They did an amazing job fixing my 2018 Jeep Compass. It took about a month but they got it done a lot soon than I was expecting! They were easy to work with, and answered all my questions and very helpful. They even detailed my car for me before giving it back, I thought that was a great touch! I really appreciate them! I would totally bring my cars back to them and recommend them to anyone needed work done.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Did repair work on my car. I was so pleased that we had our mini repainted. Was prompt and did a great job. Window whistled after the paint job and they repaired it (adjusted) ASAP no charge. On time good value great people to work with on a project.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was a day late getting my car in the shop due to transportation issues. I believe it put them in a bit of a bind to get it done when i needed it. Even though they were able to get it done on schedule. Not only did the paint match the paint on my 12 year old vehicle perfectly the job was excellent. When I drove it home I realized they had also detailed my car, inside & out including the wheels, tires and windows. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job Tom!

My car has been in this shop for 11 days for a dented rear bumper and quarter panel that they said if brought in on a Thursday should be ready by that following Tuesday at the latest. When I called to check on the progress they said they were waiting on a new bracket and it was due to be painted. Decided to show up and it's still not done. They told me that that were so busy that if we didn't bring it in when we did it wouldn't have been done. So when we called they were basically lying to me to save their own ass from losing a customer. I will never go there ever again.

LOW INTEGRITY, LOW QUALITY, UNPROFESSIONAL SHOTTY WORK.My husband brought in his pick up truck on Thursday to have a windshield put in with a little bit of bodywork around it. They said it will be finished in 7 to 9 days. On the 12th day, he received a phone call stating they started a fire on the inside of the truck burning the interior. Upon arriving the next morning to see the damage, the manager suggested to total the truck and for MY HUSBAND to call his insurance company! My husband refused and stated that "you damaged it and I want my truck repaired as it was before I dropped it off!"They assured him they would replace everything with NEW parts and it would be better than when he dropped it off. They said a few days. 27 DAYS LATER, we picked it up. The truck had inferior, junkyard parts as replacements, Multiple broken interior parts, gauges not working, four way flashers not working, turn signals not working, damage to drivers door, right side paint damage....THIS IS A PART of the list of NEW issues!! This truck has been excellently maintained for many years. It was in much worse condition when he picked it up then when he dropped it off. The manager and owner, Carlos, handle this extremely unprofessional way. They wanted to charge him full price for the work & only reimbursed him for one week of a rental car. Our argument was related to excessive time to fix this vehicle (27 days), inconvenience, and extreme damage in which the vehicle was returned and way worse condition than when it was left off! Not even an apology for setting the vehicle on fire! Which by the way still stinks of smoke. Can we stress enough to you to never bring your business to these people? They do not deserve to have a license. I am hearing more and more stories of shotty work by them.

Had my car bought in for repair. My passanger side door was damaged from a crash. Problems started when I was promised twice my car would be ready and it wasn't. Upon getting my car back i was blessed with a car that looked worse than when it was brought in. My window tent is destroyed with gouge marks. I have paint over-spray on chrome trim, black trim, and both tires. The in side of my car has a fantastic covering of thick dust. Lastly, when you open and close the door it makes a loud noise from the loose hinges. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I had some sort of leak that was driving me crazy, no one could pinpoint it. It would randomly leak and flood my floors for months! I was visiting family in Palm Coast, and decided to give a local shop there a try. The team at Celico found and fixed my leak! Super reliable and trustworthy. They have earned a customer for life if ever I am in town with any more car issues. On top of that, they handed me my car back clean, and even got a melted crayon out of my leather as a surprise bonus! Just a great experience overall.

The staff at Celica Auto Body, are really great people.. Tom does the estimating and quality control.. Carlos the owner restores old muscle cars and other different cars.. they will repair your vehicle and if you have a muscle car they will restore your muscle car... very friendly people...

Working on my Honda CRV after being hit. Every confidence in them, they repainted my 2004 explorer and made it look awesome the way Ford should have. Not the peeling paint by the manufacture way.

Unprofessional! Held my car captive for 3 months! Had me pay out of pocket when it was insurance problem! Laura the receptionist is the only one who actually try and get things done . They are the worst body shop tells you one thing and then when it came down to it they said something completely different! DO NOT COME HERE! Totally unprofessional!!

Whoever runs this shop should just close down.Nothing ever gets fixed correctly and they don t even call to keep their customers informed on what is going on. I had my car there for 3 weeks with no phone call just to find out they couldn t fix it anyways. So now I have to pick it up and bring it elsewhere. Thanks for the phone call !
