Told us they won't take walk-ins, can't leave the vehicle to see if they can get to it later, told us to make an appointment online- except there is no appointment options, told us to call back later to check, no one picks up the phone. Not sure how to schedule a service here... front desk was no help and kept giving us contradictory instructions.

I purchased a battery that came with free installation and waited 3.5 hours just to get told that they couldn't put it in the Cadillac trunk where the battery is located because a trunk panel had to be removed to access the battery. I gave them my keys 3.5 hours earlier, and they could have said something then. It is very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Its biggest chain market from auto to homes but you know what they re just here for changing motor oil and tyres and checking tyre pressure and tpms and valves. When I m here they said they will change 2 tpms tyre sensors on driver side after waiting more than 2 to 3 hours. Just pissed me up saying no items available what the fffffffaaaaaa. But let me share you how much they charged for each tyre change 18/each ok, tpms checking 2$ each wiper blades 12$ each. The only thing about why they don t have TPMS sensors to fix. Walmart shows up in detailed price chart about transmission fluid and fluid exchange too. But hell no they re not going to fix that.

This 5 star is simply for a gentleman by the name of Javier who works at the auto shop not Walmart. His level of customer service is top-tier. I appreciate his help in resolving a situation that no one else was willing to help me figure out. He communicated with me by providing updates on what was going on with my car. He was extremely sympathic and empathetic. I'm not sure if he's gonna see this.....Javier, thank you for being so kind, knowledgeable, & amazing. You made the wait well worth it!

I hadn't planned on leaving a review, but since Google prompted me, I'll share that I tried calling Walmart about a car battery replacement for my Jetta. Unfortunately, no one answered the call. This seems to be a common theme as their staff seems to be overstretched.

The tire service dept. is in need of serious leadership. I had a 9am appt to have 4 new tires installed. I didn't finish until 12:45pm. It took 25 mins to get checked in and another 30 mins to pull my truck in a bay. The installer did advise there was an issue with mounting the tires due to sidewall stiffness about 45 mins after starting the job. I asked to speak with manager Marquis, which took another 20+ mins. He had only appeared once earlier due to another unhappy customer. After 90 mins, she was told her car is ready but did nothing since they didn't have the tires she ordered over a week ago. Another customer left after waiting 2 hrs on warranty repair. Laura, team captain is the STAR in this situation. She did her best to keep her composure but was frustrated with the lack of support from the manager. Marquis asked that I step outside to discuss my frustration and gave me his excuses, which was apparent. He told Laura to figure out a discount amount and disappeared. I should've asked to speak with the many corporate staff that were walking around the store. As long as he's continues to operate in his present mood, the tire dept will be unsuccessful. Leaders should be present when their team is struggling instead of being MIA. As a customer and customer service leader, I expect better for money and time.

Service technician incorrectly mounted tire on the rim with rim hanging out from the tire. Then the service tech put different tire pressure on my 2 fronts and my 2 rears to incorrectly wearing my tires and causing instability for the vehicle, making the vehicle not safe. The Service technician put 36 on my left front, 40 on right front, 40 on left rear, 34 on right rear. Not only was the service technician incompetent and got the tire mounting job all wrong at all points but it took 3 hour. Buy your tires here but don't have them mounted here. These guys have no idea what they're doing.

I went to the auto shop . Although they could not fix what was wrong with my car the young man who helped me went above and beyond in trying to. I appreciate the team and am grateful.

This service center was great! I called before coming to check on tire sizes and the associates were wonderful. They were able to get me in quickly and had my car done in less than an hour. Will definitely be going back again!

Got tires put on, but service was incredibly slow and no break checks or anything of the sort were offered. Appointment was for one hour, and I was told when I arrived on time it should take an hour or less, and my car did not even get pulled into the garage for over an hour after my appointment time... Ridiculous. Would rather just get some honesty.

I got here at 715am to be first in line to change one tire when they open. 8am rolls around im first and im told it would be an hour and a half and if a 9am apointment shows up i could be pushed back further. I called yesterday trying to make an appointment and was informed they do not do appointments on the weekends because it is so busy. Here is my van.. No one else here..

I am fed up with this issue. For days and days I have been trying to contact the auto center and they never, ever pick up the phone. I understand they are busy but how am I going to get the help I need? I guess I will have to stop by just to ask questions. This is really pissing me off.

Was closed during hours of operation. Techs just stood there looking at myself and other patrons . When they saw some folks taking pictures, one tech came out and told them they didn't have anyone to work desk so they werent waiting on clients. All bays were empty and techs were sitting on tires .

Brandon Causeway Store....I stood in front of the car batteries for several minutes, no associate approached me to help, I had to call out for help. Maybe if in Auto Care they were paid hourly plus commission the service might be better.

It s becoming nothing less than a Struggle to get car in for any service here. What is going on?They never answer the phone and when we walk in they turn us away asking to make an appointment. I walked in today at 4:30pm Sunday to a fairly empty store for a simple tire service and had to request them to work on my car since I drove all the way from Tampa! It s open until 7pm online and they will close at 6pm - Walmart execs really needs to do something before they drain out the entire business.Never had this experience before.

These people said they would put my battery in. Now I'm waiting. It takes less than 5 minutes. They totally do not give a damn about customers. They actually closed the doors in front of my van. Basically told me to go to hell.

Robert was great with his customer service. There was a hiccup in our order but he communicated it perfectly and gave us the same deal on the tires we had to do instead. Love using the app for the process of the whole appointment.

Very glad to have stopped by. They put 2 good tires on my son's Honda at the end of the day, quickly and for a good price. I just stopped by to make an appointment for 2 more tires. Unfortunately, it's impossible to reach the store or auto center by phone.

Called and was transfered twice for a simple tire change appointnent. It was a 15 minute call, I was transfered to the same department and nobody ended up responding after my second call attempt, I basically got 5 words in, the call was 90% of the time on hold.Service: TiresService: Tires

The absolute worst service I ve ever received! Walmart sent the wrong tires to their auto center and told me that they can t put them on. I clearly ordered the correct ones. Then they told me that I can receive a refund for them. I asked them where did they put the tires at. They put the new tires in the front and rear seat of my car next to the baby seat!!!! They told me that I have to go to customer service in the front of the building in order to get a refund. I asked, Why couldn t you just refund me here and why would you put them in my car when I have to go to the front of the building to receive a refund anyway?!?! The lady said that their systems are different so she couldn t process it. It may be cheaper tires, but you get what you pay for! Definitely will never come back here!

Never again . When I went in for a set of new tires , one of the mechanics stripped my lug nut so they didn t do all 4 as purchased to begin with then told me to take it to pep boys . Turns out he only stripped the nut and not the whole screw like he had stated . I legit was bamboozled and I really liked the lady working that day she was super sweet and super funny while I had to wait with my niece . Maybe hiring better techs or having them check things thoroughly would help make this right for the future but I will not be coming back nor will I send anyone I know I d be embarrassed if it were to happen to them under my recommendations lol NOPE !Service: Tires
