Mechanics with great integrity! These people are very honest, helpful, and thorough in their repairs. They gave great advice and upfront price estimates. They fixed what had to be fixed, but didn't push for the extras that my ancient van could use but aren't critical at the moment.

If you need a place to take your vehicle for transmission needs this is the place you need to go. I took my truck there to have its transmission replaced and now it's running GREAT! Ivan and his crew are very professional and informative, if it's something they don't specialize in they will point you in the right direction!!

My 09 F-150's reverse went out on me and I called Pro Power for a quote and to see how soon they could get me in. I drive by there twice a day on my to and from work and they are always full of vehicles being worked on, which to me is a good sign! They gave me a reasonable (now a days) quote and a time to drop off and an expected time to pick up. Everything was as planned and I am very satisfied with the work performed by Ivan and his staff!

Whoever gave this business of one-star. Must have been one in a million or somebody really petty LOL I've had nothing but great experiences from all the work they've done on my cars. I drive my cars 2 hours to get the work done at this place if I can.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. They are hard-working, honest and very fairly priced. I first went to pro power when I was looking for a second opinion on a transmission that the dealership told me was bad. After Pro-power inspected my car, they told me that a small part of my transmission needed to be replaced, but not the whole transmission (as the dealership had stated). Their honesty saved me a huge amount of money. They earned my trust that day and have since worked on our other family vehicles. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!I Had my truck towed in to them to diagnose what was wrong with it- they told me I needed a new transmission and it would be $4000 when we advised them we would be having it towed back home because $4000 was out of my budget they began pressuring me to leave it there for the repairs.I had another mechanic advise me I likely just needed my basic transmission servicing- I bought the filter at the local auto parts store and new fluid Changed the filter, replaced the fluid- in ONE HOUR and my truck is running perfect now. BUYER BEWARE! Clearly they have no issues lying to you without even checking out your vehicle properlyService: Engine repair

These guys were great. I sprung a power steering leak in my 1996 VW Rialta motor coach while traveling. I suspected the last shop had Jerry rigged a fix last time I had this problem. I made an appointment online for a Monday morning, but they were a bit behind on work in the shop, but nonetheless they got it on a lift and had me on my way the following day after fabricating a new line and fixing the problem permanently and for an extremely fair price. The entire staff was courteous and caring and got us on our way. You guys rock!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went to Firestone first. Had them put two axles in less than a year ago and they were under warranty. They didn't want to work or warranty out. Told me it was my transmission was the issue. At first I was very upset, how could I afford this repair. Found Kevin, and the guys at pro power online, they got me right in and determined almost immediately that it was not the transmission, I in fact had two bad engine mounts. They replaced the mounts and there was still a vibration. Come to find out the driver side axle was toast. Kevin worked with me to keep costs in my budget and get me back on the road. Dylan did the work and let me tell you, this guy is like a mad scientist, he really knows his stuff they have earned a customer for life. In a world where it's hard to find a mechanic with compassion and integrity, these guys are up there for sure. Thank you all again for the fast and reliable service. I'd give 10 stars if I could.UPDATE: So, the axles failed. At first I was disheartened for sure but let me tell you, Ivan, Kevin and the boys over there at propower truly stand behind their work as well as honor their warranties. No questions asked they had my car up and repaired under warranty all within an afternoon. I cannot say enough about these guys. Keep it up guys. Had 3 other shops try to address an issue with my truck. Needless to say THANK YOU to Pro Power for identifying and replacing bad cat converter. Truck has run better than it has in 3 years.

I took my Caravan in while on a long trip, knowing it had a transmission leak but uncertain of the source or extent. They made time to work it into their schedule because of my limited timeframe, assessed and advised without regard to personal gain since they knew I did not have time to wait for repairs before continuing the trip. I appreciated their friendly, knowledgeable and honest service and would definitely trust them with repairs if I were local!

I came here for a transmission issue, my vehicle is not driving properly and has shifting problems... the technician Kevin diagnosed my vehicle n said he can't see anything wrong with it... he also had a scanner tool hooked up to the obd port as he "tested" it. Went somewhere else and they were able to show me 4 transmission codes in regards to the shift pressure switches. I don't know how these guys got such a good rating but they probably just did not want to help me I guess...

Highly recommend.. It is hard to find an automotive shop that is honest and fair.. most are very good at inventing problems with your car to fill their pockets....I needed a new transmission and Ivan and Kevin were great right from the start..communicating with me about everything. I was very satisfied with their service, my car is running great and would confidently recommend them to anyone for their automotive needs.. We had our transmission rebuilt in Colorado.. have some intermittent problems which are hard find because every time someone drives it it acts fine! They drove it and again it acted fine but he looked at it anyway and did find what might have been the issue.. fingers crossed! They were super nice and extremely Fair priced hoping we don't have to go back but if we do I won't hesitate to use them again.

Ivan and his team fixed my transmission quickly at a fair price and I trust them after this experience to do anything on my vehicles. 5 stars for honesty communication and fast. This place has been the most easy-going, considerate, caring, helpful etc. auto shop I have ever been in (and trust me, my car has been through so so many shops). Not only did my car need to be towed there, Ivan made it easy as pie for me letting me know that it ll be safe and sound to be dropped off and looked at when the time becomes available! They are straight up and honest with you and really tell you the truth on wait-times and pricing, I couldn t respect this place more! Very genuine customer service and work. They were honest from the get-go that my car might not be able to be looked at right away, called me right away when they looked at it said what needed to be done, how long it ll take, and an estimate of pricing (which I was surprised how low the price was for what I needed and I couldn t be happier! This never happens this easily until now!)Thank you Pro Power for the least stressful and most easy-going experience.

Just picked up my f250 truck. Ivan and his crew of professionals have done a fantastic job. Not only was everything done as promised, they went the extra mile to be certain every detail of the job was done right. No surprises, no unscheduled cost, kept me informed of the whole jobs progress, and we're friendly and professional the whole way. I left feeling confident that my job was done by the best. This is by far the best place I have ever gone to for my car needs. Not only is the atmosphere welcoming but all of the staff are genuinely nice and friendly. Being a woman, it's hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics who wont take advantage of you, but these guys are the best. They dont make you feel intimidated or inferior they treat you fair and kindly. Their prices are the best around, like half of what I'm used to paying. I've been searching for a while to find someone local and I'm so glad my friend referred me to this shop so that I now have a place that I can go where I feel comfortable with going to them with any problem and know that they will do an amazing and honest job. I will be making sure I tell all of my friends and family to use my new mechanic! They deserve more than just 5 stars!!

We've taken my wife's Honda Accord to this location three time and each time Kevin and his team have been TOP NOTCH and FIRST CLASS!! Very friendly, accommodating and timely on repairs with exceptional customer service. Can't say enough great things about the team at Propower Transmission. Great service!! Things that stood out was how professional and courteous every one was!!! A great job on the maintenance and upkeep I needed on on my car and any questions I had!The building and grounds are very well maintained which I noticed as I arrived!! These guys are great. John has fit me in to when I'm pressed for time which is priceless not to mention fair pricing on repairs. They are considerate and offer me options on repair costs and offer suggestions on solutions. I like these guys and would recommend them to anybody looking for honest repair shop.

Brought my car in to fix my transmission.Ivan worked hard to find my one within my budget and helped with a credit approval process. This is now the only place I will take my vehicles to be fixed.Ivan is great and the people that work here are knowledgeable and helpful.Highly recommended.

I been coming to Pro Power Transmission since Oct 2012. The owner Ivan is a very nice and honest man. They fixed my transmission back in Oct 2012 and I had a little problem back in August 2013 and Ivan honored the warranty and had the mechaniclook at it and corrected the problem. I had a charging problem few days ago and tookmy car back to pro power thinking it may be my alternator due to having the batteryreplace12/2011 with a 3 year guaranteed warranty free replacement. Ivan call me back after the mechanics did a complete thorough charging system test and call meto tell me my alternator was good and it was the battery. I knew my belts were originaland ask them to go ahead and replaced both belts and to have my battery replace by AutoZone where I bought it from and use my receipt to exchange. Ivan did exactly everything he said he would. This is a very great Mechanic shop and great Owner and Mechanics and definitely good and honest prices to.If your looking for honest , caring people then Pro Power Transmission is the place for you. I will be taking my other car there next month to have Pro Power to do a clutch kit. Thank You Pro Power Transmission and Ivan Great people and great service.

They did a transmission service for me within a few hours. They noticed a leak and saved me from an even bigger issue. Once it was brought to my husband's attention we did noticed spots on our driveway where my vehicle is always parked.
