This is not my normal location to shop but I had just filled my gas tank and earlier I had heard a coworkers husband talking about adding Seafoam to his car and the benefits. I stopped to get a can and it was out on the shelf, as I was walking away a clerk asked me if I needed helpI told him what I was looking for and he took me to the register where they had it displayed on the checkout stand.Seafoam seems to work and I'm glad I was stopped and asked if I need help.Thanks Advanced Auto Parts!

Outstanding customer service!Donovan assisted me in picking out my windshield wipers. He was very knowledgeable and professional!Teddy installed them for me.The installation was so quick and efficient I could not believe it!I highly recommend this store, I will definitely return!!!

Staff is knowledgeable they get you fixed up and on the road with what you need,Daniel in commercial is very helpful and puts in the extra effort to get you the right part and cost ,very pleasant

This store should just be closed.All the employees know nothing about customer service or automobiles at all. I asked for pricing on a rack and pinoin he said his computer is down but he has never heard of that before and he couldnt help me then the man working there told me that oreillys is cheaper so I went there and go what I needed and oreillys actually knew what a rack and pinion was.

Bill the manager here is unprofessional and rude. I hope this store likes loosing money because that's all that happens here. I always see a packed parking lot across the street at orieleys and advance lot empty so to avoid the crowd I went to advance what a mistake. This manager they have there named Bill is very rude and when asked where the car wax was he said "it's in the back use your eyes and find it." Then he walked away and ignored me trying to find it until I just left and went across the street. This store will not last much longer with such a unprofessional store manager.

I was having an oil leak and Matt went above and beyond to help me. Now I have all I need to get back on the road. He really made us feel welcome and had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely return to this store.

Customer service was great. Had everything I needed. They wouldn't match the online coupon. That's the reason for the 4 stars. In and out pretty quick. Car Batteries are are very expensive this day in age. All in all not bad.

My issue w/Advance is pricing! Yeah I know they may sell better equipment then lets say Harbor Freight, but when items are 4x the cost and it's not something you'll use often or possibly ever again it's just not worth it imo. Some of the staff at Bunnell location can be a little slick w/their comments at times as well.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well stocked, had what I need or will order or find it. Even the auto parts place across the street gets parts from them. Saw it with my own eyes.... the warranty on parts is great

I came to get a replacement battery. Ken lied to me and told me my warranty was expired. After returning home with my original receipt it was not. When returning to get my battery to receive a refund at another location because this location still refused to offer any service, they also tried to lie and say they no longer had the battery knowing they are not shipped off until Friday. When I called ahead to have it ready I arrived and they still had not looked claiming they were busy with four associates standing at the desk. Kelly then refused to help me and left for lunch as she announced it spitefully in front of me. Ken went back to look and returned back out stating it was not there. Thankfully an associate named Paul ACTUALLY checked and found it right easily accessible on top of a pallet. Worst location ever. Unbelievable.

Have to say my husband and I stopped on the way home because our car was riding very rough something to do with the spark plugs and the coils. Matt was extremely helpful and even tried to help my husband fix it in the dark since we were still hour away from home.Super, super nice and friendly guy.Debbie came out and was so rude and made him come back in because she had things for him to do.I would recommend going there but ONLY if Matt is working. If Debbie is there I would turn around and walk out.

Only one issue with a bad bearing that cost me $600 in repairs after my rear end caught fire. We settled the bill after two weeks of phone calls. In the end they stood behind what they sold and even refunded for the $10 bearing that looked like shrapnel. So always buy the best bearings available even if they tell you the cheap one is good enough. It's still the most convenient store for me with the most locations overall.

Customer service is poor here. I was standing in line at the counter waiting to be helped. The associate saw me but completely ignored me and helped another guy who just walked into the store. I walked out and went across the street to O'Reily and got my part!

I was there for a car key battery...they have them right at the register. As is commonly the case nowadays, their computers went down just as the great friendly gal went to check me out. Only two customers in the store....but 20 minutes later I had a line full of African Americans behind me. Lol. I guess some white person sent them to save me from a fate worse than death. Really, in my experience the people of Bunnell try to get on with everybody and for the most part have been very gracious.In my humble opinion to keep everyone safe, put more diversity in the education and medical system. You should have encouraged me to be a teacher. Lol. Don't waste your time or mine following people like me around. Most folks are not looking for trouble. Thank you.

I gave 3 stars because a lady name Debbie was very rude and out of line with her mouth . A young man with a long beard saw me and a friend in the parking lot and we were talking about cars. And the subject why I came came up and explained I just needed rubber pcv hose and I explained to him what Debbie said and he walked back inside and took the time to actually help and get me the right hose. Customer service is everything I would like to say. And the young man with the beard went over and beyond thank you so much. He is the only reason why I given any stars at all.

The battery in car died approximately 26 miles from home. Called AAA who was able to get car started. Thanks to Rogers Towing, who was on call.Called Advance, they had a battery in stock.Drove to store and they installed battery for me.Thank you Tom

I go to Advance to get oil and to dump used oil. They have lots of good parts just about all the brand names. Everybody is helping each other at the store
