As the owner of a small local business, when my equipment goes down, jobs don't get done and jobs get backed up. K&M truly ho above and beyond to get us going again. Finding a local, reliable, and honest repair shop is not always easy. No need to look further!

The service performed was to expectations. But the time to service a small problem on a Honda mower was extreme. Over two weeks for a simple fix. Price was extraordinary high. However, they're the only mower repair in town and they cater to the lawn services, not the everyday consumer. Prices are really high, but they did fix my equipment.

If I could give a ZERO I would. My son dropped off his power washer for a possible warranty issue. Keep in mind the power washer was only 3 months old. Shop called to advise the machine would not be covered under warranty at which time my son did NOT give any permission to do any "work" on the machine. After some discussion and testing of 2 other similar machines it was discovered that the issue was not the machine but the fuel we were using (ethanol free fuel is needed to run properly).The attendant at the shop stated the same thing when we dropped it off. So when we came to pick up the machine we fully expected to pick it up free of charge. WRONG....owner of the shop told it would be $50 to pick up...for doing NOTHING. WILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER MACHINE HERE EVER AGAIN.

Like always I look at reviews before I take a product somewhere, reviews looked pretty good. Dropped off a trimmer (weed eater) and they advised they would let me know the issue within 2 days. I had to call them several times to check and said they would get to it eventually. It took two weeks before I finally called and asked why is it taking so long ... finally got an answer the next day. They said I needed a 25 dollar part but it would cost 140 dollars due to labor. I said no and I could pick it up the next day. Went to pick it up and they couldn't find it because they had it disassembled still. Had to come two days later to put it together to find out they didn't put all the original pieces back on my trimmer and when I questioned them they said that's the original piece. I know for a fact it's not because I looked at the trimmers they sold in store and they had the same parts on theirs and their product is a different name brand. And I took pictures of my trimmer before I dropped it off. Would not recommend.

I brought in my sthil 600 backpack blower or my company. Not only did I wait 5 weeks for the repair, there was no transparency. I left voicemails and showed up at the shop several times only to waste my time and gas. On top of all the long wait, I brought in for a simple carburetor, mind you they only cost $25 with shipping tops. They charged me$125.00 for the carburetor, $60 for labor. $15.00 for fuel lines that were not part of the deal. A total of $200. A woman also made a joke on the phone saying that if I did not own a business that it would have been twice as long.

The best place I found yet, for chainsaw repair. Whenever I drop the Saul off they told me they were six weeks out, I told him it didn t matter I need to get it fixed. Three weeks later I received a phone call letting me know that my 200T is ready for pick up. Thank y all very much for the quality work and time you take into doing your job.

I have been using k&m mower for many years at this point. Carrie always takes the time to go above and beyond to try to find a solution to any of my small equipment needs. The environment of the front desk is great always joking around and I am always greeted with a smile from shanae and Haney thank you for putting me in a better mood and everything that you do to serve me your customers and the community you are very much appreciated keep up the great work

Carrie, the owner, is absolutely wonderful! She truly works hard to manage and care for her customers. I was very frustrated with some of the hired help as they just didn't seem to manage the business very well (documenting calls and visits, estimates, promises, etc.), but fortunately Carrie came to the rescue. Great work and expertise with a wide range of equipment, but know that these days parts are difficult to find so ask for, and expect, some delays in repairs.

I just moved here from PA a year ago and I have a Stihl 039. Any part I need for it they either have it or they have it the next day. Shannay always takes care of me when I m there. Fantastic customer service best around talk to Shannay and she will have it handled guaranteed.

Mark (the Owner) is awesome! Whatever you got he and his mechanics can fix. Prices are great, and so is the staff. He's got parts on hand for everything. Great selection of chains bars and blades, and new and used equipment. Highly recommend, no hesitation, best around hands down!

Mark was very friendly and helped me with a tool that I didn't own to remove a blade from my trimmer. His shop is clean and organized-the sign of a great mechanic. I will definitely return when I am in need of a repair.

They never seam professional misunders standing before. They ordered valve for my carburetor ,been waiting for it to come in. Called several times to see if it come in yet,was told each time, we will call you when it comes in. Today went there to see if it come in yet, she told me oh Randy, Randy yea I just got enough things to order it so you don't have to pay a charge for shipping. I'm like what, cancel the order. Tired of being lied to, not to mention a $ 5.00 shop supply charge they put on it. NEVER AGAIN.... DONE...

Kerri and Mark seemed like decent local business owners so I thought I would give them a try on a New zero turn Red Max 48 mower. Paid $3,300 cash and was promised a free first oil change with a coupon. Went to redeem it and Kerri told me, I never said that? Kerri promised me free delivery before the purchase and then she said no, $35.00. I never said that? All I can say is get everything in writing. Their word does not mean much at all. So it was delivered scratched up and dented due to the fact they are constantly moving the mower equipment in and out of tight areas in the shop. I figured well its a mower, I can live with a little imperfection. Well after a few hours of mowing the motor has a slow oil leak. As I was cleaning the oil saturated run off area at the muffler location I see that it is full of oil residue like someone spilled a lot of oil maybe as they were initially filling the crankcase. At least I hope that's all it is? I am not impressed with K&M at all and now stuck with a new expensive mower that works like a 12 year old machine. All I can say is check out some of the other facilities in town before you make a bad decision like I did.

Staff went well beyond to help me get my new wright mower. Also bought new hand equipment as well and through the whole time service was outstanding. !!!!! Best place to purchase equipment without the fuss..

I can't express how awesome the folks are at K & M mower repair. I have had several questions over the past couple weeks and they are there to help and they answered all my questions no hassle. The people were nice but they have a long wait time and I canceled service after waiting a month and a half.I went somewhere else as I needed my mower tuned up and new blades.And their trailer was stolen on my pick up date.My patience ran out finally .

Bad company I did drop the blower machine she charge 25 dollars to look at it she call me after two weeks and she tell me can coast you to fix almost to buy new one she try to sell me from here shop new for 135 dollars. I don't take here deal I went to YouTube to watch how you change the full line it coast me 6 dollars the part to fix. It's Rip off company .

Great! K&M Mower Repair is the best place to have your lawnmower repaired in Flagler County. After working together with Mark and Kerri for years, I am able to say they are both very honest and work hard serving customers. K&M Mower also sells new lawnmowers, trimmers, generators and more! You cannot go wrong here.
