The nature of my car problem made it, so I could not drive it. Within 24 hours, mark within my garage and in less than two hours the car was fixed and ready to go. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a new best friend.

No one else will ever touch my vehicle besides these folks. Hands down the best customer service and knowledgeable mechanics around. They were happy to have a conversation with me about what I needed and never once "suggested" other things that should be done. Fantastic turn around time, and great communication. Thank you so much for all you did helping me get my car back on the road!

Friendly, honest, fast service with a smile. I initially came to get a second opinion, but ended up staying for the service because their price was very fair. They were busy but made room for me and I could tell from their interactions with other customer they were honest about their abilities and did not promise something they could not deliver. I will definitely be back when I need them.

I took my girls Honda CRV in after feeling spongy brakes Jose did a thorough look test drive ,replaced Master cylinder Brake flush, front end work ,tie rod ends , sway bar , rear caliper and cleaned up old one that was real rusty..i feel safe now the Honda is driving like new again..thanks again guys highly recommend

Came out same day to diagnose and fix my car. Mobile Mark is our favorite go to mechanic. I truly appreciated Ralph s professionalism and amiable customer service. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with this establishment. First impressions are everything and I have to say Mobil Mark did not disappoint. The explanation of what was going on with my car was clear. I was even kept abreast of the progress during each step. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. I have no complaints. So glad this was recommended to me. I d recommend to anyone else.

This is my first time using Mobil Mark and I am very pleased. I was able to schedule the service quickly and they showed up on time, early in fact. Everything I asked to be done was done and for a good price. I asked for a senior or veteran discount and it was given. I will use them again. I highly recommend!

We moved to Florida from NJ last year and were in search for a good car repair business that was local. What we found with Mobil Mark was not good, but rather EXCELLENT service. They are both reliable and reasonably priced and so very customer-service oriented. We can t recommend them enough.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. I had a dead battery on a BMW and Ralph came out to my house, on a very short notice, to get my battery tested and replaced. Ralph was amazing! As a woman, I am always worried I am going to get screwed over when it comes to anything car related, but the price was extremely fair. We will be using Mobil Mark for anything car related moving forward!!

Mark and his team were amazing. Mark thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle and gave options for repair. He educated me on the symptoms I would see when the issue needed immediate attention, if I chose to not repair right away. He was honest, fair, and informative. I have found my regular mechanic.

Got here right near time expected. Did a fantastic job and done in a timely manner. Also did a diagnostic on my bearings as part of the overall cost. The guy was very nice and friendly, polite and professional. Will use them again. Very impressed. My car wouldn t start, checked and the battery was good, figured it was the starter. Since its an older Miata I asked if they could order the starter before coming out. They did, came and replaced the starter but there was an electrical issue. The mechanic got the car started and left it running for me to bring into the shop. 1 hr later got a call that it wasn t the starter, it was just a switch and they didn t charge for the starter- saved me $300, honest and quick!!!

On 5/9 approximately 9 a.m. Mobile Mart with dispatched to my home regarding my teenage son vehicle. The company technician arrived one hour early than scheduled before the technician began working I informed him the pay method was in my car which would not be ready from the shop for another 45 minutes however, the technician agreed to continue working stating we can work out the Diagnostics fee later once the car is repaired. At this time I overheard the technician tell my son he would have to purchase a $400 battery from their contracted company before he can continue to diagnostic on the car due to the battery reading a bit low we informed the technician that we will supply our own battery at this time the technician drop the tools and began to walking off towards his van, unfortunately my son car was left dismantled due to him sticking up for himself pictures will be provided once I figure out how to upload them this was very sad and disappointing being that he really wanted his car fixed and only wanted to save money in the process this company was impatient and insensitive to our family. I was later informed by my teenage son that the mechanic never returned. days went by as we continued to reach out the the Mobile mark company regards to finishing the repair or at the minimum please put the battery back into the car being that it was an awkward shaped battery and required tools to get to the battery resting site, this was no easy task putting this battery in the area it came from. I witnessed mobile Mark mechanic jacking up the car this also required socket wrench unknow size and some other small tools, meaning when he left he took the tools with him to undo things he'd done. My son and I continue attempting to reach the company unfortunately the voicemail continue saying that they were really busy and booked up weeks out and that they will get back with us. Fortunately it was early on days later approximately 6:20 p.m. I receive a phone call from the company Mobile mark However, unfortunately the only reason for the call is for the payment mentioned earlier (Diagnostics fee). I then began expressing my concerns to the gentleman on the other end of the phone who introduced himself as Mobile Mark the supervisor/ owner of the company, at this point I was relieved to speak with someone that I felt would bring a solution to this possibly oversight, meanwhile speaking with mr. Mark I explained to him we tried to reach out several times from both me and my son's phone. Mr. Mark responded he hasn't received a call from either of us all week I then asked mr. Mark what number was he looking for being that I know he don't know the phone number of my son's phone, there is no possible way he could deny our calls call was made not to mention most of their calls is answered by voicemail you hardly ever get someone on the phone the voicemail tells you that however,after being embarrassed mr. Mark became very hostile before I can explain to him what the mechanic had done before ending the phone call he yelled into the phone I think you better find another mechanic and hung up the phone.. I immediately returned the call and informed mr. Mark that I was very upset disappointed and ashamed of his services and I also inform him that I would be placing a review of my experience on the company page. once again a horrible experience with this company I pray they received the proper training being that one day they will thrive better in our community however, for now this company no longer has my trust. I also have more photos however I am reading the legal standpoint going posting the company's vehicle in worker at our home ...Do not use

Mobile Mark is highly recommended. They took a whole day to go through my truck to find out issues and offer a reasonable estimate. Took care of all issues and went above and beyond to complete all projects. Definitely an asset to the community will be my first choice every time I need a mechanic, great job guys, truck runs like new !Service: Engine repair
