Fantastic company and people to deal with.I recently bought a Kawasaki Vulcan from Ray and his team. From beginning to end, they did exactly what the said they would. The bike was delivered to me as promised and the DMV paperwork and plates were handled in a timely manner.I will definitely buy from Unity again when the time comes.2 thumbs up - way up !!

I have a Honda 1300VTX. It was running horribly. They come to my house and picked it up. After having it a couple days,I went and picked her up and my bike has never rode this good. I also own a goldwing it s going there for some work as well because I trust them. Very honest people great service! Can t ask for more!

When I first started looking for my first bike I met my love here. They asked if there was anything else of interest and they were able to snag em. After looking at them I still chose my mineral green iron 883. They were passionate in helping me get on my wheels and I ll do it all over again when it s time to trade up.

Repairs and service are absolutely 0 stars, well they swapped tires and installed new brakes. Rear drum brake doesn't work properly my 8 year old fell today as they never adjusted the line. The dirt bike didn't work properly upon receiving from the shop - ISSUES WITH ENGINE (of course tire kickers came to have a nice conversation and pointed out oil.in the exhaust by sweeping it with a leaf (cleaning spark arrestor and fixed.it just so you know). The shop and surroundings look like a bomb blew up there not too long ago, and they kept the bike for a month to replace 2 tires and front and back drum brakes. I came a day after it was ready and it took them 20 mins to bring a honda crf 70 out! Apparently it wasnt ready at all. NICE CONVERSATIONS AND THAT's ALL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Cleaning and waxing bikes from auctions with a mark up seems like the preferred business model.*** New online discovery from The Unity Powersports - Mistery Marvel Oil added to fuel affects the clutch! I can quickly google anything! Way to go Team! ***

super nice people there, really funny guys. 10/10 if i would get another bike #1 pick to go. They got great prices and they make sure everything is good on the bike before you leave.

I went here with one of my buddy to help him out, While I was there with him, I saw my dream Bike I wanted . They told me come back tommorow forat thing in morning and will review your credit application with us & get started. Fast and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME AND LIKE FAMILY. HAD HICCUP BUT FIX IT IMMEDIATELY, NOTHING SERIOUS WAS JUST GETTING NUMBER TO ADD UP FOR SALE TAX AND MAKE SENSE. BUT THEY DID IT FAST AND QUICK N HAD MEVOUT THE SAME DAY WITH MY NEW RIDE . RAY & RANSOM PLUS HEATHER WERE VERY AWESOME HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SHOP 100%

I have to say I had to sell my awesome bike because of health reasons. The guys at GRR were the best. They listed the bike on consignment and did an excellent job advertising it. Suffice to say, it was sold within a week. Ray and the team are good, honest, excellent people and dealing with them was a pleasure. Other dealers seem to not care but these guys go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Again 5 stars.

Ray and team took great care of me and my motorcycle. They do business with integrity, giving honest recommendations and fair prices. They took special care of my gas tank, repairing the dents and re-painting it so that it looks brand new. You cant even tell that it was ever damaged! And the best part is, I didnt have to wait months for a brand new one which would have cost 3X more. Very good people, who do excellent work.

Raymond and crew were awesome. Unity took my 2016 HD street 500 on consignment. They keep me involved in every part of the process of selling the bike. 1 added bonus is not to having to deal with headaches from scammers and tire kickers. I would hands down do business with them when I am ready to purchase another bike.

Excellent service, outstanding employees!! I'm new to the area and I have an Indian Scout. The nearest Indian dealer is over an hour away and my Scout wouldn't start. I thought it was the starter.I found Unity Powersports online and called them. They were very friendly and said they would do everything they could to help me. I had my Scout brought to them and they kept me informed the whole time. It turned out, it was a bad battery cell, not a starter. They replaced my battery and had my Scout running for a mere fraction of what an Indian dealer would have charged.I can't say enough good things about how amazing Unity Powersports is. On a scale from one to ten, they are a hundred in my book!!!

Off the beaten path, this family owned sales and service shop os great. They keep a few bikes, atvs, side by sides on hand for sale. Great people to work with when looking to buy or need repairs. New riders who buy a motorcycle can get rider courses too

Ray and his team were amazing. They took my 2019 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse in consignment. They keep me informed of the people interested in the bike. They are super professionals, honest and the customer service they provide is 10 stars. I will do business with them at any time.

Both Ray and John are very nice men to work with. They understood my problem with my generators and what my price limit was. Shawn is a very good mechanic. He explained to me what the problems were and how he fixed them. I recommend them highly.

I usually don't post reviews but with my experience with GRRcycle, I had to share it. This dealership provided exellent customer service! I have called around to other delearships but the other dealerships made me feel like I have to compete with the sales man. GRRcycles on the other hand was very professional, fair with prices, and ultimately cares about their customers. Ray patiently worked with me and even gave me a discount for being a service member. This dealership took initiative and made the whole puchase process smooth for me even though I'm in Kansas with no ties to Florida. I strongly recommend this dealership, and when you do business with them you'll see what me and other customers are talking about.

By far one of the best and I mean best motorcycle mechanics out. There pricing is great and they actually take the time to make sure the bike is 100% I highly recommend if you ride on 2 weels and you need work done to go see John and Ray you won't be disappointed

Hands down the best dealership around! Everyone at grr cycles are knowledgeable, smart and all around great people. They really take the time to get to know the customer no matter what you come in for! They aren t like other dealerships where they are just trying to rush you through the process just to make some commission, as everyone there really takes the time to connect with anyone and everyone who walks in the door. If your purchasing a bike, getting work done to your bike, or just coming in to check the place out, grr cycles really does everything they can to make you feel like family. And that s what biking is all about. They are honest, they explain every single thing, and are the most transparent and straight up dealer you can go to. They really connect with the customer on a personal level, and they want to help you get what you want.I highly recommend anyone looking for a used bike to check out grr cycles, as they are the definition of what all dealerships should be! They really made me feel like family when I went in and purchased my first street bike, and everyone needs to go check them out. If you are getting your first bike, or just adding another one to your collection, grr cycles is the first and only place you should go. I cannot speak highly enough of the guys at grr, the only thing you can do is check them out yourself and see just how amazing of a dealership it is, and how awesome the people running it are!

I have known Ray for some time. I facilitated a couple of motorcycle purchases from him. Ray goes out of his way and is super friendly. He does not play games with you. If you want a great motorcycle Ray is the man to talk. We will be doing more business in the future.

I have had my benelli TRK 502X serviced at unity powersports this year three times it is a pleasure having the good folks in this shop take excellent care of my bike .I am going to continue with unity for all my motorcycle needs. very good experience!

This is how all dealerships should operate. Ray and John treated me as if I were buying a $250,000.00 Lamborghini. They really made me feel like I was an important customer and showed me that they valued my business. They bent over backwards to provide me with an amazing customer experience.My purchase was long distance and there was some concern as to whether or not I should do this through a small dealership I had never heard of before. These guys put all of my anxieties to rest. I am completely satisfied with my bike (2019 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse) and got an unbelievable deal as well. I would have given them 6 stars but 5 is the max allowed.

G.R.R. Cycles is the go to place for all of your motorcycle needs. I'm a new rider and they set me up on a beautiful 250cc Ninja for an amazing price. The whole crew is personable, and you truly feel like a family there, they prioritize your needs and look to pair you with a bike that is your perfect match. I can't recommend this place enough!
