10/10 customer service!!! Awesome help by ryan and the crew. Bought a new tractor last week with attachments and they delivered it fro free 3.5hr away to were i live. Any time ive had questions ryan has immediately responded couldnt ask for a better purchase. The kioti 2620H was a fenominal buy also!!!!

Excellent dealership, Ryan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, showed up at 3pm to look at the tractor, they installed bucket hooks a canopy and had it delivered early the next morning with a box of goodies. Couldn't of been any easier or faster. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service. Went in for a battery O Rielly's didn't have in stock for a tractor ended up trading up the old john deere for a new Koiti. Ryan was awesome gave us a good deal on our trade in. Super simple financing was quick and easy and included new attachments.

Wonderful experience, amazing staff. So thankful I was able to buy this amazing zero turn (red rocket is her name) from this family owned business. They were able to work with my budget as well as me in general. Couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of my gravely mower. The staff took the time to explain all the features and particulars of the mower to me. I felt like I was part of the family so much that I highly recommend if anybody is looking for a mower to come here!

Took my tractor up to General auto parts of Brooksville. because After letting it sit for two or three days, it would blow lots of white smoke, and then clear up. Also forward and reverse on the hydrostatic transmission was sticking. I was told it would all be repaired under warranty. 7 days later I called to find out what s going on with the tractor Lou tells me it s ready, I guess they didn t wanna call me. When I get there, Lou tells me the oil cap missing caused the problem. ( the oil cap wasn t missing when I took it there ) I told Lou and Miss oil cat would not cause an engine to smoke. He said go ask the technician. technician tells me the same thing oil cap was missing and that s why it was smoking. Absolutely not true. So I said, ok, now you put an oil cap on it, it won t smoke anymore right. He says I can t guarantee that, as soon as he started it, it blew a bunch of white smoke. Then he starts blaming the Rotella oil that I used. Telling me that it damaged my injection pump. Lou also told me that the transmission sticking problem was fixed. It wasn t on top of all that. I had a flat tire which I didn t previously have. I will not be using them anymore. I will be taking my Tractor to Ocala. A 2 Hour drive but the lie I don t trust them to work on it. But Lou did give me the number to their tire guy and fixed my tire for free. Also, if anybody ever wants to buy a tractor there, make sure you get everything in writing I paid more for the tractor because I was supposed to have 0% interest. When I got the first bill a month later, they had interest on it. I plan on buying a bigger tractor within the next year. It will definitely not be a Kioti because I can t get it serviced near me. Well not from General tractor or general auto Brooksville or whatever they called themselves. And if they call me a liar, I ll post a video.

Excellent customer service. Ryan made doing business easy. He gave us a fair trade on our tractor and made things work for us. We look forward to doing more business with General even though we live an hour away.

Worst place I ever had my mower serviced at. Said it was beyond repair. Cut the grass with it today. Runs like brand new. Sat there 3 weeks, charged me 150 dollars to pick up, make up an estimate and return it broken. Fixed it myself for under 50 dollars. Wanted to sell me 3600 mower. If you value your mower take it to the Hardware store for repair. The good people we retired.

They sell high in lawnmowers, starting at six grand going all the way up to probably about 30 grand other equipment starting about 30 up to 100 grand they have no awning no protection over brand new power equipment even the air ride seats on these lawnmowers in this power equipment are about $1000. Yeah, they don t mind the weather and the Florida sun and the Florida torrential rains damaging all of the equipment. Nothing covers the equipment at all which means the rainwater goes into the electronics into the engine into the poison into the bearings. Lord knows how long this equipment sits out in their unprotected yard before it s actually sold and then they expect you to be able to have a Good service life out of equipment that has been sat out in the rain and the sun and the weather decaying, for Lord, knows how long I would never ever buy a piece of equipment from this particular shop. The owner of the shop makes excuses for just about everything. Apparently they re extremely understaffed today he claimed that their worker stay there till 9 o clock at night putting together machines instead of making your workers work till 9 o clock at night maybe hire a couple more workers offset the over caught the other Time build some awnings or have some awnings put up that actually protects your investment with actually makes you look better in the public side and also the manufactures I every manufacture that you represent I m emailing directly to let them know the conditions that you have at your supposed dealership

I've used General for my business for fifteen years now. Lou is great in parts and repair, and I've bought all my mowers there. Will get you best deal possible and their warranty service and for service for commercial customers is 2nd to none in the area.

I went this morning to buy a new tire and get blades. And let me just say Luke was phenomenal. I got a phone call within 3 hours saying it was all ready when i was told it would be a day or two. Just great customer service. Super friendly too. I highly recommend General auto parts!!!!!

Very slow service on repairs on mower. Called to check on how the repairs were coming and was told I could not get an update at that time. Machine is a little over a year old and second time in shop. Been there for 19 days. Now we are losing customers.

Have had mower since 7/19 - last Tuesday still 5 ahead of my mower 8/2 - called today parts are on back order - asked when they ordered middle of July - I advised how funny last week you have not even looked at it... Silence then states can not do anything without parts.......... well maybe if you would have worked on it first week and maybe picked up the phone for communication you could retain customers. So now I am 3 weeks no mower no communication - not to mention I got hung up on twice before they finally placed me on hold correctly. Will not support....

Pushy salesman, tried convincing me a unit was perfect for my line of work yet it clearly was not. He just wanted to make a sale.Sad you can t even trust a local tractor shop to actually get you into what you need instead of just a sale.I bought a nice 55hp perfect for me, yet he tried selling me a 25-30hp.

Old fashioned parts store with super helpful and knowledgeable employees. General does everything from tractor's, Zero Turns, Auto Parts, Custom hydraulics and service dept. Talkabout an all-in-one stop. Nice to see a family business survive all the big box stores why because they give good personal service at a really fair price with a honest hand shake.

Bought a gas golf cart battery from here. Wonderful customer service. Priced below all other places. Quick check out and great expertise. They didn't try and upsell me anything which is nice as they truly seemed caring about their customers. Would highly recommend for batteries but also for mowers and other equipment. Thanks for the great experience.

Easy five stars! I wish I could give ten!!I just got my new Kioti tractor delivered and I could not be happier with my purchase. I know it's perfect for me because Ryan sent one to my house a few days ago so I could make sure that it fit my needs. He also worked with me to fit all the add-ons that I wanted into my budget.I had a very similar experience with him when I purchased my Gravely mower about two years ago.Do yourself a favor and stop by General before you make a decision on a tractor or mower. You'll be glad you did.

Excellent purchase experience and knowledgeable staff. They will do everything possible to help you before, during, and after a sale. I bought my latest tractor from this dealer and have been back for a few add-ons. I ve dealt with half a dozen dealers over the years and feel like this is the best so far!

I ended up purchasing a Gravely ProTurn from Ryan. It took me two visits there to make up my mind. Ryan was very helpful and patient with me during both my visits, explaining the differences in the mowers. He answered my telephone calls when I had called with a question or two. I now have six hours on my mower and am adjusting very well to it and actually love it.Thank you Ryan for having patience with me.

Under new management. I used to love this place, no more. They picked up my lawnmower and before I could say what I wanted done, I was told. why don't you just wait for the estimate. They picked up my lawnmower and did not call me for 3 weeks. I stopped in and they did not even do an estimate. I was told mower was not worth fixing. The same mower I cut the grass with 3 weeks ago. I called 2 more weeks later and ask to have my mower brought back. I was told that the pick up and delivery fee went up 15 dollars and 75 dollars for the estimate that was never done. So it cost me 150 dollars for them to take my mower for a ride down town. When I got my mower back they pushed it in the yard and left. Never even spoke to me. My mower had the mower deck shoved up into the frame. Took me an hour to get it loose, many things wrong with it that were not broken when it was picked up. If you value your mower take it to the True Value Hardware. Good people there, same priceing.

I can't say enough about this place. I wish I would have got the names of the 2 gentlemen that saved my a-- today. I was in a tough situation and the guys went out of their way to provide amazing service. I would highly recommend and will be using these guys for all of my mower needs and found out they do tracors as well!!

We needed an AGMMarine battery. Darrell at the parts counter located one and had it for us in less than 16 hours. He answered all our questions and is very pleasant to work with.

Best buying experience! I purchased the Gravely ZT HD 52in with Kawasaki motor. Ryan and team were amazing. I walked in, sat in the Gravely and a couple others, said I want this one and 7 minutes later had the paperwork and was out the door. Will definitely be back!!
