Recently had my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport SUV grill repainted. I was very happy with Mark's service, from the initial scheduling of the appointment through the final phone call saying I was ready to go. The body shop did a nice job!On the negative side, while I was there, I had asked Dynasty to take a look underneath to see if I might have an oil leak as I had noticed a few spots in my garage. Mark called me and told me that it would cost me $125 to have this done. I was extremely surprised at this and refused the service, as my regular service business will do this for FREE. Just be aware . . .

The staff and crew at Dynasty are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are genuine and thoughtful in servicing my 2006 Tahoe and I appreciate their thorough work up and presentation of suggestions concerning maintaining my SUV in road safety condition.Thanks for everything!

I have them on speed dial, always quality work. Just did my Mercedes C43 brakes, work like new. They have always given me honest estimate and quality work in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

I went to Dynasty after hitting a mailbox with my husband's car while he was away. I was so impressed with the comfortable atmosphere and how they treated everyone that walked through the door like family.Once the car was complete, it looked like nothing had ever happened. Best of all, it was reasonably priced so I didn't have to explain a crazy amount of money spent to my husband. When I told him about what had happen, we just laughed at how crazy life can be at times. This could have gone waaaaayyyyy differently!Thank you so much to the entire team at Dynasty for saving my life!... Or at least a rough patch in my marriage!!We have since used them for problems with our camper, oil changes, and automotive repairs. We have had excellent experiences every time.

I had a nightmare with buying a used but new to me car , Johnny especially but everyone else assured me they will get my car to where it needs to be, they helped push the warranty company and got the major issues repaired like changing my transmission and my car runs better then ever! They are so sweet and explains everything in detail about the issues presented to them. I would definitely recommend them and go back to them when needed!

My vehicle is still over heating I will take it back monday morning and hope they can correct this issue and after completion I will respond. Second attempt to fix this issue. Customer service is very friendly.

I gave my son a gift card for Christmas to get his oil changed here. He took it up in January. No issues with the oil before going. Routine change. About 2 weeks later he is at my house and goes to leave and I see a small puddle of oil where he had parked. Told him to keep an eye on it. Needless to say he took it to another reputable dealership and here the oil was very low the filter was very dirty and not tightened. So now we wonder what was done? Why wouldn't we be told of a dirty filter. Why would you do a synthetic oil change and not draw that to a customer attention? What a waste of our initial 88.00 paid to Dynasty for nothing while now paying only 73 for a new filter with oil change of synthetic oil in my Volkswagen. So beware consumer of this place! They ripped us off and it could of cost me bigger issues!Service: Oil change

I wish more companies still did business like this one. I called and spoke to Scott regarding my transmission and what it would take for diagnostics. While he could ve easily taken my $100, he asked a few clarifying questions about my vehicle and was honest about it probably being a larger problem that would require more service than they could provide. They referred me to a reputable transmission specialist so that any money I spent on diagnostics could be applied towards the repair at one place. Thanks for your honesty, Scott.

Had a voucher for a free oil change. Employees were friendly and accommodating. Johnny was nice enough to point out a few little things that need to be fixed. Gave me estimates and all. Was not pushy like some places. I will absolutely be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We've used Dynasty a few times since the people seemed very reliable and trustworthy. My husband always complained that they were over-priced, but we didn't know who we could trust and believe you get what you pay for so we kept coming. In the middle of March they did a/c work on my 2014 Chrysler Town + Country and replaced the thermostat and supposedly the housing since it comes with the new thermostat ($2,000). Yesterday, my van started running hot. I took it to a local shop because I didn't want to drive 20 minutes with it running hot. It has a cracked thermostat housing causing it to leak coolant. I called Dynasty since this had just been replaced, or should have been, and their response was that sometimes that happens because it's made of plastic. I understand that sometimes things happen but I have never had this happen with a vehicle and cannot understand it happening six weeks after having it replaced. We will never be back and definitely won't recommend. Came in for a free oil change. The car was picked up from my place of employment. At the end of the day I discovered a winning scratch off ticket I had purchased that morning has been swapped for a different ticket. The winnings were minuscule but I thought a respectable shop owner would want to be privy to such an odd occurrence. I was contacted by Shannon who blasted me over the phone. Shannon told me this business was comprised of honest and good Christians who make too much money to need to steal from customers. I advised that her tone was argumentative and that she was basically accusing me of lying. I assured her I was not concerned about the ticket but felt someone should be made aware of the occurrence. I was told cameras were on the vehicle at all times and that I could review them myself. I was also assured that not a single scratch off would be found on the premises. (An odd blanket statement to make in confidence.) the car was picked up from my worksite. Their cameras do not cover this location or the trip to and from. I ve had okay experiences with this place in the past and was appalled to be treated like a liar. I would be hesitant to visit this service shop. An owner that is blind to the probability of a family member offending or committing a slight is naive and impossible to reach. I was also told that I should just be happy with the oil change I received. Super disappointed in how this was treated.Service: Oil change

My Nissan Titan XD has been in religiously for oil change also been repaired and repainted after I ooooppsed the front fender. Sabrina And Johnny take great care of me get me in as quick as they can. I have never written a business review until now. They deserve it. Dynasty was excellent. If they can please me, they can please anyone. From my first call to Sabrina, during the estimate with owner Dave to the day I picked the vehicle up, I was greeted by everyone with a positive attitude and treated fairly. They did exactly what they said and finished a day early. They escorted me to the vehicle before I left to be sure it met with my approval. They did outstanding work, answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. I wish more companies would follow Dynasty's business model. I recommend them without reservation.

HELLO ALL! ON 4/15/2022 hubby and I were sitting at a RED LIGHT, miding our own business when a 2 cars got into an accident and sent one flying into us...got towed ..asked where we wanted it to go, and like most of us in Hernando county , we said Mike's auto repair...Well, after my car was sent there and adjustor gone after 2 days, ( I was told they would call me) , I called Mikes.. The guy on the phone, who didnt sound happy , told me that they wont even be able to " Get to my car " for 5-6 weeks and that it could take 2-3 MONTHS to get it back...I called the adjustor and asked if I could get it moved somewhere else. He told me to check around and call him back. I looked up places , looked at reviews and then called Dynasty . Sabrina & her team told me get it to them , within 24 hrs they had my car , had the adjustor there , ordered the parts and Today , I picked it up. I only had the rental for 30 days ...I am 2 days early bringing back! My car looks beautiful...their customer service was GREAT !!! They were all so nice!!!!I am HIGHLY recommending DYNASTY if you need collision or auto repairs ! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THIS BAD SITUATION BETTER.!!!

My husband brought his work car to them to have the tires mounted and balanced. Not only did Dynasty install them and balance em for a great price they informed my husband of an underlying suspension problem as they noticed it during the tire install. They informed him that his front struts were bad and that s what was causing his front end noise for the past year in the car. Immediately my husband was notified upon picking his car up and they were able to get him a next day appointment for new shocks and struts. The staff at dynasty was amazing and very professional! The level of knowledge and acute attention to detail is amazing. We will be using Dynasty for our complete vehicle maintenance and repairs in the future .Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I was in an automotive accident and had my car towed to Dynasty Collision and Auto. I had quite a bit of damage to my car to include thefront end and drivers side of the car. From start to finish Dynasty kept meup to date on the progress of my car. As far as the repairs, the body work and painters were excellent. They were extremely talented and professional. When I picked up my car, It looked completely new , and you could not even tell the car had been wrecked. I wouldn't trust my car toany shop other than Dynasty! Dynasty Collision always surprises me with their dedication to customer service, professionalism and their level of knowledge. Always courteous, always thorough, always kind! I have been taking my cars to them for the past two years and would not hesitate to recommend them. The majority of the people in my work place use Dynasty Collision and everyone is always impressed!
