Our family has used J&J several times over the years and we are so very happy with this business! We just picked up our Jeep and the damage to the right side of the car is gone; the repair was fabulous, no damage visible, looks like new. Because they are so busy, it takes some time to get an appointment, but the waiting is worth it. Prices are reasonable. Outstanding business model, thanks Ray.

Went in for an estimate and everyone was great, nice and accommodating. They also make it easier for people going through insurance and try their best to ease the customers as well. It only took me a few days for my car to get fixed! Everything went smoothly, I recommend J&J to everyone. They re a really great small auto business!

Great shop and I highly recommend to anyone in need of auto body repair. Took my 21Toyota 4Runner here to be fixed after a deer damaged my passenger side. At first I went to Caliber Auto Repair and something just wasn t sitting right with me when I left. I wanted that mom and pop experience and expertise so after a google search found J&J. So glad I went with my gut. The shop is family owned and operated. Jen in the office was such a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, my truck came out amazing! You wouldn t even know there was damage. They even gave my truck an interior and exterior clean. My truck was still drivable so they ended up prespraying the parts and when I brought the truck in for repair I got it back within a couple days. Very, very satisfied customer and will be using this shop for any future body work I will need.

I hit a deer and had JJ do my body work to repair damage. All in all they did a good job. The reason for the 4 stars was after I got my truck home I found some type of glue on the back passenger panel and also on passenger door. Took a little work on my part but I resolve the problem. They were very helpful and attentive to my needs on my bumper issue, trying to get me the best deal. Very grateful for their prompt service, the staff was friendly & the uncles niece at the front desk was extremely helpful and informative. 10/10 would recommend!

I Have To Say Crazy Atmosphere but Awesome People! They do excellent work it kinda feels like your at your long lost family s shop. Took my Camaro had a few hiccups but these people did there part and definitely took care of my car. I was super worried they made my front end look brand new you can t tell in any lighting that my car was hit in the front. Highly recommended. These people really really know their stuff, and Ray is the sweetest guy ever! I needed several parts fixed on my car and they did it within 24 hours when i told them i needed my car by the weekend. Wow! They are 100% honest with everything they do and their work reflects it. All of the 1 star reviews are beyond fake. Please do yourself a favor and go to J&J! Rude owner. Amateur quality work. Bad fitment and no paint matching skill. Did 3/10 quality work on an insurance job. After 3 trips to the shop, I gave up and took the car even though the quality of the work was poor. Ended up selling the car not long after because it was ruined for me. These guys took my injured sports car that I loved and made it a garage fix. All the while being short (temperament and stature) and rude to me. Can't stress how terrible this place is enough. Can't even do good work on an insurance job. Really pathetic.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car, a 2019 Honda, git messed up drivers side headlight area wasn't drivable. Well through the hurricane and all I got my car back and it was like nothing ever happened. All the cameras and systems were calibrated perfectly. Paint color matches to a T.Any future body work I need jj is my choice, great job J&J.

I brought my car for a window repair and side mirror repair 6 months ago. Within a few weeks, the window started scraping when rolling it up and down. Brought it back, they looked at it but didn't do anything different to it. Shortly after, the side mirror that they "repaired" stopped operating. When I needed a bumper on the same car replaced in early March, I brought the car and was given a written quote, so I told them to go ahead and proceed. They said they would fix the incomplete work they did on the mirror at the same time.I called once a week asking if the part had come in, and it hadn't. In mid-late April, I called again and they said they'd check on the status. I received a call back stating that the bumper increased in price "when they went to order it" so they would not be honoring their written estimate. I asked why they waited until April to order a part that they told me was ordered in March. They then yelled at me and said they wouldn't be doing any work for me now and would not be ordering the bumper. Not only did they lie to me for weeks about when they ordered the part, they decided not to keep me as a customer when I questioned them on this. They are also not fixing the shoddy mirror replacement they said they'd compete. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a fender with another driver which resulted in my hatch and bender severely damaged. I was able to go through the other drivers insurance for full payment and they paid the establishment directly. There was a miscommunication between the insurance company and myself as well as the auto shop. I was treated with respect and empathy by the staff of the auto shop and they called to give me immediate updates as they were getting them. Once everything was paid, I was able to get my vehicle back and I was extremely satisfied with the repairs. My car appeared to be brand new again and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they d even repaired damage to the sunroof and I didn t have it in my original estimate from the insurance company. I would definitely recommend j&j to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle. Two thumbs up.Service: Body & Trim

I was on I-95 when I ran over some road debris that left the splash guard of my car draging on the ground. Thankfully I found J&J's in Bunnel. The service was outstanding and would highly recommend them. They are honest , affordable, very reliable and simply good people. I wanted to hug the mechanics I was so relieved. They were the worst place ever I would never go back for anything.... I took my son's car there cause the insurance said they were a good company and they don't replaces the part's and messed up part's that were on the car.... Horrible Horrible place I feel sorry for anyone else that goes there�!� They were very rude on the phone and in person....Service: Body & Trim

Someone rear ended me a few years ago and my insurance company suggested J&J, they did a fantastic job. Bought a 15 year old truck a couple years later that needed the top and hood painted. They matched the color perfectly with the rest of the truck, it was flawless.My parent were involved in a minor wreck today on their way to my house. Their car is only a few months old, and although it was minor damage to the rear bumper, my mom was pretty upset. I called J&J and the owner said to bring it down and he'd take a look. He had one of his workers, pop the dent out of the bumper, and didn't even charge her for it. We gave the worked who did it a $20 for his time.Great fast, honest,dependable work. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Had my vehicle repaired once and I was greeted by Ray the owner.He had a rotten attitude then and even worse after I went for an estimate on my quarter panel and he was rude and said he couldn't get me in until the end of October. I went somewhere else was treated with respect and more work less money. I should have went to this other place to begin with.

We had a rock hit our hood of our car and dented and scratched the hood. Every time we got in the car we saw this. Then our trunk lid was scratched to the metal it seemed. The car is less than a year old and we hated to paint the entire car. We took it to J&J . Ray told us not to paint the trunk. He told us the hood would have to be painted which we knew. He said he could buff out the trunk which we did not believe but thought he is the professional and what do we have to loose. We were ecstatic when we picked up the car. The hood and trunk looked as good as new. (We have a friend who was in the auto body business- He said I have never seen such awesome work) So instead of having to paint the entire car and it being thousands of dollars it was fixed better than painting it and for way under a thousand dollars We highly recommend J&J on price, service, quality and doing what they say. Got our car a day before they had originality said it would be ready. We could not be any happier with the entire experience.

J&J Body Shop repaired my daughters car. We dropped it off Monday and had the car back by Friday. They did an awesome job. Jen was extremely nice and easy to deal with. Definitely customers for life and KUDOS J&J Body Shop!

My car was side swiped by a tractor trailer on 1-95. The right side of my car was heavily damaged. I took my car to J&J for repair. They did an excellent job. I am very picky about my car and they surpassed even my expectations. I highly recommend.

Had an recent accident that will require body work so asked the owner of another business that recommended J&J without hesitation. Got all the insurance requirements met in less than a hour. No waiting around for "someone" else to do it. The "Boss" did it.

Took my Jeep in about 2 years ago .Had rear bumper cover replaced due to accident . Notice its extremely faded suppose to be black looks like Grey now doesn't match the rest of the black trim which is much older .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
