As usual Alan Sarne was right on the ball explaining what was going to happen. It was finished in a timely manner. My daughter was with me and was very impressed with the personal service. I believe she may take her car here for service. She indicated even when she has an appointment her dealer has to ask why are you here and what is your name. As soon as I pull up Alan knows who I am. I also noticed that that was only in my case. Another customer showed up and the representative knew his name which really impressed my daughter.

I had not been here in over 10 years and I will not be waiting that long again. From the time I called to make the appointment up to them dropping my car off to me was absolutely a wonderful experience. Bob (service manager) and Alan (service advisor) were absolutely wonderful in making sure what I needed/wanted was done. They also kept in constant contact via text to keep me updated and even send pictures of the work being performed!! I highly recommend them!!

Came in looking for a good deal on a truck. Mr Aaron and Mr. Michael, made it happen for me. They went above and beyond making sure I got what I was bargain for. And thanks to their effort and listening to the customer, I got a great deal. Pleasant people to deal with. God Bless them. Would definitely shop there again.

Would give it less stars if possible. Do not come here. Run . Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Brought my car in with engine light on. Ran diagnostic and found issue and gave me a rental. No problem so far. Had me keep rental a second day because part wasn t in. Said part was still not in a couple days later so gave me car back and said they would give me a call. Call never came. Still three weeks later no call. I ve attempted to call to see if part has arrived four times. Each time ask the same questions and say someone will give me a call back (each time no one has ever called.). At this point don t think my car will ever be fixed by them. Wasted money on rental and car still broke down with zero updates despite all my efforts to make contact.You are better off going anywhere other than here. They can t help you.

Called about tires for our Mustang, Carrie was extremely helpful with choices. She ordered and had service call. Service set us up right away to mount, balance and align the car. Received email confirmations on appointments, progress and alignment information. Text on car being finished. When my wife picked up the car it was spotless. There were some white marks from the work on the surface. Service manager had the car detailed outside and vacuumed inside. Amazing service and price was more than competitive! AutoNation has always done a great job servicing our car.

Good job doing my oil change. It took an hour and a half, a little longer than expected but got it done. Overall, did a good job. Chip, my advisor was good. Knew what needed to be done and scheduled some future maintenance all at same time. I'm happy with their service.

I "thought" I set up my appointment but apparently my request didn't go through. After driving 40 minutes to get there, I found out that I had no appointment. Chip was able to get my vehicle in so that I didn't have to come back. The wait time was very reasonable. I prefer to drive to Autonation Brooksville for service as everyone is friendly, the wait times are not unreasonable, there is a waiting area that is comfortable or you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The employees take care of your vehicle, tons of cameras all around to make sure there is no damage, and they are all friendly. Thanks again, Chip, for hooking me up. I really appreciated it.

Took my dually in to get a diagnostic done. Dropped off at 4pm day before appointment. Next day first call check up they said its taking longer on first diesel than expected. Next call check up they say diesel mechanic just finished with the other one and getting to yours now. Next day, call and check finishing up with other diesel still, lies. Went and picked up my truck cause nothing has been done still and i had livestock to haul

I've been coming here for a while. The quality of service has definitely declined. The last few times my car hasn't been getting the routine inspection per my vehicles maintenance package. This last time I'm really thinking they didn't do the oil change at all. I checked my oil the stick was dry. It's a lot of things I can speak on but I will keep this short.

First time brought car in was told they'd call me when parts came in. Month later I called them to check up just to find out no one ordered the parts. A month after that work was done to fix my power seat motor. When I came to get the car the plastic trim that goes around the bottom of the seat was broke completely. No one even told me. Guess they just thought I wouldn't notice. Driver seat now rocks back and forth as if its loose. Car worse now than when I took it to them for "service". What a joke this place is. If I could give -1 stars I would.

I've just moved to Brooksville. I needed to find a Ford dealership to keep my Escape maintained. I was treated so well, I was amazed! I'm a Ford girl, and they'll always have my business! Chip was my consultant two different times. Ask for him, you won't regret it! Chip is the best!!!

AutoNation Ford in Brooksville is my go-to place for servicing my F-150. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I have taken ALL my vehicles to the Service Department for all routine and any other maintenance that is needed. The Service staff is so friendly and helpful each and every time I go there. I would recommend them if you want to buy a vehicle or if you just want good, honest maintenance done. My truck is 18 years old and runs like it was just driven off the lot.

I saw a vehicle I was very interested in on line, made a call and spoke with Nate. He was very helpful. Told me every needed to bring and I made the 3.5 hour drive. I told him my time frame, what I wanted on my trade. The process ran just a few minutes over and the trade amount was also very close. Completely satisfied. I will make the drive again for my next vehicle.

I brought my 2017 nissan to autonation for general maintenance (oil change...just go over everything)... my appointment was for 7:15 am (I am an early riser)... I was greeted immediately... signed in...and offered a ride home (I was planning on waiting) AND told car would be returned to my home when work was done. Everything went so easy....I will not procrastinate bringing my car in ever again... Autonation Brooksville really made entire process very easy. Thank you

I had a yellow engine light come on stating that I had a DEF problem. Called Automation in Brooksville. They got me in the next morning. Arrived at 7am. The staff was great and got me a coffee. Don was great as usual. They informed me it was just a PCM problem. The job was done quickly. Got an oil change as well. I was back on the road again. I recommend this dealership to everyone. People are great and the dealership is so clean and organised.

The service I received yesterday was excellent. When I was concerned about an issue with my low mileage 2005 Toyota Tacoma truck which was purchased at this dealership, the service manager assured me that they not only wouldn't have accepted it for reconditioning and sales or put that much money or work into it had it not been such a solid and safe truck. He personally showed me under the truck what my concern was and how it was rectified. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and maintenance. Marcia Krueger

I had to jump start my truck because of a dead battery. I took the truck to Autonation without an appointment. The service advisor, Savannah, took down the pertinent information and told us it would take an hour and a half to two hours to complete the repairs. They had it done in an hour. I was impressed with the quality and speed of the service. I highly recommend Autonation.

This Brooksville Ford Dealership is a great place for servicing your Ford, always through with all fluids, filters etc. and if I have an extra concern, they check it out with care. My service advisor Chip is always cheerful and happy to help.

I have always, since we bought it, taken my truck to Allen Sarnes at Brooksville AutoNation. I can trust Allen and my mechanic of choice Devone to make sure my truck stays in tip-top condition. My truck, which has 110k miles on it, still drives like a new truck because of these guys. I can always trust that Devone will take his time and make sure things are done by the book! I never have to go back behind him and double check things. I will never take my truck anywhere else.

I ve been taking both our vehicles to Autonation for service for a while now. Typical oil change/tire rotations and TSB/Recall fixes - they have been great at the timeliness of the repairs and service and always go above and beyond to communicate when the vehicles are done. They don t try to upsell frivolous service (check my other review on a competitor) - and are very professional.

We have been dealing with Don Schmaker for many years, he is the best service person in the Ford company, we have traveled over 600 miles just to bring our vehicle to Autonation Ford in Brooksville because we know we are going to get treated with respect and our vehicle is going to get fixed correctly!!! Greatly appreciate Don Schmaker!! He gets 5 stars and Claus in service deserves 5 stars as well for getting our truck back to normal!! Thank you both!!

My experience with AutoNation Ford was not good. I ve had all my service on my car completed there and now my engine is toast! I kept up with maintenance per their recommendations. Ford isn t doing anything to stand behind their product. Please research Ecosports and engine failure! The dealer ship as well as FORD has offered nothing! I have a paperweight now I still own $11k on!! Thanks Ford for standing behind your product! I wouldn t buy or take my vehicle to this or any Ford location again!!
