Came in for a tire rotation. All 4 tires for $20. A little wait as they had some people before me so I went to the gym while I waited. All done in about 90 minutes. The crew was friendly and professional, they topped off the air to the appropriate levels, and I am satisfied with their work, their speed and their customer service.

I have an ankle injury and can t move much right now, and the associates were incredibly helpful! They gave me excellent service not just for my car, but also in making sure I didn t hurt myself and was safe. Shout outs to John C, Steven P, Ryan D, and Rey!

I want to thanks Rey went beyond and above fixing my car after another employee Steven didnot do he job properly and mess up my sensor. ReyGot me out of there fast. Very good experience we his services. Great employee, He knows what he is doing, explains the problemand fixes it in minutes,also Lisa an Jonh you are fantastic thanks for everything

Ordered 4 tires. Brought my car in at 11 am for installation. They said it would be 4 hours, so i got a ride home and waited for a call. 5 pm and still no call. I tried calling 3 times. No answer. I called an Uber, thinking it must be done. I get here and find out they haven't even started. I am understandably irritated. The girl working the register finds it funny, and as I'm sitting here waiting she is actively mocking me behind the counter as she is flirting with a customer. This is why ppl hate Walmart.

Went to this Walmart a couple months back to get all tires changed on 1995 Ford Econoline van and I just found out today from the other Walmart in Brooksville on Cortez Blvd that they put the wrong size tires on my van and didn t bother to tell me that before I went ahead and spent $500 on tires. I don t know much about cars and I understand I should ve done my research before getting my tires changed, but also if they ve been mechanics for yrs you d think they d be a lil more helpful by telling me that s not the right size for my van.

Went for oil change and they said they couldn't do because they couldn't get the oil plug off. Well went across the street to the tire plus no problem. Was not sure what was up . However the people were nice at the place.

Awful experience. I came to the ACC and when I came inside to speak to a tech about getting a tire replaced he informed me that they were no longer taking walk in customers. This was just before 5pm. I asked what do you mean you re not taking new customers you do not close until 7? He stated we were told to turn customers away because they are too busy. I asked to speak to someone higher because this is not right nor a good representation of Walmarts brand. I then proceeded to speak to the ACC TL where he asked if the guy I spoke to didn t know how to write up tires. Then the service writer had a sidebar conversation with TL saying we have a few cars waiting and didn t know if y all wanted anyone else? Then the TL turns around and says sorry we re not doing anymore tires today that he could try to make an appointment for tomorrow. I explained that I was a couple hundred miles from home and got a flat tire while traveling and asked if there was anyway we could come to a resolution. He said nope we are too busy and I don t have enough people. I then asked if he had a manager or someone higher from the store I could speak too. TL said nope, no one higher in the store. I then said so your telling me you being an hourly associate do not have any salaried managers like a Coach, store lead or store manager I could speak too? He said that guy can get you someone. I then said I m not trying to be a jerk but we need to find some sort of resolution more than you just telling me what your service writer thinks. I then step inside and wait for a manager and the TL has a conversation with the associate at the register stating well he said he is not trying to be a jerk but that s what he is a JERK then walks off. I then had 2 coaches come to assist me. I explain the situation that transpired. The coach apologized for the way I was treated by the TL then says I m being told there is 8 cars ahead of you and there nothing we can do to help me today. I then ask if there is another manager higher maybe a store lead or store manager? She states not right now just me and him he s another coach. I expressed how the situation was not right and the fact that as a Salaried manager they should know what is going on in this building and having 8 cars potentially scheduled with 2 hours remaining and not allowing any walk-in customers is unreasonable. Both coaches walked back into the store and did not address the associates or the situation. Associates working in ACC with gym shorts and tshirts with rap music and profanity is unacceptable. Went 7am Sunday morning for oil change and a gentleman mentioned that the manger was running late. Then Clint a service tech came in and took the bull by the horns wrote up my service got my vehicle in and out. Manager finally showed up at 8:15 am .

We purchased our tires here and got the road hazard insurance.I must say it really paid off. After running over something in the road my tire could not be repaired so they just replaced the tire with no out of pocket expense.What a great place. I've never known that this could be done before.The guys were so friendly and courtesy.I'm so grateful to all of them.Thank you Walmart Auto Care

Zero stars not one2 employees inside, 2 mechanics outside working on cars. Inside, they ignore customers standing there while they finish private conversations. You are literally standing at the register listening to a 10 minute convo about personal matters and they don't even acknowledge you are standing 2 feet in front of them waiting.Then I stared at the two mechanics standing around talking and laughing while not working. Timed one convo for 13 min then they worked for 2 minutes (rolled a tire to the car) then went right back to the convo.They get paid , they get overpaid by the hour and it shows. 2 hours to do 30 min tire change.

We called every Walmart with a tire center within an hours drive!!!! Brooksville is the only one that answered. It was obvious that there were new staff that had no idea what they were talking about. Finally took a chance and went to the store hoping to have my tires in stock. Only 1 person ahead of me, no cars in the shop and 5 hours later I had a set. They work by the hour. If they got paid by the job like I used to, they would be alot more efficient!!!

Rey was the friendliest and gave me the fastest service. Walmart Ned's more people like him. He made sure he got me the most money back on my tire, I had road Hazzard warranty. Thank you Rey

If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. I called up there to ask what the wait time was the lady says there s two oil changes and a tire change I ask if I could be put on the waiting list they said no. So I drove up there mind you I live 6 mins away when I get there the guy says they can t take anyone else because now they suddenly have 6 tires to change and 5 oil changes. In 6 mins all this happened. But yet every person was there talking and not working

Waiting to get my tires mounted. Getting close to going and getting some supplies and grabbing a tent from the camping section. I think I go set up in the health food section for a while. It's nice and quiet over there. Take a nap for a few more hours and then maybe they will done.

0/5 Stars if I could. I had been getting my oil changed here until today. They told me they couldn t touch my car for liability reasons because of an oil leak that they had no notes for in my account, even though I had to create a signature the first time I had my oil changed here for the same issue. Suddenly no notes on my account. They re blaming jiffy lube for the issue. Jiffy lube was blaming them for the issue when I got my oil changed there. But they wouldn t change my oil at all today. Also asked them to check a cabin air filter and they told me they couldn t check it because it was screwed in. Which is funny because when I added oil to my car today after they wouldn t change it I could pop open the cabin air filter and there are no screws? Walmart what are you doing?Service: Oil change

I am using my MEL'S car and took it in to get an oil change and coolant exchange. Due to the time, they were able to do the oil change only. I use Walmart almost always for things like this, no need to pay mechanic labor fees for regular maintenance.

Went to get oil change. Was told to pull in lane 1. I did. The mechanics their didn't pull the cars up when they drove one in. They left mine out in line without pulling in up so mine was sitting in the middle so other people could drive in and get ahead of me. I told the mechanic he pulls it up. Then another mechanic comes out and moves my car to a parking place. He said mine wasn't next. Spent 3 hours. Ended up telling them to give me my keys. I have never liked walmart to begin with. I'll definitely never shop there. Walmart is WOKE WOKE WOKE

Had to order a tire it arrived well within time and they said it would take 2 hours to fix and it only took 30 minutes. I thought they had caused a tire sensor problem but it was my fault and the manager was patient and understanding. I highly suggest them.

Went to Walmart auto dept to change tire out. They were extremely courteous and helpful. We were just going to swap the new tire out with the spare later at home, but the employee all but insisted they do it, no extra charge, on the spot, saving us the work and hassle.As I have had several recent back surgeries, and my daughter, (whose truck it is) is 6.5 mo pregnant, this was a very welcome suggestion!

Service manager Velazquez went above and beyond helped me out after walmart auto center in bushnell messed up my valve stems he took care of the issues and helped me get back on the road. Man truly knows cars and has and impeccable customer service mindset. Scott was great, had 4 new tires put on my car. I got a good price buying them online and picking them up in store. Only complaint is it took 3 1/2+ hours to have them installed. Was told first come first serve, but had to wait while they serviced other people that came after me. Namely about five other people. Overall I'm ok with their service, just wish they were faster.

Absolute garbage! It took 4 hours to install my tires with no one in front of me. The end result was now I m unable to drive my truck due to a poor balancing job.Service: TiresService: Tires

Unbelievable and great service and parts quality. I rarely find rates and prices lower than I get from Walmart Auto centers. They really listen to what your needs and concerns are. I always leave this places happy and confident that I got the best care and deals for my business. Thank you Walmart Auto service team for keeping my old car running in good condition. Yay. Kudos.

They did their job well, with one problem. I had an appointment for 2pm. However my vehicle wasn't even glanced at for well over 2 hours AFTER my appointment. I saw customers coming in, expecting their vehicles to be fixed and ready for pick up. They were all told their vehicles wouldn't be ready until the next day... Or TWO.

I went in for a new battery because mine decided to take after my mom's and my daughter's and quit. Told them my car wasn't allowed to hang out with their cars if it was going to copy them. LoL. Anyway, back to the battery. The people there were very helpful and fast. I had just sat down to wait when they called me to the register to pay because they were done installing it. The people were also very nice and helpful when I had questions. Will definitely be back.
