my teenage son's tire went flat right in front of this shop. my husband and I were both working. the gentleman helped my son get back on the road in no time. he didn't have the tire in stock and went next door to purchase the tire from midas and even though it was almost closing time he took care of my son in need and the price was reasonable. My family will always share this story with anyone. We will also start bringing our vehicles here for repairs. thank you isn't sufficient! this mom's heart was relieved that you took great care of getting him back on the road.

I had a problem with my car getting stuck in park back in Oct and so had my car fixed while I was traveling to FL. Unfortunately in Nov same issue came up. I took my care into Elite and they did a review of what had been done and found out that the other place only fixed 1 issue but there were 2 things causing the problem so they ordered the part, which came within a few days and installed it in 30 min. Very kind, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend them.

The mechanic I spoke with on the phone seemed friendly enough, but their services are crazy EXPENSIVE!!! They wanted double the $$$ for a radiator replacement, compared to our local mechanic. When I told them the rate our local guy was charging, they said "it's worth about that" meaning even he acknowledged that their own rates are too high. It's cheaper to pay their crazy diagnostic fee, pay for a tow, and pay our local mechanic, than pay them for their service. Unfortunately our van broke down in Brandon :( It sucks that we lost a day without a vehicle becuase of their exorbitant fees.

Their honesty and integrity starts from the beginning. They tell you a price and stand by it. No add-on frivolous expenses or excuses. I was treated with courtesy and respect from the moment I arrived and that matters. The technicians fixed my truck right the first time and I will return when I need the next repair.

I had my Goodyear tires installed here after I ordered them online and had them shipped to this location for installation. It was easy to make an appointment online, the place is clean and friendly and they took my car on time. I was done in less than an hour. But when I got home, I looked at the tires to register them and saw that the size didn t match what I ordered. The correct tires were 225/50R18 but these were 235/45R18. I don t know if Goodyear sent the wrong tires or if Elite mixed up my tires with another order but it cost me a huge headache trying to get the right tires. I had to call Goodyear and make another appointment to come back to the Goodyear service center to get the right tires and waste a whole day at their busy location. Elite could have spared me this inconvenience if they had checked the tires matched my order before putting them on my vehicle. Even if Goodyear sent the wrong ones, Elite should have checked them.Service: Tire rotations

I have used Elite several times on several of my family cars, and the service is impeccable. Shannon and his staff are first class. Knowledgable, concerning, experienced and friendly, you could not ask more from an auto shop. The recent renovation of my Jeep Sahara was over the top. Shannon, Scott and the guys are the best!! I'll be back.

I found Elite during a tire emergency situation when I was not close to home. They were fast, helpful, and very customer friendly. I ve since continued to drive to them for all of my car needs. Every single person that works there is wonderful. From the owner to the mechanics. They explain everything, they show you what they are talking about. You always feel confident and informed. Never pressured. So glad I found them! Shannon and his staff are the best. They have always treated me like I know what I'm talking about (even though I'm a girl) I've been using them for several years and will continue to use them. Shortly after dropping the vehicle off, Shannon called to let me know that the problem had been identified and he provided a breakdown of what needed to be repaired done along with the associated cost. A couple of hours later, the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I like them because of their honesty. I don't know anything about cars. They could've hit me over the head when my brake and traction control lights came on but they said I only needed brake fluid. One month prior, jiffy lube told me I needed my entire brake system done. Don knew I had to be out at a certain time to pick up my kids and had me in and out. It's the integrity for me.

I highly recommend Mr. Shannon Long and The Elite Total Car Care for automotive work. Automotive shops near highway 60 and Kings are a dime a dozen, and these guys stood out to me.I repair my own vehicles, and I was on a tight time frame. I replaced some steering components on my car and needed a shop to do an alignment quickly before I went to work. I called a total of 6 shops, all less than 1 block from my house. First, second, and third shops did not answer. The next two shops I called wanted me to drop the car off, and gave no time frame for completion. I called the Elite Total Car Care and my call was answered quickly. I asked if they were available to do an alignment by 5pm (called around 2pm), they said no problem.I drove my car to them and I was able to drop my car off quickly, they listened to me talk about the work that had been done, and I felt respected and appreciated by these guys. Less than 2 hours after I dropped off the car, we got a call that we were ready to pick our car up!I feel like this was a pleasant surprise, having a good interaction with an automotive shop. I will not waste any time calling another automotive shop to do work on my vehicles. I have two more cars to repair and have aligned and tires mounted, and I'll gladly take them to Mr. Long and The Elite Total Car Care.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Got me in and out very quickly ! Scheduled online at night for the following week and when I called the next AM they told me just to come on in! Highly impressed with cleanliness of an auto care facility ! The employees were all professional and polite . Will definitely be coming back for future services ! Thank you so much !

Normally when I go in for an oil change, it is on a Saturday (since I work weekdays). In this case, I had a day off and went in on a Friday. They were prompt and efficient. I was a bit surprised when they told me my car was ready. That was even better, as I had several errands to run that day. They have always been courteous and respectful. Definitely recommend them for the future.Service: Oil change

I had an urgent need for a set of tires, and Shannon was very helpful and was able to get me in the same day. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I ended up being unable to come in for my appointment, however, the service given in the appointment making process was excellent and welcoming. I will definitely be using The Elite Auto Total Car Care in the future!

Shannon and his guys may be a little more expensive but the quality and the timeframe that they do their work is phenomenal I ve took in my car to Pep Boys and several other shops around town and by far elite total car care is the best I found. My car was towed here by AAA when I was driving through Florida. With less than 80k miles, the check engine light came on. It turned out the engine was wrecked, which I was not at all prepared for. The people here were so nice and helpful. There was nothing to do and they gave me a salvage place and really made a pretty rough experience a little better by being so kind to me. I appreciated it a lot and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from this business in all aspects! The Owner Shannon and the Manager Brian were both so accommodating and kind to squeeze me in for new tires at the last minute. And not only that but the prices were EXCELLENT! I paid less here than anywhere else I've ever been for brand new tires including a warranty. But here is what's PRICELESS: There's no feeling quite like having peace of mind knowing that your car is being taken well care of by trustworthy and honest people. This business is run by 2 Florida natives that have been serving our community for decades. You know good people when you meet them and Brian and Shannon are just that! Elite Auto is hands down the best Auto shop, they exceed all expectations and customer service. Shannon is AWESOME! This is a auto shop that you can trust. My husband always goes for the larger corporations to service his vehicle and I put a stop to that this week. I remembered getting my car serviced a while back from Elite and I remembered how great the experience was. I even recommended them to my family members as well!! Very friendly, courteous, attentive, and timely. I had a flat tire which wasn't repairable, they had to order the tire with only 10 minutes to spare before the vendor was to close on a Saturday. They were able to retrieve the tire and install it on the vehicle very comfortable atmosphere while I waited.Service: TiresService: Tires
