I took my boat trailer to two other local welding shops who didn't do anything except waste my time waiting to get an estimate which never happened.I went to Flagler Trailer and Storage explaining what needed repaired and asked when they could get to it. I was immediately told "today". I was amazed, they completed the work as promised and I was able to pick it up just a few hours later.They were attentive, personable, friendly, and professional, reasonably priced, and getting the job done.I highly recommend them for welding repairs.Thanks!

The owners wife has got to be the most immature person I have ever spoken too , she literally hangs up the phone when she doesn t get her way , left a trailer there to get pricing and the owner told me I could leave it there while I found out if the owner of trailer had the title cause I wasn t spending money to fix unless I owned it he said no problem , I get a call a few months later stating that I owe them 1100$ dollars , they never reached out to me to pick up the trailer, I told the owner if he needed me to get the trailer out of there to call me, he never did , they are literally trying to steal the trailer , and saying I owe them for storage fees , I would never use this place the pricing they gave for repairs are ridiculous , the wife is bad news and has a major attitude problem, just look at the other reviews she is always right and the customer is always wrong , I remember when that place was a Real trailer place with integrity and great customer service , not the case anymore would recommend you stay away from them

Came in months ago to get 2 axles put on my trailer to replace mine since I had a wheel and hub come off. I was told that they had been ordered, but they were waiting on a final piece. That was earlier this year, after multiple calls asking if it was in yet, I finally stopped calling. Never received a word back, and I took my business elsewhere after I was left with a non functioning trailer for months. At least there are other competent shops that can repair a trailer within a week but certainly not this one. My name is Antonio Delgado

Had some trailer wheel bearing issues. I had called before they closed. They told me where to park and they got started on it first thing the next morning! Great business and great group of people!A+++ work!Highly recommend!

Amazing, they helped me with a new trailer wheel stud and cap. I was leaving to drive cross country and they saved my trip. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Totally Military friendly family owned company, fast, efficient, and professional. I stopped in and had my 2022 GMC 5th Wheel Hitch installed within days. Simon and Matt were awesome !!!! They helped me fix my busted door on my food truck within minutes of me pulling into their shop. Super knowledgeable of products and recommendations for the problem . Just awesome people and experience !!I will be back and highly recommended!Thanks!

If you're in town for Bike Week, Biketober fest or any of the many events in the area, these are the people to see. They offer storage with 24/7 4K surveillance, gated entrance and dogs. Rates are extremely reasonable.Down from Canada? Have them do a once over and clean up all the awesome stuff our winters do to our trailers. It's great peace of mind going home.Really good people own this place. They treated us like friends.We walked in the door stressed out and in a jam. Not more then a few hours later Simon had us fixed up and rolling. They're the reason we made it home trouble free.Thanks for everything!

Best service ever! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure we made it back to Michigan. They went above and beyond to install a hitch at the last minute. We were given a great price and time frame it would be completed. Even the communication was fabulous. Thanks again!!

These guys saved my butt. Completely repaired my leaf spring assembly in two hours. I was stranded on I95 at noon and back on the road the same afternoon. Awesome people too! I highly recommend Flagler Trailers.

I need all my trailers kept on the road without having to worry about them. If my trailers go down I lose money. Flagler trailer is the best place around town to get any trailer work done. Been doing business with them for 5+ years. If you need any trailer repairs or a place to store something, call Jen or Simon and they will go above and beyond for you.

Place is a rip off. Paid $4,000 up front to have a axle replaced, new jack, and two new fenders put on. They replaced the axle, and put new jack on but never replaced the fenders. Went back and forth with them for months because they said they were back ordered. When I finally asked for proof they had ordered the fenders they sent me a PO that showed them as the sellers and not buyers of the fenders which was obviously a fake. They finally said they would refund the money for our fenders, $1,000 check was in the mail they said. Like everything else they have been telling us was a lie. Been months and check still has not come. They finally basically said not to contact them anymore. Legal action is only thing left. Can't understand how a place of business can continue to operate that acts like that. I bet if we had not paid them up front we would have got our fenders as promised.

It's been my experience that when you find a place you like, there's no reason to go elsewhere. The folks here are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention, they don't drag a job out and prices have always been fair. ( This time they beat Walmart ) I needed tires for my trailer. With rims. I recommend doing business with them.

Getting a motorcycle trailer ready for a trip the next day and had a grease fitting break off. Brought it over, the owner took a look and said drop it off and come back in a couple of hours. Boom, done!!! Super nice family operation and very reasonably priced. Support local businesses.

Nice owners & staff but I had a damaged trailer on site for two (2) months & only managed to have jack installed. A new wheel / tire combination was misplaced causing me to purchase a 2nd new one at the cost of $135. They didn't charge for the jack they install so my experience cost me about $100.00 and a couple of months of downtime.

Hauling a load from Orlando to Maine, lost my trailer axle bearings. They put me right in and replaced both trailer axle hubs. Back on the road in no time. Flagler gets my highest recommendation.5 stars for sure.

I had higher expectations when I called this place this morning! The lady on the phone was friendly but a little condescending. Didn't show much care for my potential business. What a shame after reading the reviews I thought they'd be the ones to help.
