Lifetime alignment is a really great deal here. Called today to do a last minute alignment and tire rotation and they fit me in within a few hours of calling. And the service itself took only an hour and a half (with no previous appointment made I was impressed!) They also found something loose/amiss on my vehicle and fixed it right away. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Customer excellence is what to expect from Ronald and the team here at this location! I keep going back to this location due to the respect, kindness and willingness to treat me fairly at this location. Even when I couldn't get an immediate appointment, I was offered suggestions and alternative solutions for the concern with my vehicles. I will ALWAYS go back to Firestone at Cortez Blvd before going anywhere else. Thank you for having an amazing team at this location!

Dale was so nice and took the time to look everything over and get me the best price He made sure my car was all fixed up before I pulled off. I appreciate that he took the time to get me in the same day and it was on a Sunday thank you!

Had an issue with my SUV wandering. Requested an alignment. The technician, Tony, informed me that one of my tires has radial pull resulting in my complaint. He aligned the truck and there was a night and day difference. It s refreshing to find a shop that can diagnose such an issue. Most happy with Tony and Firestone on Cortez Blvd.

I went in a few days back to simply get a patch put on a tire. I waited for a fairly decent amount of time before being asked if I needed help. I explained the service I requested. The person at the counter advised they were too busy to perform the service and that I should make an appointment for another day. He further explained they only had two technicians working. Which caused the back up. I understand that businesses get busy and may be short staffed sometimes but customer service has seemed to have disappeared in this day and age. It s a simple patch! A couple minutes to do! I ll also add that the last time I used this business my new iPhone charging wire disappeared fromMy car- someone stole it. I realized it later in the evening after picking my vehicle up. Very disappointed with this business on all fronts.Service: Tires

Came in asking to get my alignment checked. They fixed a balance issue with my tires that 3 other places missed and didn t even try to charge me for the more expensive alignment since I didn t actually need it. 3 other guys (including the ones that put on my new tires in the first place) told me it was an alignment issue. These guys diagnosed the issue and fixed it in one go. Earned a customerService: Tires

My husband made a noon appointment for my car for an oil change and tire rotation. We arrived at 11:55 AM and told the staff member we would leave my car. The lobby was busy with walk in customers as the staff member told us. Oddly, he said they close at 7 pm, but that my car would get done. We should have discerned that was a red flag. As a manager in a different service arena for 20 years, a person with an appointment gets priority over a walk in. A dedicated staff member should be assigned to customers who schedule appointments. At 5 pm, we returned feeling confident my car would be complete. It was NOT! We took my keys and left without getting the scheduled service which is ridiculous that after 5 hours, an oil change and tire rotation could not be done. I am not quite sure why appointments are offered if other customers get priority when they walk in. Highly disappointed.

Not sure about this one. Went in for turn signal and horn not working.. they fixed the turn signals but horn they said was another issue after they said it was the signal switch...$700 repair after military discount... Switch at parts stores ranged from $68 to $189.. they charged over $400 for part alone and it didn't fix the whole issue.... Rethinking my future options

Dude who took the order in the office area was pretty good and they were fast and so far the tires I purchased have been decent ... I already drove from NJ to FL and back with no issues (tire wise)

Awesome, things could not have gone better. Very happy with this establishment and the customer service that I received from the sales associate Vincent, very likeable.I called ahead for a quote and I was sold. A very short time and two new tires later, all done. Vincent also gave me an estimate on some front axles needed on my car.Very happy with Firestone and I will return.

On 11/11/22 while out shopping my tire ended up going completely flat . Keith at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Brooksville took my car in fix my flat within an hour even with their heavy load that day of clients . I would highly recommend Firestone their employees are top notch !!!! Thank you again to Keith and all the workers at Firestone

I walked in a 8am and the guy doing nothing in an office finally acknowledged me and said can I help you with a puzzled look and I told him I have a screw in my tire (brand new car so I don t need new tires at this point) and he said sorry we are too busy today. I looked around at one customer and said you are and he said yep

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation 6 months after $1200 for 4 tires. There was a problem with a lug bolt. Had to come back the next day, they fixed the bolt but still didn't rotate tires. On my third visit I was told I would need to leave the car for the day. When I complained I was told to bring them car and they would take care of me right away, when I got there I was told I would have to wait again. Manager was rude took my keys and made the tech return them. I don't think I will spend any more money there.

Quick & friendly service! Colton and the other gentleman stayed past closing time to help patch my tire due to a slow leak. I did not have the key to unlock the bolts on my tire and they were kind enough to provide me one for any future occasion that it may be needed!

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation. Ended up having a tire with a nail that was previously treated with Fix-a-Flat. Purchased 4 new tires at an incredibly reasonable price with a full warranty. Staff was accommodating, and service was fairly quick. I did make an appointment for the initial rotation.

Everyone at Firestone was awesome we had a very good experience all the work was done professionally, we had four new tires all wheel alignment and balance and oil change Great job Firestone keep up the good work 5 Star's

I would highly recommend this location. They got me in and out in a very short time for tires, and a second time for an oil change. The manager and all employees I have dealt with are great. This is my go-to place. Thanks guys!

This is probably one of the best repair shops I ve visited. Not only is the service Lightning fast but they re very hospitable and kind. On top of that the service was not as expensive as previously quoted after he applied the coupons. Charlie was such a pleasure to deal with even over the phone he definitely makes the visit here just that much better.

Drew is the person for Alignments he has been great ,he noticed a few things the mobile mechanic did not fix right on my trucks front end . He was concerned about these items he had found and was quick to fix at no other charges. Vicent is the service advisor is very knowledgeable and was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable
