I found what I was looking for. And one of the employees helps me a lot with the recommendation, she was awesome, she wanted to help me, she was helpful: kindness, manners. I signed for my business. It s the kind of employee that makes you come back again to the store. Everything was clean, organized. With the treatment that I received, I recommend this store 100%.

Claudia is amazing! I came in after my car was hit by large debris on 75. I was upset and didn t know what to do. She picked out the materials I needed to purchase then helped me secure everything so I could make it back home to Jacksonville safe. She saved my day and I am so grateful for her. Thank you again Claudia!

In and out. Spent about 300 on oil and filter and that sort of stuff. No one said anything to us. Typed in our phone number , said mark? My husband, no I mMike, I tell someone this each and every time I come in please change my name to Mike .

This is the place you should be going for all your auto parts. Dallas is always super helpful with any questions I have and has never steered me wrong. As a woman, that is awesome knowing he won't take advantage.

We so happened to be here as reps were issuing an incentives award to one of the workers recently. It was a humbling experience. The workers are always super helpful & it was nice to see them appreciated!

Omg the gentleman that helped me there was awesome. He got the right windshield wiper and didn't try to make me feel pressured into buying two as I just bought the passenger side about a week ago. He then offered to put the wiper on in the middle of a horrible storm there was everywhere. I hope you get the proper accolades that you deserve sir. Your are awesome at your job and so kind and courteous. Thank you !

A really good local auto parts store despite being a national company they are exemplary. I know how to change my battery but I did lack the ability to test my battery though I suspected it may be faulting. Claudia helped me with the device they have to test a battery. My suspicion was correct and the battery is faulty. The battery I needed to replace was in stock and has higher ratings than I had in before. They also install batteries. Now admittedly I did help because I had other accessories connected to the positive side with a non OEM stud but Claudia was well able to do the job and I appreciate it that she was willing and able.

Really great store. How often do you go into the store looking to get help, expecting to spend money and what actually happens is you leave with the advice you needed and you didn't spend a dime. All I can say is wow you have some great employees. And this along will make me happy to come back and get the advice and service I need every time. These people get it, it's the little things that brings people back. Thanks again

Thank you for replacing my battery. I purchased a 5 year battery in 2020, my vehicle had stop at the gas station. I drove it to Advance Auto Parts. I ask them to check my battery, it was bad. They gave me a new one. Thank you!

Carl was amazing and saved us by getting a new radiator within 2 hours, was really knowledgeable about what antifreeze was right for my jeep and exactly how much of it I needed. He really knew his stuff and provided customer service that went above and beyond. If I ever find myself broken down in Brooksville again I'll be sure to stop by.

This is the place in Ridge Manor. These guys are helpful and knowledgeable. The manager, Claudia does a super job. They have the right parts or they can get it for you.

This store doesn't even deserve any stars but I couldn't rate it without putting a star. Walked in and guy already looked like he didn't wanna work. Everything I asked him "oh we don't have it" and didn't even bother to check. Just sat there. Asked if they have a fuse tester and he said no. What auto parts store don't have a fuse tester?! Then asked if he had another item. Again told me they don't have it. Then asked if he had another item. Guy just continued sitting there on his phone say yea we have it. Um ok? Are you gonna tell me where? Or you just gonna say you have it and continue sitting on your ass? This place shouldn't even be called advanced. Why advanced when you don't have anything? Only good for selling windshield whipers and car oil.

Needed transmission fluid. They greeted me on my way in. Told me what type I would need for a 2001 Suburban and pointed me to it. I was in and out in no time.
