For three years I have been going to complete automotive care for all of my oil changes and any other problems that came up with my vehicles. I feel comfortable and respected. They work at a good pace, and I don t have to wait long. I feel the prices are affordable and they have always done right by me. They are friendly and I trust them with my vehicles 100%. I have never had a bad experience. If you have problems with your vehicle this is the place to go!

Joe is awesome. They always get us in fast. They took amazing care of our employee recently. They give quality work at great prices. I thought I had problems with my brakes and was prepared to pay a ton of money. Rather than take advantage of us, they called a couple hours after we dropped off the car and explained the actual issue I was having. They saved me a ton of money. This is a family business that cares about your safety. And they will not take advantage of you like some mechanics. Complete Automotive is the only place to go for all your maintenance and repair services!

I've been a customer for 20 years. Always professional, competent and friendly service. It's the only place I have my vehicle serviced. Even when I was living 2 hours away. The peace of mind knowing I won't break down is worth the drive.

Traveled to Brooksville from Georgia on 11/22 to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday. My truck developed problems with the starter and I drove into Joe s Complete Automotive Care which was along my route. Without any hesitation, the owner s wife ensured that my vehicle would be repaired and immediately sent for a new starter. The repair was done within the same hour that I arrived and I was able to continue on to my destination. I want to sincerely thank everyone at this business for their consummate professionalism. Finally, Finally, Finally! I have found a good honest automobile service facility. I was told by a Cadillac dealer that my brakes should be changed right away at 4 mm and 5 mm pad thickness . Not knowing anything about brakes, I decided to take it to Complete Automotive because they have a $89.95 per axle coupon. I dropped it off. the next day Joe called me and left a voice mail to call him about the brakes. I thought, Oh ok, here we go! I called and spoke with Joe, and he said that He would really like to sell me a brake job, but that the brakes DID Not need replaced! I was in Awe...... So the dealer tried to sell me a $700 Brake job with a Brake fluid flush, which did NOT NEED to be done! Needless to say, that I will not be using that dealer for any more service and will take my vehicles to Complete automotive care in the future!Once again Complete Automotive Care on Cortez Blvd did right by us. We had a flat tire on Cortez, about three miles past their shop. AAA came out in a SUV to change the tire, but the Cadillac SRX does not have a spare tire or jack, only a Tire Inflator with that foam Fix a flat stuff charged in the unit. AAA inflated the tire with their compressor and found a hole in between the tread and plugged the tire. That was enough for us to circle around to Complete Automotive Care, where we asked them to install a new tire. They do not stock new tires, but the service guys said that they would pull the plug and do an inside patch which was better than the plug. We got a call after it was done, and he said good news/bad news. The good news was they pulled the tire and patched it. The bad news was that the tire was driven too much on the flat and destroyed the side walls on the inside of the tire, and we should replace it as soon as we can. We went to pick it up, and he said, no charge because I could not completely help you guys out . Unbelievable. Once again, I recommend this completely honest and reputable business to anyone who needs service on the vehicle!

Manager was vey rude and treated me as if I had not made an appointment two weeks prior to showing up. Then said he could not help me because I put ac stop leak in vehicle. I figured that it is what an auto mechanic is used for to help figure problems out you can not figure out on your own.I could ve gotten past all that, but when I drove by at the end of the day the car hadn t been touched. I walked in to ask about the car and he greeted me by saying What do you want? So I asked for my keys and took my car somewhere else.

I never heard of this place but I looked on line and when I saw family owned and operated I took a chance. I very glad I did. All along the way I was informed of what was found and how much it would cost. I'm totally sold and all my car repairs will be done by Complete Automotive!!!

We were visiting from Chicago & got a flat tire. This place came highly recommended, and people were right. Nice & friendly and knowledgeable...fixed my flat within 5 mins of walking in and didn't try to sell me anything. Very happy.

My car engine stopped. It would start and then shut off. I called AAA, they recommended Complete Automotive. I usually take my car to Tires Plus, but I haven't been real happy with them since I moved here to Brooksville 3 years ago, so decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! As soon as I met Joe I felt like I had come to the right place. You know how sometimes you get a feeling about people, right away I felt at ease. It turned out to be a computer problem, but they were able to order the parts and get me going again. Jim & Joe were knowledgeable and friendly! I think I have found my new car doctor's!!I highly recommend!!

Excellent service and quick repair. We recently were given a car and it only needed the window fixed. Scheduled appointment and was done same day. Reasonable cost. Our other vehicles are under warranty so we go back to dealership for issues but will definitely use this place again for my daughter's car now if anything comes up

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler, researched CarFax, looked great and shown at an excellent price. Took it into Complete Auto for a tune up. Wow, many undisclosed problems, some probably at the hands of the dealer.Jim was excellent at explaining each problem and what essential repairs to be travel ready, and what I could expect and plan for over time.These guys actually care about quality customer service. I noticed one of my tires was showing threads and stopped and got a quote for new tires. Unfortunately they had to order the tires. I use my truck to work out off and I was concerned that the tire would pop. The owner was so nice that he put a used tire on so I could go to work without having to worry about the tire popping. I showed up the next day and they got the new tires right away and got my work day going without a hitch. Great service and a great price! In this new climate of people saying one thing and doing another, I have to say our service writer Jim was a man of his word. He did what he said and was very fair with everything. He made us comfortable and he was trustworthy. The price was compared to other locations and he either matched or beat it, but the best thing of all was "Customer Service". Thank you Jim!

I had a wonderful experience working with Complete Automotive Care. I went to them after having a negative experience at a dealership. I explained the issue and they right away were honest, upfront, and welcoming. There were no surprises and not only did they do an excellent job, I was safely back on the road in no time. Their pricing was extreamly fair and I ended up saving houndreds compared to the quote the dealership gave me. A trusted friend brought me to Joe several months ago. She had long referred to him as their most trusted "car guy" but I admit I was skeptical. You learn you have to be when cars are involved...plus, there's the fact that she's a widow, and I'm a reluctant divorcee. However, her assessment could not have been more true. Joe and his right-hand man, Jim, are truly the real deal. They are honest, thorough, kind, and fair. They listen to the issues the car is having and provide options for my specific situation. They are always respectful and patient with me, despite my lack of knowledge. It's rare to find people and businesses who take care of one another anymore, but this is one of them. Took my car truck to Complete Automotive when the brakes were going out, they got me in fast and diagnosed the issue. Never tried selling me anything I didn't need, gave me accurate, honest feedback on the health of my vehicle. Decided to buy a new vehicle rather than fixing the issues; Complete Automotive was happy to do a pre-purchase inspection. It provided insight on a new (new to me) vehicle that I wouldn't have had without their services.Complete Automotive Care displayed honesty, compassion for my problems, and expert level knowledge/experience. Honest and professional mechanic. They did a pre-purchase inspection for a car that I considered buying. They sent me a detailed report and called me to explain everything. They did all of that free. I would come back to them in the future.

This was my first time using Complete Auto Care. Joe and the team at Complete Auto did a great job doing an alignment on my F-250. I was a Ford Master technician for 14 years until I started my own service business. Complete Auto knows how important our work vehicles are to us and got me in and out faster than I anticipated. Professionalism, kindness and generosity are just a few words to explain from this company. My daughters car engine blew and I called them from being referred from AAA. The moment I contacted them they really listened to me and my dilemma and I felt they truly cared. Being a woman and knowing nothing about mechanical issues makes me a bit naive and vulnerable but from the moment we talked I felt I could trust them. During our conversation I realized I had used all my tows for the year with AAA. So they had my car towed there using their own service, I realized they didn t have to do that. I also was informed after it was towed there that my daughters car had a warranty and recall on the engine for that year and make. Most companies would not want to help a consumer if it they don t get the profit, but not here. They were willing to help me out even if the job was going somewhere else! That is genuine caring and professionalism. Just that alone says a lot about their character! And I appreciate the fact that the owner is a Christian. His character proves that. It was an honor to meet you and as promised I will share my story and your kindness to everyone I know. God bless you and your family and staff!

Joe and his team went above and beyond in helping me when my starter went out a couple weeks ago... I work in Tampa and live in B-ville and I couldn't be without my car and was so very stressed that I wouldn't be able to go to work. Joe made sure my car was ready when I needed it ... price was very fair and $500 under what the dealer wanted to charge me!! Two hours into our drive back to Maine, our vehicle started overheating. It was towed here, and by the following morning they had run a pressure test and diagnostics to ensure it would safely make the 1,600 mile trip. Their customer service was top of the line. Each mechanic and member of staff were extremely friendly and personable both over the phone and in person. They handled our issue with urgency and professionalism and charged us fairly for the work done. We left confident in our vehicle and highly recommend this shop to others.
