way.Great customer service. Will definitely do business with this store again.

I was totally blown away when the boy behind the counter didn't kill a Mustang is a Ford automobile. He said outright he knew nothing about automobiles and he had been working there 1year. At that point I turned around and left shaking my head and flabbergasted by the experience. HOLY COW !!!!!!!!!!! I went to Advanced Auto and got the part. Speed Sensor 96 4.6 2v Mustang Gt.

Bought a car battery there not even a week ago and battery was not good. Went to the store with the receipt and battery and they would not refund my $$$. Old man that works there very rude and will never shop there again. Several other options in the Palm Coast area with much better customer service.

Stopped in to drop off some used oil. I was informed that they couldn't take it because their tank was full. I had it in a Mobile One 5 quart container that I didn't need back so I asked if I could just leave the whole container. The employee looked at me like I was from another planet and just stared at me. She finally got out an answer which was "well it would just be sitting back there." I proceeded to leave and went across the street to Advanced Auto where the guy said right away "just leave it there and I'll take care if it." I proceeded to spend over $100 at their store.

All auto part stores do good and bad at times. Orderd 2 mufflers for my chevy, jacked my car up to put them on, two different mufflers. Had to take them back, wait another day.Went there the other day had Scott put on new wipers. Couple days latter started to rain turned on wipers one flew off the other went sideways. Took them back he said something about my J hook. Went to Advanced auto across the street got new ones he put the clip on that holds them in place. I should of known when the other guy opened the pack and thew all the parts in the trash, really at that point i knew i was in trouble my fault i guess.

A young man named Logan took the time to come around the counter to help me to pick out parts to make battery connections work for my boat.It is because of him I will come to O'Reilly's first from now on instead of going across the road to the other guys!

I understand inflation has affected us all but when the exact same part online is $10.80 and you later find it at another auto parts store for $17 but paid $25. That left a sour taste. I really was pleased at the service I was getting until this purchase.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. The service is stellar. I walked into an immaculately clean store and was greeted with smiles. They took time to look up what I needed as it was out of production and found the right replacement. Malik and Jon were amazingly helpful. I strongly recommend O'Reilly auto parts for all your car needs.

We are from South Georgia heading to Daytona when our started went out. We came to this o Reilly s and they were so nice and helpful. They tried to help us and even helped replace our battery. My husband ended up having to change the starter in the parking lot and they were always willing to lend a helping hand. We need more people like these good folks. Great job to the o Reilly team.

Went in there yesterday for a new battery - was super grateful to the gentleman behind the counter who helped me - I believe his name was Freddy? But my receipt said a different name so not sure - either way he was super nice and went the extra mile for me. So grateful! Thank you so much!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have a warranty on headlights and had my receipt to verify this, James so called customer rep told me I had to call Sylvania to rectify the issue when on the receipt it clearly stated to go the place of purchase. I believe there was another issue at hand but the aggressiveness of following me into the parking lot to tell me I'M NOT REPLACING YOUR LIGHTS IS RIDICULOUS. I went to the store in Palm Coast(Palm Coast Parkway) where Andrew gladly replaced the lights with no issues. I'm telling my the car clubs to no longer give this company any more business. In this times we're businesses are to honor their word. O'Reilly's feel sorry on every aspects of customer service. James you are in the wrong business sorry excuse of customer service. I need to speak to a District manager to see if this is how you train your reps

I needed headlight bulbs. The price was good, the store installed them for me. The store was clean and well kept. Things were easy to find. This store is not the closest auto parts store to my home, but i drive the extera mile becaust of the quality of service they give.

Richard was so courteous, helpful and professional. My car wouldn't start, so I had roadside assistance (from out of town) come and jump my car enough to get me to the nearest O'Reilly's store. Richard put my mind at ease with his knowledge of knowing exactly what battery I needed.

All auto part stores increased the price of their batteries. However they will install it at no additional charge. Of course the price is such that you are paying for the installation. O'Reilly Auto Parts had the best price out of 3 stores I went to. Because they do the installation you don't have to pay a core charge or make a returned trip to the store.The down side is if you do the work yourself you still pay the higher price for the battery.

Not a bad store, but no one asked if they could help me, didnt really have a great display of the items i was looking for. I did not purchase anything here, didnt find it appealing but its a parts store, there is that.

I don't know a lot of times they don't have the parts they get them in they're wrong they bought a motor only one engine I didn't been doing business with them for I don't know 15 16 years and they can't find the engine I bought from them only bought one complete engine so I can get my warranty

Stopped in today for a battery for one of my trucks. Customer service was perfect. Took about 1 minute, after I gave them the info on my truck, to get me the battery and even walked it out to my truck for me, as I have damage from an auto accident.This was after I attempted to get a battery that was on sale at Advanced Auto (across the street) and was just left to stand there at the counter while several employees just look down on the front desk moving papers around. With direct across the street competition, you would think they would want your business. I even said out loud, while I was walking to the door, " guest you're all too business for my business.That's what I get for going across the street in the first place.

One of the better auto parts stores in our fair city. I had headlights and wiper blades installed. They did a very nice job and did not charge me for the installation. I will return to that store in the future.

I drive an older jeep, these guys have always had the parts I needed, or could get it there within a day... Maybe 2. Nice newer store. Usually fast service.Not sure how this is listed as Bunnell...I'm referring to the Palatka store.

Good service from the staff. I come here instead of Advanced across the street for better prices and they carry WIX filters that are superior to anything Advanced carries.
