This place is amazing. Today was my 2nd time going to G.E.A. I can honestly say that both times I was pleasantly surprised. Patricia and Gus took really good care of me and went above and beyond. I didn't feel like a number like in other shops. My experience was personalized and they didn't try to take advantage of me. In fact, the whole experience was awesome from checking in my vehicle, to getting the "dreaded call". I will definitely be back when I need another repair. Thanks Guys!!

First place to actually fix my vehicle.Had an electrical issue with my Denali that was driving me nuts. I had taken it to multiple shops who claimed it was just loose wires got it in and out like they didn t wanna deal with it. I had changed all kinds of parts myself the whole time, having everyone at work telling me. That for unique issues like what I was going through I needed to see G.E.A.. They weren t the cheapest, but they were the best quality and definitely worth every penny. They fixed the issue nobody could figure out. I even waited a few weeks to post this because I was so nervous the issue was going to return. But it s finally fixed. Will definitely recommend

What a great experience from the service department. From day one from my first phone call to my appointment this morning. Everything from top to bottom was amazing my service technician Danny was very knowledgeable very caring and took care of the problem. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area who has a foreign car

I boyfriend and I went and bought a car today and it's our first time buying a new car! It was an amazing experience I was definitely nervous but Gus was amazing and gave us amazing advice I would 100% go back and get another car form them! They are just outstanding would definitely recommend to others!

Such a pleasant experience!!!!! Sales person who is also the Owner, was AWESOME! Really went out of his way to ensure a smooth car buying experience. Had all the paperwork ready and took me 10 minutes to sign and drive off lot. He went above and beyond to track down the second key and even threw in a few extra items. Did I mention that the owner was AMAZING! Really the best car buying experience I have ever had. Love my new SUV!

All I can say is I feel like we finally found our mechanic after being in Palm Coast for almost 3 years. They have plenty of top end mechanics working and Patricia at the front desk and the owner Gus stay personally involved with your car. We've had nothing but happiness out of the multiple times we have been there and would recommend them to anyone.

They do great work on foreign cars. I brought my Mom's c250 Mercedes to them for different reasons. Always did a nice job taking care of it . My son had his Tesla there recently for an alignment

Their service is amazing. Took my daughter's car there for something that had been misdiagnosed by two other dealerships and they were able to rectify the problem and get it taken care of for me in a timely fashion. Their staff is courteous and personable and they make sure that you understand exactly what needs to be done. Definitely would bring my vehicle back there again for service if needed.Scott

My 2008 Highlander A/C was not cooling, diagnosis blower and capacitor...expensive fix...But Not fixed. Went back and now told that the A/C Compressor needed replacing. Went to different repair shop, shown that freon had leaked out through rear ac evaporator....Correct fix.

You gotta go meet Gus. Very professional and loves what he does. Most talented mechanic in the area, and specializes in upper class cars. Beautiful cars on the lot to choose from. I got my Mercedes E350 there and absolutely LOVE IT! Also got a Volkswagen Tiguan two days before. We both love our new vehicles. Thanks for everything Gus!

Gus, Ulysse, and Patricia at GEA Auto are the best. I bought my E350 from Gus in January, and love my Mercedes. Unfortunately I got into an accident and GEA took care of everything, and got my car back to perfect shape! Amazing!! Thank you everyone at GEA, you have another customer for life!

On my way to SC from Orlando when my BMW M3 electrical went crazy, resulting in my car completely shutting off exiting I95. Car was towed to GEA Auto by an affiliated towing service. I was very nervous as this car is my baby in a shop 120 miles from my home. Patricia at the shop called me promptly in the morning when the shop opened and kept me up to date from there, throughout the day, as they diagnosed and repaired my car. Turned out to be a failed alternator combined with a 5 year old battery. They had it repaired and ready by the end of the day. I picked it up this morning and just pulled into my garage. I can t say enough about the quality of service and how happy and fortunate I was to come across GEA Auto in a true time of need. Thank you and I would recommend you 100 percent.

People who drive European cars should know that BOSCH Service is by far the best place to get your vehicle worked on. It doesn't matter if you rely on a mechanic to do every bit of service, or if you're an expert that just needs some specialized work, like me, Bosch is the way to go.My suspension repairs went smoothly and the cost was right on the mark. The reason I'm writing thi a year later is I'm returning for a small engine repair, a sensor. Bosch designed and manufactured many of the sensors and systems for my Mercedes, why would I go anyplace else?

I would never recommend this business, I sat patiently in the office, for an oil change, the receptionist told me my car was just about done, 40 minutes later she calls me up and says that it s finished I pay my bill, but my keys were never given to me I asked her where are the keys and my car. She said they are bring it around, I wait outside for another 15 mins to see the man driving my car backwards and passes me up and drives it back to the back of the building, the hood was not closed, went back inside the office to ask the receptionist how much longer for my car I have to go to work. She had filled me in that they spilled oil all over my car! Okay . Back in the waiting room, to start the waiting all over again, 15 mins go by and she said okay they are bringing your car around, see my car out front, I see the owner taking the plastic covers off the seats only to visibly see OIL IN MY CAR on the upholstery, showed the owner all the BLACK OIL SPOTS inside the car, he grabs a dirty microfiber to wipe it, doesn t even wipe the correct areas. By this time I am incredibly late, told the boss I ll wipe it myself, also had oil on the hood, I m a firm believer you return something how it was given to you.

From their knowledgeable, timely and clean mechanics to their fair pricing and the front desk that welcomes you and sends you off feeling like customers still mean something it is always the best experience here. I m very persnickety about the appearance of my show winning vehicles and I don t trust their care to just anyone. GEA has impressed me with their meticulously kept shop and stellar customer service and so I chose them to work on my prized 89 Cadillac.Although the repairs took quite a long time, GEA did not disappoint. Danny is a very gifted mechanic who replaced my gas tank and fuel sending assembly/pump,as well as repaired multiple odds and ends that were wrong with the car. Patricia is totally on the ball with customer service. They are honest people who do their jobs with integrity. I will be sending my other vehicles to GEA. I wouldn t have anyone else deal with my automotive needs. Do not hesitate to have GEA serve yours!

Me and my wife Kia was having some issues we took it to GEA. They took really good care of us. It was wonderful to be greeted by Patricia that had such a great sense of humor and put everything very straightforward with how it was with the vehicle. Thank you Patricia for your great service and personality it is much appreciated in this negative world we live in. I also have to thank Gus for his honesty and taking great care of his customers providing a level of service that goes above and beyond. Whatever you do,DO NOT take you vehicle here for repairs! They DO NOT stand by their work and lack of communication! Vehicle was at the garage for two months and spent $5,500 for repairs . Shortly after took the vehicle back in for THE SAME PROBLEM was there for another two months and came back in the same condition after they charged me another $1,100. $6,600 spent for a vehicle overheating and now have to take it to an HONEST garage. This is criminal

I'm so happy to find a place to have my car serviced. I brought my car in, and they were able to diagnose and fix my car in one day. They called and gave me a price prior to fixing it. The price was reasonable, and the service was very good. I highly recommend GEA Service Department and I plan to check out their sales department next time I need a car.

Horrible Experience! Please DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO G.E.A AutoThe old lady at the Front Rude and dishonest, Told my family a diff amount of money wespend over $ 1,500 and still not in proper order!!!!Horrible place, dishonest about labor and pricing, ripping off customers !!!Please stay away from this location

I took my car to this shop to get a diagnosis done. My car was running rough and after barely looking at it and not even driving it he determined that I needed a new motor. I got a second opinion, and it turned out to be a bad EGR valve. The other shop drove it change the oil to rule out metal shavings like GEA had claimed to find. GEA is extremely dishonest. I get a feeling he only wants to work on the high-end vehicles. And he still charged me. The other shop didn t charge me for diagnosis.
