Roman is a great guy to deal with and really understands customer service. I was little skeptical buying at a smaller lot but there was no need. He is honest and easy to deal with. If you want to buy a car without paying a bunch of dealer fees and being pressured into buying. I recommend you check Roman and Flagler Auto Center out. Highly recommend Flagler Auto Center. My oldest son was gifted my late brothers car which needed a lot of work. Not only were the super nice and explained everything to me but they took care of all the issues with his car and it didn t break the bank! Thank you for making my baby boy a happy 17 year old. Will definitely be coming back again. Hopefully not too soon

I recently purchased a silver Ford Edge Sport from Flagler Auto Center. I very seldom leave reviews on Google, but felt this one was very warranted.My experience with the owner, Roman was about as good as I could ve possibly hoped for. It s been a few weeks now and the car I purchased runs perfectly with no surprises or issues whatsoever.After searching for the right vehicle for several months and becoming tired and worn down from dealing with a lot of typical sales people, Roman restored my faith in the process. I found him to be one of, if not the most honest, transparent, and ethical people in the auto sales business I have ever dealt with.He was very detail oriented and incredibly patient with everything I asked of him throughout the process. He also went to great lengths to go over everything with me as far as the condition of the car and it was exactly as he represented it actually even better than I was expecting once I arrived to pick it up.I placed a lot of faith and trust in Roman since I was buying from long distance, flying in to get the car, and hoping everything would work out ok. I was not disappointed Roman made sure I was comfortable and kept his word on everything he said. Everything we agreed to and everything he said he would do he did.Even though I was in another state and working with him long distance, He always either answered my calls or texts, or replied promptly. As with most used vehicles, there were a few small issues with the car that he stepped up and worked out with me and he even dropped the car off at an independent repair shop of my choosing to allow them to do a pre-purchase inspection, all without hesitation. He made the entire process from my very first conversation with him, until I flew in and picked the car up, smooth and easy.I can only speak from my own experience, but I would not hesitate to do business with Roman again and I would recommend him and Flagler Auto Center to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and ethical dealer to purchase the right car from. If your experience is even half as good as mine was, I think you will have no regrets whatsoever and be glad you did.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Flagler Auto Center this week (Mon-Tues April 25-26, 2022). You've heard the saying "He went the extra mile"?Well Roman (the owner) went - literally - the extra 30 miles to make this sale possible.The examination, test drive, and purchase all went haggle-free, hassle-free, and there was ZERO salesmanship pushiness. The whole scenario was performed with the greatest of ease, and I found working with Roman to be extremely comfortable. Throughout the whole process Roman would answer any question and explain what was going on.The price was great, the car is in very good condition (used), and I am one happy camper.Take a look at their inventory. If you see something you like, call Roman. I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.

My Daughter Brittany brought a really nice 2006 Ford Escape clean car they went over everything... they explained what little issues had to fix and they did 2 days later when they got parts, very professional with her.Thank youMichael Bizzozzaro

I needed a new water pump. My dealership offered to install it for me at five hundred dollars. These guys did the installation for half that cost, and they topped off my coolant. Very friendly and professional.

Best autoservice in town. Seen I found that place, never go anywhere else. Even I bought used car from them. Still running like new. Only place have done my oil change for all my cars. Regular and full syntetic always in stock. Thank you for best service!
