It's too bad I can't give zero stars. Spent thousands of dollars in this store. Always buying the best part available for the best warranty. They refuse to honor warranties! screwed me twice on Parts that were supposed to have warranties. Called another Napa, they have no problem honoring the warranty. The warranty is LIFETIME as per other stores. The original part lasted 12 years, the replacement from this store did not make it two years.

Highly recommended.I broke down in flagger on 95 radiator went on car let car cool down went to AutoZone ordered a new radiator.radiator came in a few hours later ordered wrong radiator for my car.They refunded radiator right away said money will go back on card right away it did not go back on my card it was all the money I had.I ended up sleeping in my car overnight no money cold hungry.Next day I borrowed money from my roommate called napa auto parts.The customer service was great.They ordered the part and delivered it to me at AutoZone in flagger in just a few hours.I had no way to get there.Highly recommend this place.

With a background in racing (retired IMSA Porsche team manager) and NHTSA regulations (retired later in life from DC), I do have some knowledge of which store to buy parts for my own vehicles. Bunnell NAPA employees go above and beyond just stocking parts. Thanks to Sue for her help.

Customer service is great. Alot of laughter when I walked in, but the first person I got to had the answer to all my questions. I think the world needs more of this.

Was told a product 12v batt was not recognized at this store because I bought the battery at another NAPA store. WTH, NAPA doesn't honor it's own products?...Haha and this is the 3 rd battery, other warranty returns.

NAPA auto parts is Awesome. Called to see if they had the battery i needed. They did not have in stock but they had the next day. Went in and they were very helpful. Changed the battery and gave the core back. Boom. Done. Great store

I frequent here, everyone is happy to help, shows the new stock or hard to find items. Used to never like napa, this place has greatly changed that opinion. Only place I like to go, everywhere else makes me cringe

From NY visiting Palm Coast for a month. Have 2015 Rav4 that started making weird "metal can" noise on passenger rear brake. Needed parts and tools and a place to work on car. Got it all from friendly and helpful staff. Fixed car on the side of the building. Borrowed screw drivers, bought some wrenches and a few brake parts. It's wonderful to find helpful people so far from home.

Top shelf store. Very friendly, helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE folks. Walked in counter saw my part and knew they Make, Model and Engine size for my water pump. Thanks guys!!

Worse service ever from Ricardo. Not sure where they found this one but it needs to be replaced! Has no knowledge of what he s doing couldn t tell a brake pad from an air filter

Excellent old school auto parts store. The people behind the counter know car parts. Anybody can browse a PC data base for parts, (like the autozone or advance stores), but these guys (and gal) know their stuff.

Great reason to deal with a local business. Our work truck broke down in Jacksonville. We went to a Jax NAPA store. They called Bunnell Auto NAPA. Jax NAPA helped us out with the parts and allowed us to go to the Bunnell Auto NAPA to pay.

I needed a thermostat for a 97 F-250. I called them and they said they had one in stock. I asked what brand it was he said it was Napa brand but made by stant. When I arrived and looked at the part it was clearly stamped motorad. Not the end of the world. But still false information.

By far the best auto parts store around. They will bend over backwards to get you what you're looking for. Highly recommended.

The Best Auto Parts store in Bunnell Fl.Every one is so helpful. If they don't have it they will order it if it's still available. Great place!!!!!!!

The store is a little hard to find - located a block west of the Route1/Route 100 intersection in Bunnell. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good merchandise selection.
