A wonderful experience! I found the owner Bruce and his entire staff to be very honest and knowledgeable. Everything was explained of the problem and what was needed to be done . So happy that I took my car there to get fixed. I will definitely be using this company again for any of my vehicle needs. I highly recommend this company. The best I found in Hernando County in the 20 plus years I've lived here for honesty and the work they do.

Just have to say that Bruce and his team are the most honest auto repair shop that we have ever worked with. They have great customer service and do a great job to take care of your car. I recommend this mechanic shop to everyone.

My wife's car (Jeep Cherokee) had a constant oil leak due to the poorly made oil filter housing from the factory. After calling around town for a reputable mechanic I found Ice Cold Air. Bruce and his people know their stuff. I felt very comfortable with them working on the car. I'll be back for all of my car needs and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again for everything.

I had an issue with my A/C condenser and they corrected issue for about a quarter of the cost that the dealer wanted. Everyone that I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thank you Bruce, Hidalgo and all the staff at Ice Cold Air Brooksville ,Fl.

My AC in my truck went out. It was the evaporator core. Bruce ordered on Monday and it was ready Tuesday afternoon. Highly recommend them. Everyone explained everything and all the staffwas great

I was told by another shop that i needed a compressor for my AC. Which would be $1200. Ice Cold Air diagnosed it immediately. It was just a valve leak. Out the door at $230.Everyone in the shop was amazing and so helpful. Definitely will be returning for future repairs.Service: A/C installation & repair

Absolutely love this place! My uncle (Marty) used to work there and he s the reason I started going there. The owner is absolutely amazing and very compassionate. I went there one time with my air not working at all and I had my baby boy with me and he saw that and temporarily fixed my air for me at no cost until I could afford to get it back in the next week or two. All of the employees that I ve talked to are awesome. Very informative and patient. Overall a great place to go.

Been using Ice Cold Air for several years now. Bruce is always good to us. He is very fair with his prices and I have not had any issues.. Back when I had my Impala his team had to take the dashboard out in order to fix the A/C. Not only was the job done on time his team did a great job putting things back as they were. Giving a shout out to a great auto repair establishment Ice Cold Air on Cortez. I ve been taking both my vehicles there for years and not only are they VERY reasonable on their pricing, but most importantly they stand behind their work. More often then not, businesses are only mentioned on blogs for negative issues or complaints. Ice Cold Air has been thorough in explaining vehicle issue, repair options, and costs breakdown. I most cases I ve talked directly to the mechanic. These guys have many years of experience, and every problem my vehicles have had, they ve seen and remedied before. Best place when it come to ac. I got mine done a little longer then I expected but it was a good work with reasonable price compared to the Honda dealer. So no complaints. Bruce and the front desk girl are nice and kind.Definitely will choose this shop all over.

Happy to say Ice Cold Air knocked it out of the park again for my daughter's car. The crew in Brooksville not only took her car in on short notice but fixed the issue by squeezing it in on their already busy schedule.. I went there to have my wifes A/C checked. Was told over the phone that the system was evacuated and recharged and they were unsure if the compressor was working or not. Once I arrived the woman at the front desk was pleasant and handed me the keys and advised there was no bill. So I questioned it and she confirmed there was no bill because no service was performed. I looked at the service ticket on the desk and it still only said "check A/C" from when I dropped it off earlier. They helped me with my Explorers A/C about 4 months ago with no issues. This time was not the case. I do not appreciate being lied to about services that were not performed. My wife's car still has no A/C and it's about to be summer time. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.Service: Air conditioning

These guys are amazing.They came out and tried to diagnose my AC problem to see if it was a small fix before taking me in.They realized this is a bigger issue and offered me a diagnosis / quote.They quickly figured out the problem and had me rolling the next day.Other companies mis - diagnosed me, these guys know what they are doing !!Service: Air conditioning

Absolutely wonderful repair shop. Honest and friendly staff. They will up front tell you what's the deal with your repair and you what you're really looking at price wise. No haggling, just up front fair pricing and assessment. I will recommend this place to all. My experience at this shop has been exemplary. If you live in Brooksville FL area. Bruce is very nice, never have trouble making an appointment. He has serviced my car and daughters car. They are honest and affordable. I used to go somewhere else and was always over charged and had to return because it still wasn t fixed. I never had to returned to ice cold air because it was fixed the first time. I won t go anywhere else, definitely recommend them.

Family run business. Owner was very nice very helpful. Took my car in left it for an estimate. Call me back a few hours later said the car was fixed. Told me what was wrong. Very good work extremely helpful oh, and I believe them to be very very honest with their prices and their workmanship.
