We had a Great experience with these guys. We had to move aircraft fuselage for 80 miles and they accepted our very short notice order on Sunday afternoon and safely did amazing job for the convenient price.Dispatchers and driver was very responsive and professional.

They towed my car backwards, even though there supervisor came out to my house and stated it was the driver's fault. He also said they never tow cars backwards even if wrecked. He had two acres of land to turn around in too. So my trunk flew open and was totalled because the driver didnt check the whole car beforehand. Thanks Roger's, we use to use you for years but oh well there always Gary. Thanks for nothing! We would have taken this to court but it's not worth the waste of time, don't have your stuff towed by Roger's or Johns.

Randal came and picked up my life line tonight at my home and toted her off her off to the repair shop to have some life breathed back into her. He was quick, careful and dashingly handsome. My card wouldn t run so he even met me at the bank to get the funds for the lift. If you are in a jam and need a tow, this is who you want.

I have roadside assistance through my insurance company and I requested a tow Truck driver showed up extremely quickly. His name was Marty. Very Knowledgeable and very quick. I highly recommend this tow company as well as Marty he deserves a raise!

Needed a car towed off my business's lot. Rogers wouldn't tow for some reason. Called johns. No problem. They were there within the hour little bit of paperwork car gone. Thanks Johns.

I have a Ram 5500 and a 55 trailer. At first he came out with the big wrecker and realized it couldn t be forked due to the stabilizer arm. Then, he called another one of his guys to get the truck on the flatbed and showed back up with a second truck to tow the trailer. Didn t double the price, just charged slightly more for a 2nd drop off. Would recommend.

Robert was awesome! Thank you so much for helping us get our car to a repair shop so we weren't left stranded on the side of the road 2 hrs away from home. We had some difficulties but he didn't give up. Exceptional customer service Robert!

Words don t describe how grateful I am for this company we were on our way to Orlando we are from mass and we ran out of gas my son and brother ran a mile up and down to get gas still my car would not start!! I had all my little kids on the car my battery dies from keeping the cool air on well I called them and they were super busy so many accidents which we witnessed one miles back I told the guy on the phone it s dark and the kids are hot I was having a panic attack literally!! Well he said let me see what I can do he called me back 2 mins later and had a driver on his way to me!!! Thank god!! I never want to experience that again my poor kids and this Florida heat don t help!! Thank you again for you kind humanity!! I give this company 10 stars they deserve it Service: Battery service

I called John s Towing to being towed about 20 miles. Call was placed at 3:30pm on Saturday ( few days after hurricane) was informed up front by Nelson the wait time would be at least three hours. I called at 2.5hrs to see if the 3 hrs wait was still in place. Greg stated it would probably be another hour or so. I call again after another 2.5 hrs. Greg ask if we could reschedule in the morning due to driver unavailable. Though I didn t like the reality of waiting, we agreed to 7:00-7:30 Sunday morning. I received call from driver about 7:10 am he arrived at 7:30 ish. In fairness, the storm may have played a part in a the challenge of schedule. I m satisfied for now.4 stars wasn t perfect scheduling (service) but it worked out.

Caught a flat about 10 pm. Tow truck driver came, put our truck on the bed and hauled us to the nearest town. He was ever so nice. The receptionists were a little rude. Other than that would recommend.

The BEST SERVICE, five stars is no where CLOSE for service and Derrick (the driver) was by far the most friendliest and accommodating driver. His concern for the items in our truck and moved it twice to make sure nothing would happen to our belongings. After just moving and everything that could go wrong, did. And his wonderful attitude was a breath of fresh air!!!! Would recommend HIM out of anyone else! It's hard to find friendly attitudes and service these days. HAT'S OFF TO DERRICKService: Car towing

I needed my 2008 Honda Ridgeline towed to the tire shop as I couldn't get into the compartment where the spare tire is stored. There was minimal wait and the driver that responded was courteous, professional and efficient. I believe I've only been towed by them once or twice. But both times were good experiences. The owner great guy talked to him, and he's not your average tow truck driver I don't know what that means but maybe I've just had bad experience with tow truck drivers in the past but not with these guys. Got to give him four stars. But not so sure about their facility looks like well excited to a lot of cars in and out of there That's what it looks like but that's not what you're going for is it? Yeah pretty good guys there they do their job got some good equipment.

This firm was assigned to tow us via AAA Florida. Their ETA was 89 minutes. Three hours later they never showed up. The driver kept calling changing his ETA. First he called at 141pm and said he would be there at 2 . Then at 2 he called and changed it to 230 then did the same twice more!!!! When I called AAA they were not informed by him that he d been delayed by police calls. That s fine. I understand police calls come first. But if you can t get there within a half hour of your ETA, let AAA know so they can assign it to someone else . Which ultimately they did. That second driver from AAcurate Towing got there in 16 minutes!!!! I blame AAA as well!!! But when the guy from John s finally called to say he was REALLY on his way, we had been towed 30 minutes earlier by a more responsive, LOCAL garage. I mean it is Florida in the summer. How long can you sit in a hot car with nothing to drink in the middle of the day????

Calvin was the tow truck driver. He was very careful with my vehicle, very helpful and helped me very carefully in and out of the truck. He was very respectful and I felt very comfortable with him. Thank you so much. This is the second tow with your company as I used you in a car accident three years ago. The driver then was very professional, courteous and helpful as well. Very good and professional people, I've dealt with them before and always had a good experience. I had to go back and pick up my license plate after my car accident, my car was totaled in a head-on collision. They asked me how I was feeling, genuinely seemed to care about my well-being. Helped me get the stuff out of my car and we're very nice about it. I would definitely recommend them for the future, anyone who needs a tow.

After I was in an accident, my insurance company dispatched a local tow company to get my vehicle to the body shop for repairs. Unfortunately for me, this tow company was Johns Towing. The tow truck driver (after just lifting the front tires up with the lift and not securing the vehicle at all with straps before getting onto I 95) dropped the vehicle off at the wrong location. Once I got to the location of the body shop (same address on my receipt for the tow I already paid for) my car was not there. After about 3 phone calls, I was able to get the original tow truck driver, Ba, on the phone who seemed more annoyed that he wasn't able to correctly do his job than apologetic that he had messed up. I was told that first thing the next morning, my car would be dropped off at the correct location, again, the originally requested location. After multiple back and forth phone calls to the collision center and the tow truck company, this issue still hadn't been resolved at 4:30pm. I was told that once the car was towed to the correct location, I would get a call to confirm. Confirmed my phone number with them multiple times and still never received a call. Throughout the entire process, Ba had the worst attitude and demeanor. I think like most people, I work at a company that provides a service, and if I ever provided a similar quality of service with the same attitude as Ba, I would be out of a job.Service: Car towing

Called for a tow at 0700 and was told by Nelson that dispatch would contact me with ETA. I called back 2 hours later to find the tow has been cancelled. No call, text or anyone ringing my doorbell.Extremely poor communication and obviously lazy.

For a tow yard they are surprisingly reasonable. Had my motorcycle stolen, and when it was recovered and taken here I wasn't charged the standard police impound fee- just the normal fee. They even were willing to permit me to keep my motorcycle in their parking lot for a few days (didn't end up being that long) for no additional charge for hope I waited for my insurance company to pick it up.Megan was very friendly and understanding. Just be aware that as with all tow yards, it takes longer than you think it should to get your vehicle back. I left feeling good even after I was at first very agitated at the condition of my motorcycle and the hoops I had to jump through.

Out of town visiting family and we needed a tow on Christmas Eve from St. Augustine, FL to Lake City, FL. Brandon was professional, friendly, and had the cleanest tow truck we ve ever been in. The tow truck Driver Zack L is an asset to your company. I am a disabled female and have had many poor and scary experiences with auto breakdowns. Zack not only assisted my car tow but also helped me remain calm and collected. This is the best experience I ve ever had with a tow company Anywhere in the country.
