I love this dealership! I bought a van from them in May of 2021 and since then they have never let me down in anything I ever needed. And now as I m looking to buy another van Joe is going out of his way to help me find the right one. Thank you guys!

I never leave a review but after the the experience my wife and I had last Saturday I had to. My wife I were looking for a SUV that handle or needs in our price range. Well we came cross Vans Cars and Trucks. Wow what and experience from the beginning to the end they were amazing. We got SUV she wanted and they handled a trade in as well. If you are looking for a vehicle look no further. Thank you guys again.

We had been looking for a reliable van to renovate for months and finally found Vans Cars and Trucks and had a good feeling about them. The team was so kind and genuine with us, and Larry, the owner, even came out to see us and gave us a great deal on our van. It's been almost one year and our van is renovated and running smoothly. I am so grateful to this team that treated us like family and truly wants to help their customers find the best fit for them, such a rare trait in this business. We HIGHLY recommend Vans Cars and Trucks!

It's my first time ever posting, but I just had to say something.These people are the best..I needed a vehicle, however it had been a long time since I established any credit, I had no credit and they chose to help me anyways. Three previously turned me down..I was able to purchase a very nice,clean, well maintained vehicle..Well, I had one more payment to pay it off, so I called to verify. They looked over my payment record and commented that it was pristine.They wanted to give me a gift.They paid the last payment for me.What a blessing for me..These people are the BEST!Such a blessing especially during these times we are living in.I highly recommendVans Cars and Trucks.

They sell cars that check engine light comes on after 4 days and give u the run around when u call and want the mechanic to look at ur car from Nov 25 2023 til Dec 18 I've called and got nothing resolved they sell lemons and don't honor the 30 days 3000 mile warranty when u buy car will be giving car back and they can kiss my a$$$$

Vans cars and trucks is a great used car lot to go to. They are all very friendly and helpful. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and have never had any issues with them fixing or helping to fix and thing that has went wrong with either vehicle. They have been in the same location for over 30 years and family owned. If your looking for something affordable and dependable there the ones to go see. If they don t have it on the lot they will look for something for you if they can. Joe and Bruce are the greatest but everyone is very helpful and great to work with.

While making payments on my car I had a family member who became very ill. I was taking time from work to help, take care of other business etc. In the meantime I have fallen just a bit behind. I kept in contact with Bruce and Joe letting them know what was going on etc. No pressure for entire payments. Letting me catch up a little at a time! These guys are great and I would recommend then to anyone looking to buy a car. They're are professional, understanding, and compassionate!!! Thanks guys!!

Okay so let s be real, like with any dealership you go to , most likely you will be wary! Who wouldn t , most of these salesman are all about there money & nothing else, a rarity can be said with a few group who does include you & not just worry just about themselves. High chance you ll walk into this place feeling the same way.. I can god-honestly say, once given a chance! That they won t let you down & will try there best to help you & make sure that vehicle is right for you, they ll give you service plans(Optional)to make sure you re vehicle is protected as well. As with any used car, I advice when can..It s that peace of mind that you just can t put a price on! The BEST part, at least in my opinion, is that they are UNDERSTANDING & that s key. So forth as long as you communicate with them, they understand that life does happen. We are all human & yes we all go through things that is truly just out of our control. So yes, I highly recommend & so I say you can go in & look around with your heart at ease. These are good people & these days, one can say its lacking. If you end up going through with them don t worry you re in great hands

Sold me a truck for $15,000 come to find out the computer was Corrupt and all the Emissions had been bypassed which is illegal and now I can t get nobody to fix it without spending $15,000 to put all the Emissions back the way they were

I bought an f250 from them a few years back and they were amazing. Unfortunately I lost my job and couldn't keep paying it but they were very understanding and helpful. They are very professional and have great cars. I would definitely buy from them again.

Van's cars and trucks is more than just an auto dealer, they are a family and I mean that in every sense of the word. My husband and I have bought two vehicles from them and now that my daughters of driving age we will certainly buy more! I will never have to shop around for an auto dealer again this is my spot!

I purchased my 07 sport trac last year it was easy and love my truck, recently I needed transmission work i was told it would pricey so I called the guys at the dealership and I was referred to pro power transmission. Thanks goodness I did I was treated like family and given quality service at a fair price!Thank you Bruce, Joe and jimbo. I will for sure purchase my next vehicle from these guys!

I have bought 2 vehicles from them now and have had wonderful experiences both times. Anytime there has been mechanical work that needs to be done, they worked hard to help me get it fixed. When my husband lost his job, they went above and beyond to help us keep our vehicle. Everyone there is nice and worked so hard to help me out of some tight situations. I would highly recommend this business and will be going back for another vehicle soon.

Great business. I purchased a 2001 Ford Explorer years ago and paid it off. Vans Cars and Truck always treated me with respect and love. I was approved for a vehicle through a dealer and then realized that I didn't want to deal with a bank but have Joe and the guys always there for me. Thank God I did, I tookIll and was in the hospital and they extended their Lobe and patience with me on my first late and only late payment. I love my 2005 Ford Explorer(Eddie Bauer Edition). Its been a year since I paid that one off too. I'm looking forward to my third purchase with a business that truly loves working with people. My husband got a 98 Dodge Dakota from them and it was at an excellent price. we did have a couple of problems as soon as he bought it, they immediately fixed it for him free of charge even though he offered to pay. they're good people I would highly recommend.

Vans, Cars, and Trucks has been amazing to my family and I. The staff has always been very pleasant to do business with. They have gone above and beyond to help us out when we have had mechanical issues with our vehicles and they have also worked with us on many occasions during some financial hardship. They will work with their customers as much as they can as long as communication is there and they don't feel as though your avoiding them. Best experience I have ever had buying a car, was my last resort, do to not having verifiable income was turned down 3x before. Joe had to be one of the nicest guys, and so patient and kind, him and the owner(didnt catch his name), where determined to get me in a car that would work for me for my work.and my family, love my van, and very impressed by how accommodating they are. Thank you all soooooo much, love my dodge caravan, will definitely recommend you to everyone i know needing a car.
