My daughter purchased a set of tires online Took them to a different brand store to have the tires mounted and balanced i naturally always use Tires plus on Bloomingdale For servicing of all my vehicles, so I took it in to have the Front alignment change the oil and replace the parking light bulbs on the vehicle. Nelson called me and informed me that the tires were not properly done one of the wheels didn t have any wheel weights at all his employee replaced the bulbs, and all the servicing on the vehicle Nelson went above and beyond. At that point, took care of everything for me, did not charge me for my parking light to be installed, nor for bub. I thought that was incredible of him. If anyone ever needs any service don t get ripped by going to different places stop in at tires plus ask for Nelson and he will definitely treat you right he s located on Bloomingdale, I will make sure all my family and friends take their vehicles to him. He is incredible.

As a small business owner I can t say enough about the professionalism and service that the staff at this location provides. Every time that I bring one of my vehicles to the store the staff is prompt and gets my vehicle serviced in a timely fashion. I wish the best of luck to Macho and the staff, thank you all very much I appreciate your service.

Dropped car off at 10am, now 3:30. Been standing here for 10 minutes.$170 for synthetic oil change and air filter.Overall: slow, expensive but convenient for me and got the job done

Tires Plus provided outstanding customer service, a thorough inspection of my car, explanation in terms I could understand and very reasonable time to fix and get my car back given how busy the shop is. A special shout out to Macho and Nelson at the Bloomingdale store for service excellence. I highly recommend you see them for your car repairs.

Took company vehicle there two times in past few months for oil changes only and ended up with two new sets of tires installed. First set replaced only had 9k miles approximately on them. They saw oppty w/national comp vehicle program and convinced them new tires were needed. I went back to look at the tires they took off and they were still like new. Only went there 2nd time for convenience and specifically said oil change only and yep another set of tires.

Very disappointed I took my truck to get a diagnosis wich I was charged 134 dls just for diagnosis and I spent more than 4 hours waiting just for that , I was told to change the the spark plugs coils and oil gasket on top of changing the alternator, I took my truck home because the estimate was to much , change the coils spark plugs alternator and nothing wich I payed a mechanic of course not tires plus , I was having trouble on my truck starting that was the issue, I called and spoke to the manager by the way he was very rude I told him the diagnosis I was given was not right and I spent all my money and had the same problem he said all I can do for you is bring me your truck and we will do another inspection but I will have to charge you again, I said hell na , will never go back there , I tried disputing the charge since I have their credit card and no luck , very disappointed and management very rude

The Team did a great job, from my service advisor who got me in and out quickly with the right tires to the service team that went the extra mile and loaded my tires up into my truck for me. It was a great experience.

Zero stars for the service. But 5 stars for the show! Brought my vehicle in for an alignment after purchasing new tires. Sat at the picnic table to drink my coffee. A few minutes into the service the gentlemen in the office walked out to my truck straight to one of the tires, looked over his shoulder to make sure I was looking at him, grabbed the tire and started shaking it and shaking his head. Then he turned around and walked right back into the office. A minute later he came out and told me that there was something wrong with my axles and I would need to pay them several thousand more dollars to fix it. I actually do all the work on my vehicles so I knew there wasn't anything wrong with the axles. I just don't have the equipment to do an alignment. That's why I brought it to them. So I told him I wouldn't be needing any of their services that day and to please put my truck back together so I can bring it somewhere else to get my alignment. Bravo!!

I called in advance to ask about my tire having a nail in it. I explained that I previously purchased a tire package of 4 tires. When my husband arrived he was there for about an hour or so and told there was nothing they could do about the tire. That was untrue because the nail was small and we took it to another location and the tire was patched there. Your representatives are dishonest and only tried to sell another tire. How money hungry is that when I already spent close to $700 with you already and this was my first visit after doing so. I recommended my husband go there and he was met with deceit instead.Service: Tires

I went to the Bloomingdale Tires Plus to be told that they cannot install the brand new tires I just purchased because I took the stickers off them. I told the unprofessional lady with the braids at the front desk that I can show her the shipping details to show that they just got delivered last night. She still insisted that she cannot do it, I asked her if I can speak to her manager and she told me that he ll be at the store in 5 hours, it was only 10am. I also told her that I need a wheel alignment and I would like to leave it to get that done, she said it will be ready in 6 hours! She did everything in her power to refuse the service needed and she did a good job at scaring away customers. I will tell all my friends about my experience and make sure they don t have to go through that with them. In a good note, I took it to my local Tires Plus on 60 in Brandon and they were very accommodating and took care of me.

We dropped off our vehicle at 8 a.m. on Saturday for routine maintenance. They called at 5:45 p.m. to let us know my car had not been touched and it will be ready on Sunday. As it turned out, they left the coolant cap off and now my car smells and is smoking from the coolant burn off. It took almost an entire container of coolant to refill the reservoir. I would recommend that you go somewhere else for your vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.

nope, bring your car in needing windshield wipers and they will tell you that your tires are bald. they are in the business of selling tires, that's it. needed a plug, in the thread, of one tire, was told they could not because the wear on my tires was too much. industry standards say 6/32 is ok, 4/32 start looking, 2/32 get tires now. mine were over 6/32, they lied

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE, the customer service is really quite friendly. HOWEVER after i picked my car up from having installed a full new set of tires on my aftermarket rims i noticed they damaged 3 of the 4 rims and forgot to put my hub centric bearings back on. Also my aftermarket radio was messed with. Luckily i own an audio shop and could re adjust it however the fact still stands that the place was unprofessional when it comes to the labor. They are not fixing my wheels, claiming they didnt do it but they are litterally brand new and the marks on every rim is in THE SAME SPOT. Its clear a machine galdged up my rims. Then i asked for the company insurance and they denied it and wont talk to me anymore. When i drove away with my car not but 10miles later my wheel FELL OFF!! I COULD HAVE DIED. I am willing to go to the furthest extent if i have to with this.

I came to this place for some services for a Mercedes Benz car. After 3.5 hours waiting they said I had to pick up my car because they were unable to fix it, and I received my car with a huge buckling a scratches on the front and left side . When I received the car there was evidence they drove it: sunroof open, two front sits in different positions, and glove compartment open.The worst thing they did not take accountability on it.I tried to talk to the mechanic and the manager prohibited to talk to me. They do not have any company contact to submit a complaint. When I could submit a claim , never got a call or answer back, 4 months later and still waiting.This is worst place in the area, unprofessional, very unfriendly, and zero customer services skills.

Great service!!! Employees friendly and efficient! Got a flat on a Sunday, called a few places and this was the only one that could offer a quick replacement. Other places told me to schedule an appointment tomorrow or they only had 1 guy working. I got a great price and again the service and quality of work they provide is worth even more. Great service here. New credit card that they are offering is a MasterCard instead of just for their stores. Discount on purchase with card approval on new account. Tire prices were comparable with the other majors. They had to order my tires from the warehouse and I was still out of there within 3 hrs.

Not good. Dropped a loose wheel/tire for flat repair at 0900. Ended up waiting an additional 1/2 hour at 16:00 for job to be completed. Returned without valve cap. Place wouldn t be high on my recommendation list. Another poor gal had waited for 4 hours for tire mount and alignment. Will not use their services again.Service: TiresService: Tires

This Tires Plus is fantastic. The customer service is well above average, especially by Remi and Macho. The work the shop does is great and I never feel like I am being sold on useless extras. It is refreshing to find such a great place to bring my car because the shop I used to go to was the exact opposite of this. If you want your tires to fall off your vehicle, a company to lie about the oil they put in your car then come to this location. They also do not honor coupons or discounts that previous managers have given. The discount was given because the tire fell off of my daughter's car as she drove out onto Bloomingdale. The manager Geedecided that was not his problem. So yes I am upset with this place, and they also smoke a lot of pot behind the store. Do not suggest you or your family using this place.

Very friendly service. However, the first time I brought my car for an oil change, they did not reset the screen to show it was just done. The second time, I brought my car to get a nail out of one of the tires, and it got done, but my tire did not get any air and was actually lower than the rest. It just does not seem that they follow up with the service they do to try to get it properly done before they give you your keys back.

Bought 2 brand new tires.Added a star because the guy at the front desk was polite and I had a good experience with him.Otherwise, scratched (about 3 inches long) a 15 inch aluminum wheel. I have no clue how this is even possible (it was a regular small car wheel, not a reversed wheel not a low profile run flat tire). Then, covered it up by putting the hub cap on real quick while inside of the shop and didn't torque wheels to the factory spec. Just simply used the impact gun and releases the vehicle to me..Service: Tires

So originally went in for a simple tire patch, which, after waiting an hour I was told they would not patch it. It was one simple nail, a $20 patch all of a sudden they tried to turn it into an $1100 fix by trying to sell me all four tires, which have more than 75% life, this place is a joke and if you don t know about tires, even a little bit, they will rob you blind stay away from this place just finished patching my own tire took 10 min lol and only $7 spent

Thanks guys...great prices and service. My '03 GT loves his new shoes.Visited again today June 26, 2023 to replace tires on my Ford Expedition. Great price. Professional employees. Fairly quick considering they did not have 3 of the tires I ordered as they had to acquire them from another outlet.Cheer
