These people were great. They were efficient with their jobs, beginning with the office. She was polite, took care of me very fast. I didn't have to wait long for the driver. He was very friendly, knew what he was doing. And just like that, I was home. Thank you very much for the prompt service, and great prices. Highly recommend.

I called and they got to us super quick. Their pricing was very good for such short notice!Their driver Thomas was great! We followed him to the drop off and he was quick and did everything perfectly. Super happy with the service. Will definitely use them again when I need something towed!! The office girl was super sweet and efficient! Thank you so much!!

Thank you very much Dustin for taking care of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The plus side is he was very communicative and very nice. Need more people like him especially in this profession. Super cool person. Very glad he was the one to save the evening. I will reuse his services again if and when I need him again. I recommend using this company and request for him if you're lucky enough to get him . Thank you Dustin!

Had Roger respond to tow my vehicle from my driveway. Very nice guy, and very professional! He took great care while loading my vehicle onto the flatbed truck! I would use their services again, if ever needed! I highly recommend this company!!!

I was stranded in Brooksville. I am not from this area. My insurance company sent Sam's gave me an ETA of an hour. Don from Sam's was to me in less than 10 mins. He took care with my car and brought me to the tires shop. I highly recommend Sam's thank you!

After waiting 4 hours for AAA to find someone to pick up my husband's car with a broken wheel, I called Sam's. They said they could take care of it, and the driver was there within the hour. He called to let me know when he would be there, got the car on the flatbed and delivered to our mechanic's place with no problems. My phone deleted the driver's name, but he was friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. Thanks to him and the company.

It was Saturday 12/16 with stormy weather, and the wrecker driver and the Owner came out. They we very professional in thier work. By the time the truck was pulled out of the ditch, they were soaking wet. They then towed it to Floral City and was soaked again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got put thru to Sam's Wrecker from a GEICO roadside call. Dustin showed up wayyy quicker than I anticipated (thanks for calling ahead to verify the necessary truck to bring) & put a lotta care into getting my poor Z back home. Thanks again Dustin

We called 4 towing services in our area and no one picked up or everyone was waiting on parts. Cheap and quick. Roger really came through and was super efficient / professional. We ll be calling for any future tows!!

They promised to be there in 30 minutes and they were there in 25. Dustin, my tow guy, was knowledgeable and quick. Moreover, the price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend Sam's.

My insurance company contacted them when my battery ran out to come and provide roadside assistance. They arrived within 20 minutes and took care of my truck in a very professional matter.

I would recommend Sam's, specifically Donny, to anyone! My son wrecked (flipped) our vehicle, other towing services were giving us a very long wait time and very high estimates. Sam's came out right away and the price can't be beat!! Donny is THE BEST! When we had a blowout not long after, we called Donny from Sam's again. Donny has experience and expertise, but also was very compassionate in a difficult situation. Thank you, Donny and Sam's!

Donny was great when I flipped my parents truck and all the other tow services wanted to charge us extra after waiting forever to retrieve it. Donny was there quick and got the truck on the flatbed in record time without gouging us on price. Would definitely recommend Sam s and Donny to anyone needing a tow.

Usually I have a tough time when it comes to towing my vehicles but Donnie made it a very smooth experience. Didn't have to wait too long compared to past experience's. Was a quick experience and he was very productive at his job. Would recommend sam's wreckers to anyone in the area looking for a good place to have their vehicles towed due to Donnie's expertise.

10 Stars! Great Place! I had an unfortunate experience with my vehicle and Sams Wrecker Service was about the only good thing that happened. Very helpful, very communicative, accommodating in every way they could be. ANY BAD reviews from their past must have been related to some prior employees. I would trust them with anything to do with caring for my cars & trucks. Thank you guys!!

Just have to say Jason is THE man! Wasn't expecting a quick and easy service from you guys but Jason made the experience quick, professional, and the ride to the shop down to earth! I even made the mistake of posting the wrong shop address which caused us to have to turn around and document those lost miles, but he was patient and handled it like a true professional! Whatever ceiling Jason hits, he finds a way to go above and beyond that. Thanks again for your services and your time serving our country! -Josh

Had a work truck break down and needed a tow. So glad we called Sam's. Upfront and fair pricing and knowledgeable reception. Tow driver was on the spot and very good at his job. Arrived earlier than expected and delivered with no troubles. Would definitely use their services again!

They retrieved my car from a retention pond after being stolen and in a high speed chase, it took the driver 5 hours to get my car in the middle of the night. Kudos to the driver (wish I knew his name) and they even helped me with the bill, and also with my insurance because I was having issues with my coverage. Very thoughtful ppl work here which is unheard of because working at an impound lot, you get spit on, verbal abused, talked down to, mainly because ppl aren't mature enough to grow up and say "I ***ed up getting a DUI and having my car towed" instead they point fingers at everybody but themselves, blaming the tow company for impounding their vehicle when in reality, you're paying for your vehicle to be safe in a fenced lot instead of on the side of the road where anyone can cut the cats off and hobos pee on the seats. Idk it's a thing nowadays. So that being said this wrecker service was still empathic when they didn't have to be. We need more like you out there.

Bought a car 9 days ago and last night it broke down on my street. Pushed the car into the driveway. I called Sam's and within half an hour the driver showed, loaded the car and off he drove. No muss, no fuss and they keep in contact via messaging until the vehicle reaches the destination. Very clean and professional. Impressive, really.

Don was extremely helpful. He got to my car very quickly. It was pouring rain when he unlocked my car and got it started from a dead battery in just a few minutes.

My wife called and talked with Charity about a price for a tow from a competitors impound lot to our home. We were quoted a great price and she had Thomas towthe vehicle to our property. Thomas was very friendly and did a great job for us Highly recommended!
