This store has gone from bad to worse. They cannot retain a decent employee and corporate doesn't seem to care if the only dedicated employee works double or triple shifts. It makes me sick to watch miss Deanna kill herself trying to run a 24hr store which doesn't need to be open all night in a small town.

Kevin trys his best to keep it stocked and available with great deals and good staff he's sifted out the riftraft bad employees and collected some damn good employees

Ken the manager can be quite rude also about month ago we went to store door was locked we waited 30 minutes then call 911 the cashier had someone steal lotty tickets and was rude it scared he being alone Ken sent Deanna to ck on things he refused all cashier are nice and friendly Deanna the bomb she could run store w eyes closed

The manager David, was nice when I brought my terminally ill mother inasking to help with the charges that were placed on her card. He said if I called the customer service number and the issue was not handled to come see him. Went to see him the same week and he got very nasty to me telling me he couldn't help me.We buy cartons upon cartons of cigs of Wave 100's and now he won't even carry enough in his store. We have listened to the cashiers beg him to buy our cartons. And he still refuses. If I need cigs there, I have to buy a different brand now and the cashier, Matt informed me it was me he doesn't like and therefore, refuses to buy the cigs I smoke. THE KANGAROO CIGS - WAVE 100'S . He forced me to buy Marlboro.Shouldn't Kangaroo have Kangaroo cigs in stock?I found another kangaroo that has a wonderful staff including the manager. Shame the one in Brooker is closer to my home but I'll go whereever to get good service.Even they're employees tell me it's because he doesn't like me. He doesn't have to like me but serve me. I'm a customer either way. Guess I need to make a formal complaint.

Always EVERY store I ever go in... All "Circle K" employees are very polite and nice.. Go "Circle K"... Y'all after doin' great..
