I cannot praise the team at Tires Plus enough for their exceptional service. When we needed new tires, they got us in right away, demonstrating both efficiency and professionalism. What truly stood out was their friendliness and genuine helpfulness throughout the entire process. It's rare to encounter such a welcoming and competent group in the automobile service industry. Kudos to the entire crew for exceeding expectations!

While the service was to the vehicle and the price was reasonable it took double the time I was quoted. I was told my repair would take about 2 hours and I waited at the shop for 4 hours. I had to go up to the tech in the lobby and ask twice about the status of my vehicle. I tried not to be a bother but after waiting for as long as I was I had no choice.

Ethan, the manager was so amazing. I was a half hour late for my appointment today because GPS took me to the other location and Ethan still took me such a kind man. He had a smile from the first moment I met him to the time I left extremely helpful and gave me great advice, got my car done and I was very happy with my entire experience. I will be back.

I took my car for service at Tires Plus and they were polite, professional and finished much sooner than was expected. Had a little trouble applying a credit I had on my card and they were very patient and talked me through it.I have been going to Tires Plus/Firestone for years but it was my first time at this location. I will definitely be back for service again and I do highly recommend to others looking for a good place to go to!

Coby was one of the best mechanics I have ever had experience with. He always takes the time to make sure everything is communicated and that there is total satisfaction! Amazing energy and 100% the resin I drive 40 minutes every time I need work on the car! Definitely needs a raise and a lot of praise! A great asset to the company for sure!

Everything was great the only thing I can mention is I asked for 2 rear tires.I picked up my jeep 1 hour before closing and loved them then the next morning. At opening time i called and asked about getting the other 2 for front.i used my newly opened Firestone card for 6 month same as cash and requested if they could reverse charge and rebill for amount of 4 so i can get 12 months same as cash and was told no.i would be charged for 2 and 6 months so I would then have 2 transactions each are 6 months. No way. I would be paying double I wish it could have been done but I only can say I'm at fault but I didn't know how nice the tires would be

Booking online was easy. The location was great. We walked to the restaurant next door for lunch and shopped at a Burlington close by. Ken and Danny did a great job replacing the brakes on our jeep.

Management incompetence. Dropped my car off with 4 new tires to be installed. I was quoted 1.5 hours. I came back 7 hours later and my tires were not installed. They balanced my old tires and charged my card.

I was happy with the overall experience and easy process to schedule an appointment. My information was already in the system when I arrived, so all I had to do was verified who I was, answer a few questions about what needed to be done and give them my keys. They call me a short time later with recommended repairs, they applied a $50 coupon to my service and had the job completed in less than two hours, so I was a happy camper.

I took my car in here to have a patch done. A simple fix, as there was just a nail in the tread. Somehow a completely undamaged tire came back with 6 huge bubbles in the sidewalls. This place was filled with some kids that don't even want to work and left unsupervised with no actual tech or manager on site when this happened. The tire tech ruined my tire and there was no accountability here. Management is claiming it must be a damaged tire because it must have been impact damage... Yeah because of how the tech impacted it with his lack of care and experience. Never go here... Avoid at all costs... I cost me a tire that I am purchasing elsewhere because I wouldn't trust them to put another one on my car.

What a horrible experience... (2 tires and oil change)I made a 10am appointment and it wasn't until I called in over 7hrs later, 45 mins before they closed, to check on it did I find out that it was ready... Only to find these nice stains/marks on the outside and inside of my car. And the cherry on top.. the newly installed tires weren't even inflated to spec! Should be 50psi front and 80psi rear, and they were both at 33/34psi. Definitely won't be returning here.Services: Tires, Oil change

Worst tire shop in this area hands down. Just needed two tires installed (which I already paid for and scheduled and appointment) and I couldn t even do that. Then whoever the man was working the front of the store has ZERO customer service skills so I just took my tires and left before a scene was caused. Long story short, terrible experience here and I will make sure me or anyone I know never does business with this store

I'm a very understanding person, particularly with everything going on with the supply chain. That being said communication was horrible. I had to initiate every follow-up, and the lack of communication cost me wages because I wasn't able to properly plan. I also had to initiate the search for the part, which I was able to find with only a couple of calls. After that part fell threw I again wasn't contacted and had to drive up to the store to get an update. It was at that point a nice young man was able to find the part within 20 mins. I feel like I was gaslight about the whole process. Will not be coming back.

3 hours for an oil change when the rep told me 45 minutes ( then went home, the rep) while my 11 year old and I stood out front waiting. My 11 year old was in a uniform and we missed his football game. When I asked, the manager said they drained the oil but were waiting for another filter??? I was NOT told anybody this and remained at the store the entire time. Then, the rude employee who hesitated to give me my keys didn't even say words to me, looked at me rudely ( because I was in a rush)and literally would not give me my key! I had already paid! This was my worst experience EVER! Had I been a male and not a female w a child, I would not of received this treatment. Also, refused to do a tire repair when nail was NOT in the sidewall and said I need a new tire for 497.00! Left me unsafe and I cried the entire way home. OH! But at least I got a 50 percent off cpn????I wouldn't go again if they were FREE!

Visited Tires Plus because I had a nail in my tire. Although they were booked with appointments, Coby took care of us with no hesitation. Coby was thorough, courteous, and friendly. By far the best service I ve had. Definitely recommend.

Tires Plus consistently delivers professional technical diagnostics and repair with excellent customer service. Our family only purchases tires and maintenance from Tires Plus. I count on the advice from the team when it involves tires and maintenance. I have patronized Tires Plus shops in Valrico, Brandon, Westchase and Lakeland. My assessment applies to every location without reservation.

I had high hopes for Tire Plus and their lifetime wheel alignment service when I invested in it after purchasing new tires from Costco in 2021. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and now my family and I are stuck driving in danger.Early on, Tire Plus recommended replacing my lower control arms during the very first alignment. However, had my car had a serious problem, they wouldn'tperform the alignment because it would be counterproductive, but they did it anyway. In fact, they performed 2 more alignment rechecks a few months after that and stated the car was aligned and had no symptoms!Things took a turn when, despite routine tire rotations at Costco and regular alignments at Tire Plus, my tires exhibited uneven wear. Costco flagged this issue, refusing to rotate my tires until I addressed the alignment problem.I promptly returned to Tire Plus, and they assured me that the alignment was fine, providing me with paperwork to confirm it. Fast forward seven months, and Costco informed me that my warranty was void due to excessive tire wear, a problem they had warned me about previously.When I approached Tire Plus with this issue, the store manager, Kenny, denied responsibility and brushed off my concerns, claiming their computer said my car was fine. I escalated the matter to their district manager, Jeff, who was not only rude but also unhelpful, even yelling during our conversation. They performed another assessment and suddenly claimed there was a control arm problem, refusing to work on my car.I presented documentation from my previous alignments, which contradicted their claims, questioning why they hadn't addressed the control arm issue earlier and refused to work on the car before it's too late? The only reason they're saying this now is because their lack of professionalism cost me my $800 Michelin tires.The lack of consistency in their assessments left me baffled.I ultimately offered to pay $400 and they cover the rest just to put the matter to bed, even though it was clear that their previous assessments were 100% the cause of the tire wear issue and I deserve full compensation. What's more disappointing is that the district manager, Jeff, refused to half settle the matter over a $100 difference, despite the clear mishandling of my case and total carelessness of their employees who don't even work there anymore. This shop, in particular, has a huge turnover problem, and this has lots to do with us being victims of this situation.This entire ordeal, the refusal to own up to their mistakes, has left me deeply unsatisfied with Tire Plus. I had hoped to avoid this problem by investing in their services, but instead, I ended up losing my tires prematurely. This experience has led us to consider exploring legal options to seek a fair resolution, and so we will do.Photos of my half good tires and half bold are kn the photos section

I came in with a flat, left a while later, flat was fixed, tires rotated, and all basic systems were checked.Very please with the service. I am very happy to have the roadside Hazzard warranty. It's not fun having a flat, but getting it fixed and back on the road is great. Thanks

Just looking to help people save time & money !! but I just waited an hour and 45 minutes (after being told it would be less than an hour) for an oil change to cost $125. If you just need an oil change, drive through somewhere. Every time I ve driven through somewhere it s been much cheaper (like $70-80) with online coupons and MUCH faster. I only went because my boyfriend said he did oil changes here and it was significantly cheaper. Maybe it s because I m a girl or maybe oil is just twice the normal price here but either way it s not worth the visit or the wait. The staff was friendly upfront and you get to do the painfully long wait in the AC though so that s cool.

In short, try somewhere else or go and gamble with a long wait. I left after waiting and no service.I called and was told it would be 1 hour, maybe an hour and 15 mins to repair my tire. I arrived and, after waiting an 1 and 15 minutes, my car had not even been touched. Person working the front desk was hardly present and hanging out and talking with techs in the bays in the back. I had to wait each time just for front desk help.I asked for my key back because I didn't want to wait 3 hours, which was the current pace. They all seemed resigned and unmanaged. Very casual, slow, and they don't care.

Well, we're to start..if i could i would give them a -10 ... I had appointments at 11:00 showed up early about 10:40 ish. Sat and waited till almost 12:30 when I approached desk. Kenny was rude and said I was next. Well 130 rolls around an they take truck back. That's 3hours latter I was super unhappy as the truck was still in the same place. Asked Kenny what's going on. After i stood there for 30 minutes as he helped new people coming in . At this point, it's so full there not even a place to sit. NO water bottles no machine's to get drink. And Needless to say I was there till almost 5:30. Then right back for additional 30 minutes. For a RSC service now light. Well they said needed new breaks , pads, and other things to do with brakes. $1548.28 dollars later. To pull out of drive way an light goes off again as before. Went back they don't understand why. Danny the mechanic was super great. But Kenny is making light of it. Just come back Monday an well check it out . Myst be something else.....I spent ALL DAY there( 7 an half hours)!!!!! an spent a small fortune (in my opinion ). Still have issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!

You guys can do a better job of performing the customer care car package service. If I had known the whole process from handing you the keys to driving off with the vehicle would take almost five hours, I would have gone elsewhere or scheduled an appointment. On a good note, the facility was clean.

Shout out to Kobe for being my hero tonight. Got a nail in my tire right before going out of town. Called the shop after another Tires Plus said they couldn t do it and he must have sensed the panic in my voice because at 6pm he said he d help me out. I really appreciate the patience and the kindness he showed me today.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here and have my vehicle aligned and new wheels installed! Shout out to Kyle who personally did my installation. He's a very knowledgeable and humble individual. Customer service here was top notch as well, shout out to Sam. Thank you all!
