I was extremely disappointed. My son-in-law had worked the details of the purchase of a 2023 Ford Ranger. I had a pre-approved bank draft. Upon driving over 100 miles to the dealership on a Saturday morning the details that had been firmed on Friday evening were not what we found upon arrival. Additional costs had been added and the manager Chris Hendricks would not even discuss removing. There is nothing on their website that 1) the dealership would not take a pre-approved bank draft. Which I had much better interest rate than what the dealership was offering. 2) The did not provide a full disclosure on their website on what they would be adding to the cost of the vehicle so the cost of the vehicle was $3,000 higher than I was expecting. I did feel sorry for the sale representative Tim as I was ready to purchase a vehicle and am very happy with the one I purchased that same day at the Village Toyota dealership in Homossassa and they were more than willing to accept the pre-approved bank draft that I had in hand. I would not recommend AutoWay Ford Brooksville.

Big shoutout to Chris Kawa he helped us find the perfect 1st car for our daughter!!!! He never made us feel pressured into anything and was very friendly and helpful! We had a great experience.

Over 2 hours for a simple oil change (had appointment), and it seems employees control the tv in the lounge...turned to football so the Hertz staff could discuss. Tv was loud and obnoxious. Very disappointed. Will be glad when my free oil changes are done.

Took our Camaro in to the body shop ( recommended by USAA ) was a little apprehensive but they quickly set us at ease . Updated us regularly on progress of the car repair and didn't hesitate to address any concerns we had . Awesome job and would definitely recommend .top notch service and crew . Thank you for helping us

I would've liked it if their inventory was easier to view. I didnt have to give them all my Information before I could view the two cars I was interested in. I almost said screw it. But then I was able to view what I wanted.

This place is trash. I went up there to purchase a used car for my girlfriend and the seller was throwing a tantrum because he had to walk back to get the keys. They were very unhelpful and very rude. They also wanted $12k for a used 2007 Corolla base model that had paint damage and dents. I told my girlfriend to let s go and I found a car used 2011 corolla s modal with less miles in amazing shape for $8k at maus nissan of crystal river. Point is this ford is a complete joke and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone Ever.

Sold the car to us as fast as they can now the car needs work after taking it home they say the sub frame is bent needs and alignment they do it and it pulls worse than ever I cannot get anyone to call me back everyone is such in a hurry to sell a car but when it is time to own up to it and do something about it no one is there to call me back an the lady that answers the phone That don't have any brains says I need time To wait for them to call me back while still today is the next day and still no call back what a waste of time dont waste Your time at this dealer.
