The sales team is very good and deserves 5 stars. Michael was beyond professional, helpful and efficient. However the service department deserves 0 stars. Had a issue at 6000 miles on my 2024 Mustang and it took Ford Corp rep to get help and resolution. I left 4 messages and still have not got a call back...it's been 3 weeks. Do not recommend your service department. Sales yes/service/no!!

I visited the Brooksville dealership tonight all the way from Punta Gorda Florida.� �I wanted to impress how disappointed I was with my visit tonight.� �I have been shopping all around the state recently for a new F150. I found a vehicle that had a listed price cheaper than other comparable models in my local area so I called and made contact with Travis Wine.� I live several hours away so I asked for all variables to be cleared up before I loaded up my family, which included a 5 year old, spouse and 15 year old and drove to the dealership.� My main concern was my trade in as it was involved in a crash.� The crash was a side impact and damaged the driver side of the vehicle causing the side air bags to deploy.� The car was repaired by a certified repair shop through Progressive and the repairs have a lifetime guarantee.� �I mentioned this to the salesman on the phone and told him I wanted to provide my vin number so there would be no issues.� He assured me that he worked for the largest volume dealer (Autonation) and guaranteed he would provide the best trade in value for my vehicle.� As I had a quote in writing for 24,000 dollars for my 2020 4x4 F150 with 60,000 miles I only assumed I would get at least 24,000.� �I worked all day then loaded up my family after emptying out my vehicle and drove what ended up being over three hours due to traffic.� When I arrived, I test drove the vehicle and then we sat down after Travis had my trade-in evaluated which is in amazing condition and garage kept.� �He then brought me out a sheet showing he valued my 2020 4x4 F150 at 12,000.� I thought it was a joke as I was just offered 24,000 in writing for the trade at Englewood Ford and the KBB estimate was over 24000.� I stood up and said thank you for your time but that was way lower than my current offer.� They asked to see the offer, so I provided it to them.� They then asked I let them work the numbers again and asked what I wanted my monthly payment to be.� �After a moment they brought out a paper showing about 20,000 for my trade.� This showed me they completely tried to scam me the first time and still were not valuing my trade higher than the other dealers which was the only reason I drove 3 hours after Travis promised me he would beat any other dealers trade value.� �He made me believe this was a honest company because it was an Autonation.� I just want you to know about they way your dealerships treat customers.� �If the 12000 is truly all they would offer, then a simple vin check (which I asked for) would have brought this to light saving me 7 hours, dinner from a drive thru, and a tank of gas.� Please rectify this behavior as I am truly disappointed with how I was treated.Two days later I bought an almost identical truck From Englewood Ford for lower price and they gave me 26000 for the trade.

We have had our vehicles serviced at AutoNation Ford Brookville for years. Their service department is top notch. Everyone is helpful, professional and knowledgeable.We recently purchased a new vehicle. Again the entire experience is top notch. From sales to finance to delivery , the entire team worked seamlessly to put everything together for us. We even drove out with our new vehicle the same day!Everyone truly understands customers service and teamwork.

Went to Brooksville Auto Nation back in February 2019 after dealing with rude sales people at a number of other dealerships in the area. Found a beautiful leftover 2018 Escape SE at an excellent price and no haggling with the salesman. Even though the dealership is much further away, their sales and service representatives at Auto Nation have always been exceptionally professional with taking care of our vehicles that the extra ride is worth the trip. The people are have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Everyone truly cared about making sure everything worked out great when my old truck had some major issues. The service department helped and explained everything as the process progressed over time. When it came to needing a new one the sales team, the finance team all we attentive and listened to the things that we needed in a new truck. I could definitely write a ton more about how much they care about the people that come into their store and our community as a whole. The people here will help make things easy and keep you informed. A huge thank you to these people, Alan, Travis, Micheal and Bill!!! You guys were nothing short of amazing through the whole buyback process and my family and I couldn't thank you enough for all you did.

I had the pleasure of using AutoNation Ford for service on my 2021 F-450. The process from making the appointment, checking in on the day of the appointment and being kept informed of what was needed to correct the issue that the truck was having was extremely easy. Since the work would take time Don, the service advisor, made arrangements for me to be taken home. Later that day he called when the work was completed and rather than me traveling back to the dealership to pick up my truck, he made arrangements to have it delivered to my home, a service that the dealership surprisingly offers. Each step of having service performed was easy. I would highly recommend AutoNation and will certainly be using them for future services.

We were staying at Campers Holiday in Brooksville this winter. The staff and technicians were very responsive to our Ford F250 service needs. Schedules were on time, no delays, and gave us a loaner for one day while truck software was being updated. This service department experience was outstanding. Two thumbs up

Most of the service was great.The only issue I had was with the woman checking you in/ out at the register.I understand she may be new, or in training, but her attitude made you feel as if you were bothering her.I merely asked for a copy of the work preformed and she told me that they generally didn t do that. ( I have a prepaid plan on oil change . On the plan I don t pay extra on an oil change. She was trying to charge $14 .00, for an oil filter)Fortunately a knowledgeable and courteous man helped her correct the billing and print a service report.Please tell her she is the first person customers meet. Her attitude is important. She sets the atmosphere for the interaction between Auto Nation and the customer.Thank for caring about your customers experience with your company.

Well, as I figured, I never got a call back from my service advisor or the service manager. I've had nothing but issues taking my truck here for simple service (oil change/tire rotation) and most recently for a recall on my new truck. There is zero quality checks or assurance the work is even done. It's been 10 days now since my last visit. I've left numerous voicemails and not had a response from them on their plan to resolve or make right the damage they did to my new truck and to correct for the service they didn't do (rotate tires) that they said they did. I have no confidence they even changed the oil. I highly do not recommend using this dealership.

Wow! Chip and his crew here are absolutely AMAZING! They took my truck in after another mechanic (Brooksville Off Road) BUTCHERED the truck, literally! And Chip and his team got it running Brand New! And was very reasonably priced, considering the work done! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! FYI Brooksville Off Road had it for 4 MONTHS telling me every single week it would be ready, and it never was from them! Thank you Chip for taking on this nightmare and turning it into a dream! Had my Toyota Camry serviced, used a coupon for oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off. Everything went smoothly and on time. Service department was friendly. I requested a quote for my spark plugs to be replaced, was given quote, although seemed high the gentleman told me that because it's a Toyota need special plugs, will het other qoutes but all went well this visit.

No-haggle and fair pricing. The buying process was as easy as it could get. I obtained the vehicle out the door price via email, and I literally just showed up at the dealership to sign loan paperwork and headed back home. Dealt with e-Commerce Sales Travis Wine, Sales Manager Scott Fuchs and Finance Director Bill Taylor. They were all extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

: Everything about the buying process was excellent! This includes salesperson, the front desk personnel, and the closing and finance process. The sales floor was clean and inviting. My salesman, Chris K ,was patient and knowledgeable as we searched for the perfect vehicles for me. When the car arrived Chris spent a very long time explaining the many features of my new 2024 Platinum Explorer. I will definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends.

Took my car in to this brooksvill location becuse spring hill could not get me in. My technician was robbie worst experience evey. Had my power steering pump charged theytoled me it was me 250 on the phone it take 1.5 hours to replace (it took 3 days)ended up paying they misplaced my car when i called to check on it didnt even start at my Appointment time. $448.89 when picked it up. When tbey took my tire off to fix my car they put something on the tire and put a split in the side wall and they are saying it was not them. Not even a week later my power swas leeking took it in and now they saying it not their falt tney cant fixe it. Called a different place they said they cant do anytbing that the location i took it to has to fixe the problem including the tire. Was also toled by robbie that they inspect my car but that was not true. Robbie also informed me when asked where the extra in the price came from he said o we not apart of ford we change our own rate. Well he did not inform me and got very upset when confront about the problem. Now i am in contact with corporate. NEVER GO HERE AGEAN

Bought a new truck in September and was customized Waldoch F-150. Love the truck, sales guy Michael was great. Their service department is horrible. Had a grinding in front wheels from brake covers and they have tried to fix 4 times. Keep getting the run around and was told the best thing to do would be to take the covers off or let them grind themselves down on the rotors. They told me they contacted Waldoch twice and never got an answer. That was lies. I decided to call myself and within 10 minutes they are shipping new brake covers and referring me to a different shop to install them. Apart from not fixing my truck they have a service advisor there who is extremely rude not just with me but other customers which I have witnessed myself. I wouldn t go back there for service for any reason.

Not a good experience. Communication was poor. Took truck in for recall work. Was told it would be ready the next day. 3 days later with no communication from them. I had to call to find out what was going on. Parts were on hand but tech left early and did not complete the work. I understand places having issues but communicating status is the job of the service manager. I would not recommend this dealership .

They didnt look at or fix the reason I brought the truck in. My propower onboard was throwing a ground problem. Not happy about them not doing it. Its still under warrenty. I know its the plug underneath got wet when I went thru the car wash. Im ok now. After it took a week to dry out. They changed the oil and rotated the tires so it wasnt a complete waste of my time.

I placed an order for a part and I really appreciated that there was an order status page with notifications of when it shipped and what the tracking number was. The price was also very competitive. Overall, I had a great experience with AutoNation.

I took my 2022 f150 in for a recall and because I was having concerns about my transmission. My appointment was scheduled a week in advance due to the transmission mechanic only being available on select days. I was told the truck would only be in the shop for half a day. Fast forward two day and my truck hadn t moved from the spot I parked it. I spoke to the shop manager, and he agreed that my truck sat there for two days for nothing .Then proceeded to ask if they can keep my truck over the weekend.I told him I d be in the afternoon to pick it up in the afternoon .. When I I got there I was told the recall was addressed. I noticed the next day that my steering column cover was put back together incorrectly and the transmission was never look at.Long story short autoNation ford Brooksville clearly does not respect your time and doesn t care that you had to rent a vehicle on your dime because they courtesy vehicles weren t available. I typically deal With a much larger dealership in Brandon, this was clearly a regret to give them a chance .

A couple of months ago, AutoNation Ford of Brooksville told me I needed new tires. I thought there was more tread left, so we declined thinking it was an upsell. Then I got a blow out. I guess the tires reached their mileage expectancy before running out of tread. I called around and their prices were competitive with the local tire stores. Once I was able to get it back to the dealership, they quickly received my keys and arranged a courtesy ride to my job across the county. The unexpected bonus was that I could pay online and they delivered my car for free before I got off work! This was an all around great experience.

AutoNation Ford is what your buying experience should be . Our salesman Tim had the vehicle we were inquiring about ready for a test drive when we arrived which was nice .Chris the sales manager also reached out to us before and after our purchase.We did a little negotiating on a couple things and in the end we were very happy. There was never a question on the advertised price of the new vehicle . We had a target price for our car based on current trade in values and felt we ended up with a good price . Financing was as simple as it gets and while it s never the quickest it was very relaxed and Tim brought water and they had choices of coffee for our wait .We did go during the week when dealerships generally aren t as busy which was nice .

Took over a week to get parts.Only got 3 miles from the dealership when the "same" error code came up.The front end work didn't make a change.Follow up was not good.I have to take it back to go through it again after spending over $3,700.
