Went to J&W upon referral from a friend. When I scheduled my appointment they reassured me they d only advise me for parts and services that were really needed after inspection and testing. They quoted me expected cost based on labor and time. They were super nice when letting me know my vehicle was ready and flexible about my picking it up. Charges were less than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival they showed me what parts they changed. I would definitely recommend.

JIM IS A LIFESAVER is how I start if this review. Started having car trouble Friday afternoon in Holly Hill barley made it to work that morning. Had it tow ed to JW without worry. called other places dealerships couldn t touch my car for two weeks. Only took a few days got lucky with not many cars in. got my car back in 5 days Honest and straight up will not try to get over on you. Great auto repair place you can always count on!!

Kyle and Jim were amazing, we are from Illinois, traveling back home from vacation. Started having problems with our car, I called this morning and Jim said to bring it over, they were able to diagnose and fix our problem very quickly! They were so kind and helpful, prices were so reasonable and they go out of their way to help! So thankful for them! Jim found the part we needed and drove to go get it so it could be fixed right then. Kyle was great, he talked me through everything and taught me a little about what was happening with the car. These guys are great! They were very honest and took their time to explain what needed to be done and the charges, even showing me the parts that were replaced and giving me tips on what to do so I don't have to take it in as often! My family has used them for year! Honest, great service, and quick! Highly recommend!

Awesome! They helped me pull out the oil dipstick that the handle had broken off. No charge. They had a new one brought to the shop and called me when it got there. Same day!!! Thank you so much!!

Great place, nice people and very good mechanics! They are fair with prices and will not RIP you off! The owner informed me he over charged for a part as I was paying and saved me over 20 bucks. I would of never known the diffrence! I will never use anyone else but these guys from now on!!
