I think this may be one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. Rarely do I walk into a dealership and don't immediately get hassled and pushed to buy something I am not really interested, but at Marshall it was nothing like that. They really listened to me and took into consideration what I was interested in then showed me a truck that was spot on to my needs. I gotta say the quality of the vehicles was also very impressive. Just an overall great dealership and I will definitely be back!!

When it comes time to buy a vehicle again, I know where I'll go back to. Marshall Motors surprised me with how great their service and selection was. They have unique vehicles that aren't like the dime-a-dozen vehicles you see at the other lots, and the staff will blow you away with their friendly and prompt service. No games or gimmicks. They make you feel right at home when doing business with them. Highly recommend Marshall Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle in the Tampa Bay Area.

We needed a Subaru for our son and found a great deal here! Very professional, friendly and with great prices. Saved over $3300 and got a better car than similar dealers in Orlando. Super clean store, great to work with. Many thanks for a nice experience.

I'm not usually one for internet reviews but I felt I needed to give credit where credit was due. I've been looking for a car for a few months now, and it seemed anytime I actually went to a dealership I would be harassed by the clique "used car sales men". When I arrived at Marshall Motors I was treated like a friend. The manager Michael McCool really helped me feel like I was getting a good deal. I'm glad that there is still a car dealership that doesn't cheat it's customers at every chance they get. I will be a life long customer and you should too.

Marshall Motors is awesome. Most of my car buying experiences have been awful. So, when I came to Marshall Motors, I was expecting the same kind of experience. I was treated with respect, and got away with my dream car for a great price!

When it comes to a sales experience, you can't really ask for too much more. Attention to needs followed by practical pricing proves that Marshall Motors has got it together. Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff with an earnest interest in getting into not just A CAR, but the right car.

I purchased a truck from Marshall Motors in June 2017 and they seem really good at first. But when I agreed to purchase the truck it needed to have 4 things fixed. They said they would have everything fixed before I picked it up the truck on Friday. They knew I needed to take the truck on vacation because I was trading in one of my other vehicles. When I showed up to pickup the truck that Friday nothing had been fixed on the truck. I should have know then when they never changed the oil in the truck before they sold it that this wasn't a reputable car dealership. But I still bought the truck and took there word that they would get everything fixed when I got back from vacation. After i got back from vacation I called Marshall Motors and they said that the company had sent the wrong parts. They always tried to blame the parts company. The truth was they never ordered the parts. I called Rick Mattews GMC in Brooksville and ask if Marshall Motors had order parts for my truck and they said no. It's 4 months later and they still haven't fixed everything on the truck. Don't buy a car or truck from this dealership they can't be trusted. Once they get your money, you will never hear from them again. Go to Sun Toyota or Ford of Port Richey they both are excellent car dealerships. I have personally bought vehicles from both.

My husband and I spoke to both Mike and Hank in regards to the Lincoln Town car. I expressed interest in buying and let them know that I lived in Ocala and was going to drive down to see the car. When we arrived at the dealership @ 4:30 pm no one greeted us, we waited until about 4:55 pm (5 mins before closing ) and decided to leave. I saw a salesman talking with what I would assume to be a customer, but the salesman never bothered to stop to at least acknowledge our presence. I can understand if he was the only one working at that time but a good business practice and courtesy would be for the salesman to stop and excused himself for a moment to let us know that he would be right with us. I am very disappointed that I drove an hour out of my way and sat in traffic to just be ignored as if my business was not wanted or needed.

Purchased a vehicle from them on Saturday and already had to take it to the dealership on Monday that now has $4k worth of repairs to be done. The warranty that was provided will not cover any of it. Drove all the way from Fort Benning, GA just to have to pay more money. These problems had to be known beforehand but were not disclosed. I highly suggest if you re thinking of purchasing from here that you take it to a certified dealer and have it checked because the mechanic they re using to certify the vehicles for warranties are only taking their money without providing any real services.

I normally don't do reviews like this,but I am truely in shock of the quality of service I recieved from Marshall Motors. Mike helped me through the sales process, he was professional courtious and didn't make me feel pressured throughout the whole experience. I am recommending all my friends and family to go to Marshall Motors, Thanks again Mike !!!

I have never had a car buying experience like this. The entire staff was so sweet, and friendly. Absolutely love this place. Thank you for showing me there are still people that care about you as a person and not looking at us as just a paycheck.

Lies. Lies. And more lies. Not sure what's going on there. Found a truck. Struck a deal. Applied for financing. Got turned down. Or did I ? Found out that one of the lenders approved the deal. For some reason, the team there did not want to go thru with it. Instead of telling me what the deal was, and letting me decide, they told me it was rejected, and even had a reason from the lender. All lies. The lender had approved. So I called back. After a runaround, they blamed the lender. Said the deal was completely changed. And was made impossible by changing the loan amount, and adding ridiculous fees. Again. Lies. It was a straight forward deal. But even if it was not, it was my deal. I should have been informed and given the chance to accept or deny. I don't know why they would kill a deal. Did they have a better offer on the truck ? Did they simply mess up the paperwork , I don't know. But blaming me, and my memory of events, then blaming the lender, was not the solution. So it just makes them look shady. Buyer be aware !!! Something is off at this place. Don't know what it is, or what they are hiding, but be aware !!! Caution. Caution. Caution.

I was looking for a fairly priced 4x4 truck in brooksville, who would have thought that would be so hard in brooksville. Here I received excellent service and a personal touch I couldn t get at the big stores. Very clean trucks with fair prices. I would highly recommend anyone in brooksville to make a stop here

Pretty rad spot. I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable and fun sales staff. I usually hate car shopping as I'm always afraid of being strong armed into buying something I don't need or flat out ripped off, but this place was not like that at all. Would recomend to others

I got the small business experience with prices you would expect from a large chain. I cannot speak highly enough of the salesman and management I had the pleasure to work with. Better deal than anywhere else in the Tampa Bay area.

If I could rate less I would went looked at a boat they had priced for 9,995 and now that it's xmas they raised it to 11,777 trying to say they had to put money into it.. Bullshi. I would of bought it today but the guy tried to say they just got it back when I know for a fact it's been back for over a month and it's been sitting there for almost a yr good luck on selling it..
