Took my car in to get new inner/outer tie rods, front lower control arms installed and an alignment. They got it done quickly and without issue. Ive been working on my own cars for 20 years but the above mentioned work was not something I wanted to do on the ground. The price was reasonable and I didnt feel taken advantage of. Definitely worth checking out if youre shopping around.

If you want your car fixed right the first time take it to Mark don't waste your time at the other shops that have a lack the experience.

Cleanest shop I've seen in forever, high end/modern equipment, truthful diagnostics, job done right at a great price.Mark solved the problem the dealership could not. Ordered in our "autobahn" tires, installed, balanced, aligned our Benz, finally driving/flying like new.

The guy at the front desk, which seems like the owner, was very rude and dismissive. He could care less I had a long nail sticking out of my tire. He didn t even bother to look at the tire and was already saying no while on the phone. If you didn t want to be bothered, you could ve just said that from the beginning with some respect. Thank God Weavers helped me up the block with no problem. Not to mention Velocity charged me $25 for fixing a different hole in my l.rear tire the first time I was there. Weavers didn't charge me anything. I had the bad luck of it happening again to my r.rear tire. I am actually glad he was rude and prevented me from paying another $25. I guess he only cares when more money is involved. Never coming back here ever again and I ll never recommend anyone to come here. Horrible customer service.Service: Tires

The owner is very nice nasty and extremely rude. He held on to my truck from Thursday until Tuesday. On Tuesday Midway through the day I called to follow up with the owner to see if he began working on the truck yet. The owner got a rude nasty attitude and said you don't need to follow up with me about anything. At that point I told the owner to his face what do you mean you have my truck and I don't need to follow up with you about anything. I told the owner he was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful and his remarks were completely uncalled for. The mechanical job was well over $1,200 worth of work that he never even started. Was not going to tolerate him being rude and disrespectful just because he's stressed that he's understaffed that has nothing to do with the customer. At that point I picked up my vehicle and took my truck to a actual professional friendly and respectful establishment to be fixed.Service: Engine repair

I recently brought my vehicle in for repair, that another automotive repair shop did not fix and over charged me. Velocity fixed the problem at a very affordable price, they were honest and explained the issue to me. Thank you you all so much for your help!

Absolutely hands down the best vehicle maintenance shop I have ever taken my car to. I can't tell you how many times I felt and have been taken advantage to from other mechanic shops. Since taking my car to Velocity I knew I'd be a returning customer always. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I've had my car inspected for free and have had minor work done free of charge. You will be given a fair quote on work needed and they never try to tack on extra repairs you don't need.

Mark is the most trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever known. He has found and repaired multiple issues with my vehicle. He has never tried to scam or create repairs just to charge more money. Amazing place! Brand new and beautiful inside. They did a full alignment, changed my alternator, new windshield wipers and oil all for a very cheap price! Owners of lowered or slammed vehicles it's a great place for you as well. My car is slammed to the floor and they had no issue getting my car up on a lift.

Mark, the owner, was excellent and professional. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and they even corrected some additional issues found while my vehicle was in for service. Staff was great and friendly. I can't stop telling everyone about me wonderful experience!

Pulled into Velocity today because I needed to schedule an alignment - quickly got me up on the lift and truck being worked on as I write this. In addition to the immediate service, what has really stood out to me is the attentiveness to concerns I presented about an issue I m having with my vehicle. Mark patiently listened to what I was experiencing, pointed out a few areas to keep an eye out for, and did it with a sincerity you don t find often in repair shops. I am so glad I ve discovered this shop so close to our new home!

got a new engine very happy thank you Mark . At first I was concerned that they would be able to work on a hybrid but to my surprise Mark is very knowledgeable on hybrids and to boot he's Lexus certified

These guys know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone. Local small business that have the best employees. I don't like many people besides myself work on my car but I would let these guys do anything. Knowledgeable group of people. Best alignments around the Tampa area in my opinion. Mark the owner is a great guy to deal with, he is professional, down to earth, no BS and fair. This is the only shop I bring my vehicles to for service. It is competitively priced, timely and always a great experience. Thank you Mark for always doing the right thing.

I messaged these guys inquiring about getting new tires I bought installed and balanced. Not only did they get back to me the following morning(apologizing for taking too long, which they didn't)but they included the price which was a lot lower than expected.I got there, they already knew why I was there, took my keys, 20 minutes later my tires were on and balanced. The price that was already lower than expected came with a 6 month warranty for the balance and alignment. Not to mention how nice the guys are. I also got "the hand shake" call me old fashioned but I like a hand shake after conducting business.Five star service. I will absolutely be referring this place.

Definitely one of the best full service mechanics I've ever visited. Mark and Steven are extremely capable and intelligent gentlemen that will definitely take care of whatever it is you need. Not to mention, they can change oil extremely quickly! Although I hope I dont need anything else repaired on my car, im definitely taking it to Velocity if I do.

We have had both of our cars serviced here a few times. They were the only ones that were able to properly align our 4Runner after many other places trying. Very nice people, would definitely recommend!

Great lube shop. It is my regular oil change stop for a few years now. Crew is always friendly and informative without trying to up-sale you. Always brings appropriate issues to my attention and walks me through all available options.

Great experience. I am usually a DIY oil change guy, but with the 95 degree temps outside, I decided to stop by Velocity and let them take care of it while I sat in the AC inside the lounge. Very clean, very nice, and very quick. I may never change my own oil again.

I arrived on my lunch break (I was a little worried about time because I didn't have too long) but they had me in and out within 10 minutes which made me pretty impressed because there was a few cars already there! I am not the most "car savvy" person and usually think I'm being tricked into unnecessary purchases, but the gentleman was very honest and made me feel like he was giving good and true advice, not just seeing me as an easy sell. This will me my new place! Friendly neighborly staff with all the high end equipment.

I got the best customer service and automotive service I ve ever had there. Mark, the owner is hands on and a master at everything it seems. He also expects the same quality work from his mechanics. As someone who knows nothing about cars these guys bend over backwards to make sure I ve learned about what they did and how to avoid future problems. It s the only place I trust. I highly recommend Velocity Automotive Service. Mark is the only mechanic that I trust to work on my personal and company vehicles. He approaches all repairs big & small with the same level of professionalism and I ve always felt confident in his recommendation for repairs. It s the right repair at the right price.

I used to think this place was awesome. But I just went in for a lot of service, $1200 worth. I paid happily, didn't complain...but before I left I had asked them if they could do me a favor. I had a break light and license plate light out and I already had new lights with me, all I asked was for them to put them in for me. You'd think since I just gave them $1200 that they'd just put them in for me. Nope, he told me it'd be $29.99 to put the lights in that were already paid for. It just goes to show you that even after taking your money, all they want is more, they don't care about helping you out at all. It's a shame really, I don't understand how repair shops treat you like that.

Awesome honest guys, the building itself is very visually appealing, it's very clean, and the staff reflects that as well. I took my car in for an inspection, and everyone that helped me was extremely helpful and kind. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needs just about any work done to their car.

The owners and manager here are amazing! They want to satisfy their customers, they don't try to sell you things you don't need, they just want to fix what you need and leave you a customer for life! Their shop is great too, very clean and updated, the waiting area and bathroom are very clean (and that is a big thing for me!). Very friendly and professional place, we highly recommend it!! Customer for life!

Usually I do my own work on cars but I got lazy & decided to bring my car in. Let me tell you , these guys are awesome . Especially Steven . He seemed to be very Knowledgeable , super professional , & most importantly organized. Highly recommend going there
