Such a wonderful experience!The staff is extremely friendly and explained everything. I was able to comfortably sit inside my vehicle during my oil change.This location is family owned, and you can tell the pride of ownership that the staff takes in running top-notch oil change. I will be back.

'Loved the service I received on 3/22! Oil change was indeed quick, yet thorough. Reasonable rate. Attendant was thorough when explaining everything from all aspects of the oil change. She was honest and kind. I felt comfortable in letting them take care of my car. I will definitely be back for next oil change.

I was recommended by a complete stranger to use this facility to do auto repairs. Since then, as I have spoke with other friends and family that recommended them for minor repairs and oil changes. The technician Chris was extremely helpful and honest for what repairs were needed for my vehicle. Everyone was always very respectful in person or on the phone. As for the cost, everything has increased and flat rate manuals have increased to $95 an hour. If you re expecting the old $45 per hour, you re decades in the past. I m glad to see a pocket Bible in the waiting room for your reading pleasure and Joe employs veterans. I m very happy to have brought my car here for its alignment. Thank you Chris and Joe for your work and personal behaviors.

These people are Great! I started going here in the weekends since the other local place I was going to stopped being open on Saturdays. It's Quick and convenient and they are very friendly and professional. I'm glad I found them.

Never been here before, pulled up 10 minutes before they closed, greeted with a smile great service and speedy too. Went to take 5 prior to here they could do my change buy these guys did a great job. Here's our new oil change place from now on.

I was checked in by a lovely lady who was thorough and had a friendly smile. Colton did the top side work while his partner took care of the oil change from below. Everyone was pleasant and informative. I would say they provided one of the best oil change services I've had in a long time. I am new to the area and definitely will be back for my next. No wheeling and dealing, just the service I requested. I will also highly recommend to family and friends in the area. Thank you so very much!!

I feel like a pampered princess at Express Oil Change. They are quick, do a safety check of your entire vehicle, fill your washer fluid, install light bulbs if needed, change out filters if needed, etc all while I sit in my drivers seat.

Going to be honest. Oil change was fine and basic. Unless you are changing your oil yourself....there is no real way to tell you are getting what they say they are putting in...so its always a toss up. BUT that is not why I am leaving a review.I asked them 3 times. Count em...3! times! to please add some air into my driver rear tire. They said they would and never did. If they cannot listen and complete an extremely simple task after being asked and REMINDED..then what else did they not do? Not excited to find out. Probably wont come back after this review either. They'll probably read it and strip a bolt if I did.

The stars align at this place. Friendly not pushy. Colton who helped me out was awesome. Really knowledgeable. I appreciate their help moving into the area you don't know what you will get these guys are keepers.

Love this place and have been using them for years. I've never had a bad experience or problem here and they're never pushy or unfriendly. Seem very knowlegable and concerned about your safety. Lovely little waiting area if you need it but they are normally very efficient in getting your vehicle taken care of. Everything is cutely decorated from the potted plants to the signs. They make you feel safe and welcome.The cost is worth the quality and peace of mind (truck around $35). I've been to many other places in the past and have had several issues that are completely mindblowing. I won't go anywhere else! Family owned and family friendly.

These guys get it. I've never met such a genuine and caring group of folks. They go above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. I bring my WHOLE FLEET OF VEHICLES here for regular oil changes, general maintenance, and repairs. Every experience keeps outgoing the previous!

2023-10-11 Brought my 2011 F-350 XLT in for a "Sell or Repair" vehicle inspection.I received a helpful rundown of the issues the truck is facing, we spoke candidly about what *needs* to be done and what would be *nice* to have done. I got some useful tips and started the process.Friendly staff, no nonsense attitude, no annoying 'up-sell', just an honest assessment of the condition of my truck.I highly recommend!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I've always changed my own oil but having a newer vehicle with a 3rd party warranty, I wanted to have proof of my oil changes. So this being my first time I was a little nervous as I have extreme social anxiety. However, this place absolutely surpassed my expectations by far! I didn't even step out of my car, zero pressure to buy any extra services and was out of there within 15 minutes no lie. They topped off my washer fluid too. Not to mention it was only about $20 more than when I do it myself so easy to say it was well worth it! This will be my normal place from here on out! Thanks for taking care of me! Definitely recommend!!!

There is no other shop I will take my cars too now that I found the folks here. This shop is amazing Junior always takes such great care of my car and I ve never left without my car back in great shape and a giant smile on my face. As someone who grew up with a mechanic father I have always been weary of shops and being taken advantage of as a female. Not here!! this is the most genuine, honest helpful place you can go to. 10/10 recommend every soul I know to go here.

I went here for the first time after going to my usual car repair shop. They charged me $60 less and a lovely woman named Pat actually dropped me at home and picked me up, instead of paying for Uber. I need to mention I live almost half an hour away. Being a single mom I m always afraid of being ripped off. I m not lying when I say EVERYONE greeted me. You can tell they re grateful for the business...the other place acted like they were doing me a favor.There must have been 6 or 8 people that smiled and said hello. This place will be taking care of my car needs from now on. I d give 10 stars if I could.Update 2 years later : now my 18 year old is driving. Her car kept overheating and we went to another place because it was closer and they said it would be $1600 to fix. We had it towed here. They did the service for $600 and it runs great. My daughter asked mom why are the trustworthy and attentive to you? I replied, because they re family owned and operated so we can trust them! Cannot tell you how safe I feel knowing they fix both of our cars now! If I could give 10 stars I would!

The level of service I received here was unprecedented! The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and they went above and beyond while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest, and the pricing is more than fair. I actually spent a lot less than I was expecting for my service. I'll definitely be going out of my way to come here for all my vehicle needs.

Pulled in for an oil change right away and was out within 15 minutes. I got to stay in my car. They told me exactly what they were doing every step of the way before they did it. Topped off my fluid levels under my hood, cleaned my windshield, showed me my oil stick before and after the oil change was done. As a first time customer there, I was pleased 100% and will be going back for my future oil changes!Service: Oil change

I needed the invoices for my car from the past because im selling it. Rosa and the gentleman were so helpful and informative about buying a new car. As well, they tapped off any low fluids. I couldn't thank them enough for their services!!!
